Description
本实用新型涉及家用厨房日常生活电器部件技术领域,特指一种营养食物调理机。
目前在流行使用的营养食物调理机,基本运用的都是微动开关或薄膜按键。以上方式需要在机头粘贴按键贴膜,由于按键贴膜周边存在装配间隙,同时按键贴膜背胶的防水性能有差异,所以经常会出现机头进水,导致元件短路以及生锈现象,导致故障发生。同时,机械按键包括可动部分和固定部分,其中的可动部分常常过早地损坏。薄膜按键在多次按压或在恶劣环境下,容易发生失效。且采用上述方式,营养食物调理机的外观简陋,操作单调,产品定位低。所以人们就很希望生产出一种按键防水性能好、使用寿命长的营养食物调理机。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种带触摸式操作模式,防水性能好、使用寿命长,且能提升产品品质和定位的营养食物调理机。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本实用新型的一种营养食物调理机,包括机头,设置在机头上的杯体,在机头上设置有外壳,所述外壳上设有触摸式按键装置,所述触摸式按键装置
包括卡持在外壳的触摸面板,设置在触摸面板上的触控板,位于触摸面板与触控板之间的菲林片,固定于触控板上的LCD显示屏。
作为优选,所述外壳上端和下端分别设置有卡位,所述触摸面板设置有与卡位卡持的卡扣部。
作为优选,所述卡位与卡扣部之间设置有防震垫。
作为优选,所述触摸面板利用螺丝固定于触控板上。
作为优选,所述螺丝柱上包覆有防止透光的柱套。
作为优选,所述LCD显示屏利用螺丝固定于触控板上。
本实用新型的营养食物调理机,由于所述外壳上设有触摸式按键装置,机头无需增加按键开孔及按键贴膜,因此,机头外观上无任何开孔,增强了营养食物调理机的机头防水性,同时简化了营养食物调理机的结构,提升了产品的科技感及产品的品质和定位,使用也十分方便耐用,由于触摸式按键装置克服了传统按压式按键装置长时间使用产生按键的按压疲劳而损坏的缺陷,增加了按键的使用寿命。因此,本实用新型具有机头防水性能好、整机科技含量高、使用方便、按键使用寿命长的特点。
为了易于说明,本实用新型由下述的较佳实施例及附图作以详细描述。

如图1至图3所示,本实用新型的一种营养食物调理机,
包括机头1,设置在机头1上的杯体2,在机头1上设置有外壳3,所述外壳3上设有触摸式按键装置4,所述触摸式按键装置4包括卡持在外壳3的触摸面板40,设置在触摸面板40上的触控板41,位于触摸面板40与触控板41之间的菲林片42,固定于触控板41上的LCD显示屏43。所述触控板41上背光源透过菲林片42显示整个操作面板。该营养食物调理机增强了营养食物调理机的机头防水性,同时简化了营养食物调理机的结构,提升了产品的科技感及产品的品质和定位,使用也十分方便耐用,增加了使用寿命。
其中,所述外壳3上端和下端分别设置有卡位30,所述触摸面板40设置有与卡位30卡持的卡扣部44。通过卡位30与卡扣部44的卡持,触摸面板40牢固的安装在外壳3上。所述卡位30与卡扣部44之间设置有防震垫5,起到缓冲的作用。所述触摸面板40利用螺丝6固定于触控板41上,所述螺丝柱上包覆有防止透光的柱套7。所述LCD显示屏43利用螺丝6固定于触控板41上,用于显示营养食物调理机的各种信息。
本实用新型的营养食物调理机,由于所述外壳上设有触摸式按键装置,机头无需增加按键开孔及按键贴膜,因此,机头外观上无任何开孔,增强了营养食物调理机的机头防水性,同时简化了营养食物调理机的结构,提升了产品的科技感及产品的品质和定位,使用也十分方便耐用,由于触摸式按键装置克服了传统按压式按键装置长时间使用产生按键的按压疲劳而损坏的缺陷,增加了按键的使用寿命。因此,本实用新型具有机头防水性能好、整机科技含量高、使用方便、按键使用寿命长的特点。

- 一种营养食物调理机,包括机头,设置在机头上的杯体,在机头上设置有外壳,所述外壳上设有触摸式按键装置,其特征在于:所述触摸式按键装置包括卡持在外壳的触摸面板,设置在触摸面板上的触控板,位于触摸面板与触控板之间的菲林片,固定于触控板上的LCD显示屏。
- 根据权利要求1所述的营养食物调理机,其特征在于:所述外壳上端和下端分别设置有卡位,所述触摸面板设置有与卡位卡持的卡扣部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的营养食物调理机,其特征在于:所述卡位与卡扣部之间设置有防震垫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的营养食物调理机,其特征在于:所述触摸面板利用螺丝固定于触控板上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的营养食物调理机,其特征在于:所述螺丝柱上包覆有防止透光的柱套。
- 根据权利要求1所述的营养食物调理机,其特征在于:所述LCD显示屏利用螺丝固定于触控板上。
