前記光素子支持台は、前記マウントと前記押さえ部材との間に間隙を設けて挟まれており、前記マウント及び前記押さえ部材の表面に対して平行な方向に摺動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光部品。 - 前記押さえ支持台と前記マウントは、一体化されており、前記導波路型光素子を収納するケースを構成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光部品。
- 前記光素子支持台は、前記光部品の振動によって前記導波路型光素子の前記凸部に固定されていない部分に発生する振動モードの振幅の腹近傍に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の光部品。
- 前記光素子支持台と前記導波路型光素子との間、前記押さえ部材と前記第1及び第2の押さえ支持台との間、又は前記押さえ支持台と前記マウントとの間が、紫外線硬化型接着剤、熱硬化型接着剤、又は半田の溶接によって固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の光部品。
- 前記光素子支持台と、前記マウント及び前記押さえ部材との間の間隔がそれぞれ1μmから10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の光部品。
- 前記光素子支持台と、前記マウント及び前記押さえ部材の少なくとも一方との間の前記間隙に潤滑オイルが充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の光部品。
- 前記光素子支持台は、前記マウント及び前記押さえ部材との接触面積が小さくなるように面取りされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の光部品。
- 前記光素子支持台の材料の熱膨張係数は、前記光素子支持台が固定されている、前記導波路型光素子の前記凸部に固定されていない前記部分の熱膨張係数にほぼ等しいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の光部品。
- 前記光素子支持台は、高分子材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の光部品。
- 導波路型光素子の一部がマウントの凸部に固定された光部品の作製方法であって、
前記導波路型光素子を、前記凸部に固定するステップと、
光素子支持台を、前記導波路型光素子の前記マウントに固定されていない部分に固定するステップと、
前記光素子支持台の上に、前記マウントと対向するように押さえ部材を配置するステップと、
前記押さえ部材を前記マウント上の押さえ支持台で固定するステップと
を含み、
前記光素子支持台は、前記マウント及び前記押さえ部材の表面に対して平行な方向には摺動可能な程度に、前記マウント及び前記押さえ部材に挟まれていることを特徴とする作製方法。
