Therefore, this portion of new water with a relatively high temperature will mix up with water already contained within a recess defined by the horizontal portion with the lowest level, the step and the wall adjacent thereto. In this case, no interruption of steam generation will occur.

When sufficient volume of water is supplied, the temperature in the area of the second horizontal portion 26 will be reduced, therefore causing the temperature difference is below the threshold value. In this case,. the pump 19 is deactivated again.

In this case, as long as water on the top surface of the horizontal portion with the highest level is boiled dry and causes the temperature of the horizontal portion with the highest level higher than a predetermined value, the sensor triggers a signal demanding the water supply to resume the supply of water.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une chaudière (20) permettant de chauffer de l'eau pour produire et évacuer de la vapeur et un appareil ménager (100) la contenant. La chaudière (20) comprend un logement de chaudière entourant un espace chaudière (30) dans lequel l'eau entre et la vapeur est produite par chauffage. La paroi inférieure de la chaudière (20) comprend au moins deux parties horizontales (24, 26) à différents niveaux. Le tuyau d'entrée (13) permettant d'introduire de l'eau est aligné avec la partie horizontale (26) la plus haute. Un capteur (9) permet de détecter la différence de température entre la partie horizontale (26) la plus haute et celle (24) la plus basse, ou de détecter la variation de température sur la surface supérieure de la partie horizontale (26) la plus haute. Cette conception évite le risque de laisser s'évaporer toute l'eau par ébullition, la production de vapeur ne sera ainsi pas interrompue.
