Abstract

L'invention concerne un module d'éclairage à DEL qui est obtenu en combinant les composants dans un type intégré afin de rendre efficaces les opérations d'émission de lumière, de diffusion de lumière et de dissipation de chaleur. L'invention concerne également une lampe d'éclairage dans laquelle plusieurs modules d'éclairage à DEL sont combinés afin de permettre une large distribution de lumière et afin que la chaleur générée par la lampe d'éclairage puisse être évacuée par convection à travers plusieurs trous de ventilation formés dans toutes les surfaces latérales de la lampe, ceci afin d'obtenir une meilleure efficacité d'illumination et d'allonger la durée de vie de la lampe à plusieurs dizaines de milliers d'heures. À cette fin, le module d'éclairage à DEL de la présente invention est formé en combinant, dans un type intégré, un module DEL dans lequel plusieurs éléments DEL du type projection verticale et du type projection latérale sont mis en réseau, un cache de diffusion de lumière comprenant des lames dépassant de ses côtés droit et gauche, et une plaque de dissipation de chaleur fine, ce qui permet d'obtenir un module d'éclairage de faible poids et économiquement avantageux. En outre, la lampe d'éclairage utilisant le module d'éclairage à DEL de la présente invention est conçue de sorte que lesdits plusieurs modules d'éclairage à DEL sont montés sur un cache d'un boîtier comportant un module électrique intégré, tandis qu'un cache inférieur est couplé au cache du boîtier. On obtient ainsi une lampe d'éclairage dans laquelle la chaleur peut être dissipée en douceur indépendamment de la direction d'utilisation, et qui permet une distribution de la lumière sur 180°.
