도 2는 본 발명에 따른 소형화된 진공 전기 온수 보일러를 나타낸 블록도이다.
도 3a와 도 3b는 본 발명에 따른 소형화된 진공 전기 온수 보일러의 나선형상 열교환기를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 소형화된 진공 전기 온수 보일러를 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (3)
- 공장의 샤워장이나 식당, 여관, 목욕탕과 같이 소량 전력(10~200㎾/h)이 소비되는 곳에 설치되고, 상기 소량 전력에 대응되도록 최소화된 크기로 구비되며, 내부의 2/3가 물로 채워지고, 나머지는 진공을 유지하는 공간부를 포함하는 본체와;
상기 물에 잠겨 물을 히팅시키는 히터와;
상기 물이 없는 부분에 구비되고, 내부에 구비되는 봉과 상기 봉에 상하 교차로 접합되되 호 부분이 상하를 향하는 반달 형상부로 구성된 유속 저하부를 포함하는 나선형상 열교환기와;
상기 히터에 구비되어 측정된 온도에 따라 전원 차단 여부를 감지하는 온도 센서와;
상기 공간부의 측정된 압력에 따라 압력 차단 여부를 감지하는 압력 센서와;
상기 온도 및 압력 센서의 오작동 시, 측정된 압력에 따라 상기 본체 내부의 압력을 자동으로 분출하는 안전밸브; 및
상기 히터의 상기 공간부로의 노출 여부에 따라 전원 차단 여부를 감지하는 수위감지 센서;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 진공 전기 온수 보일러. - 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 나선형상 열교환기는,
상기 본체 내부의 공간부에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 진공 전기 온수 보일러. - 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 나선형상 열교환기는,
상기 본체 상부에 따로 연결되어 구비되는 보조 본체 내부에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 진공 전기 온수 보일러.
