Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode de préparation d'une cellule souche mésenchymateuse humaine hautement active qui comprend la formation d'un agrégat de cellules sphérique en mettant en culture des cellules souches mésenchymateuses humaines en présence de gravité ; un agrégat de cellules souches hautement actives préparé ainsi ; un produit thérapeutique cellulaire comprenant l'agrégat de cellules souches ; et une méthode de formation d'un agrégat de cellules sphérique en mettant en culture des cellules souches mésenchymateuses humaines dans laquelle la quantité d'E-cadhérine dans la cellule souche mésenchymateuse est augmentée au cours de la culture.
