Abstract

도성분 공급부 내부에 도성분 공급로가 복수개의 군으로 구획된 구금상부분 배판 및 복수개의 도성분 공급부를 통과한 폴리머를 일부 또는 전부 취합하여 방사 하는 토출구를 구비한 하부구금판을 포함하는 해도사 제조용 방사구금이 제공된다. 이를 통해 제조된 해도사는 도부분의 개수가 500개 이상이 경우에도 해도사 의 중심부분에서 도부분의 뭉침현상이 발생하지 않는다. 그러므로, 하나의 해도사 에서 500개 이상의 도부분을 배치시킬 수 있으므로 도부분의 섬도를 줄일 수 있어 초극세사를 생산하는데 매우 유리할 뿐 아니라 하나의 해도사에서 500개 이상의 초 극세사를 생산할 수 있어 생산비용을 현저하게 절감할 수 있다.
