并且, 所述转动板 4竖直部分 41的轴孔 41a内、 转轴 32外设置有一扭簧 5, 该扭 簧 5的一端 51与转动板 4的轴孔 41a内侧相连、 另一端 52与转座 3相连, 而使转动板 4的横向部分 41能以转轴 32为中心向连接块 2方向转动且始终具有向转座 3上方立起 的趋势, 也即, 在无外力施加的情况下, 转动板 4的横向部分 41始终朝上, 在实际应 用时, 使伸缩梯的上下横杆之间由整个转动板 4以及转座 3相隔, 只有转动板 4的横向 部分 41在施加外力的情况下, 才能朝向连接块 2折倒, 使上下横杆之间只由该转座 3 相隔。
