- a disk-shaped housing and a disk-shaped cover plate with ring-shaped gear teeth provided on the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall are assembled so as to be able to rotate and pass each other, and a plurality of lock gears are installed inside the housing.
- the reclining lock mechanism (hereinafter simply referred to as “lock mechanism”) is fixed to both sides of the seat by fixing the housing and cover plate to the opposite side bracket plate surfaces of the seat back frame and seat cushion frame, respectively. It is attached as an assembled double-sided type.
- the double-sided reclining seat is assembled as a single unit with a connecting shaft that spans and locks both locking mechanisms to the operating shafts of each locking mechanism, and is equipped with an operating lever for unlocking on one operating shaft.
- the tilt angle of the seat back can be adjusted by releasing the lock by synchronizing both locking mechanisms with a connecting shaft that rotates in a straight line.
- the lock mechanism may be forcibly unlocked.
- the load placed on the rear side of the rear seat is placed on the back of the seat back.
- the seat back may be pushed forward and deformed or displaced. Since there is a wheel house or the like on the vehicle body side (out side) of the seat back, it is considered that the luggage may collide with the vehicle inner side (in side) of the seat back.
- the seat back may twist and rotate forward from the shoulder side inside the car.
- the locking mechanism on the inside of the vehicle is integrated and pivoted in the forward direction around the operating shaft, and the locking mechanism on the vehicle body side is also unlocked due to the interlocking rotation of the connecting shaft Will occur.
- the connecting portion of one operating shaft and the connecting shaft is bent so as to be bent forward in a U-shape, and the portion is a waist portion of the seated person Therefore, depending on the bending state of the connecting shaft, there is a concern that the seating feeling for the seated person may deteriorate.
- the problem to be solved by the present invention is not caused by deformation of the reclining lock mechanism itself, such as the connecting shaft being bent, and the complicated change of the mechanism is not applied to the inside of the reclining lock mechanism.
- the countermeasure is to prevent the reclining lock mechanism from being released.
