在用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE ) 附着到 EPC ( Evolved Packet Core, 演进分组核心网) 网絡的过程中, EPC 网络中的 PCRF ( Policy Control and Charging Rules Function, 策略控制和计费规则功能实体)根据 UE接入网络的 能力、 运营商策略、 用户签约数据以及用户当前正在进行的业务信息等决定对 应的策略, 并将该策略提供给其他网元执行, 从而实现策略计费控制。
目前, 在 EPC实网中会部署多个 PCRF实体, 因此需要为 UE选择合适的 PCRF, 现阶段对 PCRF 的选择通过如下方式实现: D A ( Diameter Routing Agent, 直径协议路由代理) 实体在收到会话建立请求消息后, 根据接收到的 会话建立请求消息中包含的 UE的标识信息, 例如 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identity , 国际移动用户标识)信息, 通过查找其内部配置的 UE的 标识信息与 PCRF的标识信息的对应关系, 为 UE选择 PCRF。但是, 由于 EPC 网络中部署的多个 PCRF实体的功能不同, 有的 PCRF实体不能为 UE提供相 应的服务, 从而导致在 DRA采用上述基于 UE标识信息的方式选择 PCRF时, 会在多个 PCRF实体中为 UE选择一个不支持 UE签约服务内容的 PCRF,影响 用户设备的正常通信。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例提供了一种策略控制器选择方法、 系统以及直径 协议路由代理实体, 解决了当 EPC 网络中部署了多个具有功能差异的 PCRF 实体时, 如何为 UE选择能够满足其服务的 PCRF实体的问题。 本发明实施例采用如下技术方案:

当 EPC网络中部署了多个具有功能差异的 PCRF时,存在 PCRF实体不能 为 UE提供相应的服务的情况, 例如: 在 UE通过固网( WLAN ( Wireless Local Area Networks , 无线局域网 ) 和 3GPP ( the 3rd Generation Partner Project, 第 三代合作伙伴计划 ) 家庭基站)接入到 EPC网络的情况下, PCRF将制定的控 制策略通过 PCRF与 BPCF ( Broadband Policy Control Function, 宽带策略控制 实体)之间的 S9*接口下发给 BPCF执行, 实现策略计费控制; 由于网络中部 分 PCRF支持 S9*接口, 部分 PCRF不支持 S9*接口, 这就可能出现 DRA在基 于 UE的标识信息为 UE选择 PCRF时, 会根据其内部配置的 UE标识信息与 PCRF的标识信息的对应关系为 UE选择了一个不支持 S9*接口的 PCRF的情 况, 从而导致 PCRF制定的控制策略无法下发给 BPCF, 影响用户设备的正常 通信。
以下结合附图和实施例, 对本发明的实施方式做进一步的详细说明, 从而 解决上述类似问题。

权利要求 书
1、 一种策略控制器选择方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在用户设备 UE执行附着至网络的过程中, 获取 UE的签约信息; 将所述签约信息中包含的签约业务与所述网络中的策略控制和计费规则功 能实体 PCRF的能力信息进行匹配, 根据匹配结果, 为所述 UE选择一个支持其 签约业务内容的 PCRF。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的策略控制器选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 UE的签约信息包括:
接收 Gx会话建立请求消息或者网关控制会话建立请求消息, 所述 Gx会话 建立请求消息或者网关控制会话建立请求消息包含 UE的标识信息;
向用户签约服务器发送签约信息查询请求消息, 所述签约信息查询请求消 息中包含所述 UE的标识信息;
接收来自用户签约服务器的签约信息查询响应消息, 所述签约信息查询响 应消息中包含所述用户签约服务器根据所述 UE的标识信息查找到的所述 UE的 签约信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的策略控制器选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 UE的签约信息包括:
移动管理实体向服务网关发送会话建立请求消息, 所述会话建立请求消息 中包含 UE的标识信息和签约信息;
服务网关向分组数据网络网关发送会话建立请求消息, 所述会话建立请求 消息中包含所述 UE的标识信息和签约信息;
分组数据网络网关向直径协议路由代理实体 DRA发送 Gx会话建立请求消 息, 所述 Gx会话建立请求消息中包含所述 UE的标识信息和签约信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的策略控制器选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 UE的签约信息包括:
移动管理实体向服务网关发送会话建立请求消息, 所述会话建立请求消息 中包含 UE的标识信息和签约信息;
服务网关向直径协议路由代理实体 DRA发送网关控制会话建立请求消息, 所述网关控制会话建立请求消息中包含所述 UE的标识信息和签约信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的策略控制器选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 UE的签约信息包括:
PCRF接收来自 DRA的 Gx会话建立请求消息或者网关控制会话请求消息 后, 向用户签约数据库 SPR发送签约信息查询请求消息, 所述签约信息查询请 求消息中包含 UE的标识信息;
PCRF接收来自 SPR的签约信息查询响应消息, 所述签约信息查询响应消 息中包含所述 SPR根据所述 UE的标识信息查找到的所述 UE的签约信息;
PCRF根据所述 UE的签约信息, 确定无法为所述 Gx会话或者网关控制会 话提供服务;
PCRF向 D A发送 Gx会话建立应答消息或者网关控制会话建立应答消息, 所述 Gx会话建立应答消息或者网关控制会话建立应答消息中包含所述 UE的签 约信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的策略控制器选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 UE的签约信息包括:
PCRF接收来自 DRA的网关控制会话请求消息后, 向用户签约数据库 SPR 发送签约信息查询请求消息, 所述签约信息查询请求消息中包含 UE 的标识信 息;
PCRF接收来自 SPR的签约信息查询响应消息, 所述签约信息查询响应消 息中包含所述 SPR根据所述 UE的标识信息查找到的所述 UE的签约信息; PCRF根据所述 UE的签约信息, 确定无法为所述网关控制会话提供服务; PCRF向 DRA发送网关控制会话建立应答消息, 所述网关控制会话建立应 答消息中包含所述 UE的签约信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1-6任一所述的策略控制器选择方法, 其特征在于, 在获 取 UE的签约信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
在 DRA中配置所述网络中的 PCRF的能力信息; 或者
网管系统将所述网络中的 PCRF的能力信息发送给 DRA。
8、 一种直径协议路由代理实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取单元, 用于在 UE执行附着至网络的过程中, 获取 UE的签约信息; 选择单元, 将所述签约信息中包含的签约业务与所述网络中的策略控制和 计费规则功能实体 PCRF的能力信息进行匹配, 根据匹配结果, 为所述 UE选择 一个支持其签约业务内容的 PCRF。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的直径协议路由代理实体, 其特征在于, 所述获取 单元包括:
发送子单元, 用于向用户签约服务器发送签约信息查询请求消息, 所述签 约信息查询请求消息中包含 UE的标识信息;
接收子单元, 用于接收来自用户签约服务器的签约信息查询响应消息, 所 述签约信息查询响应消息中包含所述用户签约服务器根据所述 UE 的标识信息 查找到的所述 UE的签约信息。
10、 根据权利要求 8 所述的直径协议路由代理实体, 其特征在于, 所述获 取单元具体用于:
接收来自分组数据网关的 Gx会话建立请求消息, 所述 Gx会话建立请求消 息中包含 UE的标识信息和签约信息; 或者
接收来自服务网关的网关控制会话建立请求消息, 所述网关控制会话建立 请求消息中包含 UE的标识信息和签约信息。
11、 根据权利要求 8 所述的直径协议路由代理实体, 其特征在于, 所述获 取单元具体用于:
接收来自 PCRF的 Gx会话建立应答消息或者网关控制会话建立应答消息, 所述 Gx会话建立应答消息或者网关控制会话建立应答消息中包含 UE的签约信 息。
12、 根据权利要求 8-11任一所述的直径协议路由代理实体, 其特征在于, 还包括:
存储单元, 用于存储网络中的 PCRF的能力信息, 在获取 UE的签约信息之 前, 所述能力信息配置在 DRA中或者由网管系统发送给 DRA。
13、 一种策略控制和计费规则功能实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一发送单元, 用于向 SPR发送签约信息查询请求消息, 所述签约信息查 询请求消息中包含 UE的标识信息;
接收单元, 用于接收来自 SPR的签约信息查询响应消息, 所述签约信息查 询响应消息中包含所述 SPR根据所述 UE的标识信息查找到的所述 UE的签约 信息;
服务确定单元, 用于根据所述 UE的签约信息, 确定无法为 Gx会话或者网 关控制会话提供服务;
第二发送单元, 用于向 DRA发送 Gx会话建立应答或者网关控制会话建立 应答消息,所述 Gx会话建立应答消息或者网关控制会话建立应答消息中包含所 述 UE的签约信息。
14、 一种策略控制器选择系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
直径协议路由代理实体, 用于向用户签约服务器发送签约信息查询请求消 息, 所述签约信息查询请求消息中包含 UE的标识信息; 并接收来自用户签约服 务器的签约信息查询响应消息, 所述签约信息查询响应消息中包含所述用户签 约服务器根据所述 UE的标识信息查找到的所述 UE的签约信息;还用于将所述 签约信息中包含的签约业务与所述网络中的策略控制和计費规则功能实体 PCRF的能力信息进行匹配, 根据匹配结果, 为所述 UE选择一个支持其签约业 务内容的 PCRF;
用户签约服务器, 用于接收来自 DRA的所述签约信息查询请求消息后, 向 DRA发送所述签约信息查询响应消息。
15、 一种策略控制器选择系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 直径协议路由代理实体,用于接收来自分组数据网络网关的 Gx会话建立请 求消息, 所述 Gx会话建立请求消息中包含 UE的标识信息和签约信息; 还用于 将所述签约信息中包含的签约业务与所述网络中的策略控制和计费规则功能实 体 PCRF的能力信息进行匹配, 根据匹配结果, 为所述 UE选择一个支持其签约 业务内容的 PCRF;
分组数据网络网关, 用于向 DRA发送 Gx会话建立请求消息, 所述 Gx会 话建立请求消息中包含所述 UE的标识信息和签约信息。
16、 一种策略控制器选择系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
直径协议路由代理实体, 用于接收来自服务网关的网关控制会话建立请求 消息, 所述网关控制会话建立请求消息中包含 UE的标识信息和签约信息; 还用 于将所述签约信息中包含的签约业务与所述网络中的策略控制和计費规则功能 实体 PCRF的能力信息进行匹配, 根据匹配结果, 为所述 UE选择一个支持其签 约业务内容的 PCRF;
服务网关, 用于向 DRA发送网关控制会话建立请求消息, 所述网关控制会 话建立请求消息中包含所述 UE的标识信息和签约信息。
17、 一种策略控制器选择系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
策略控制和计费规则功能实体, 用于向 SPR发送签约信息查询请求消息, 所述签约信息查询请求消息中包含 UE的标识信息; 接收来自 SPR的签约信息 查询响应消息, 所述签约信息查询响应消息中包含所述 SPR根据所述 UE的标 识信息查找到的所述 UE 的签约信息; 根据所述 UE 的签约信息, 确定无法为 Gx会话或者网关控制会话提供服务,然后向 DRA发送 Gx会话建立应答消息或 者网关控制会话建立应答消息,所述 Gx会话建立应答消息或者网关控制会话建 立应答消息中包含所述 UE的签约信息;
直径协议路由代理实体,用于接收来自 PCRF实体的所述 Gx会话建立应答 消息或者网关控制会话建立应答消息, 将所述签约信息中包含的签约业务与所 述网络中的策略控制和计费规则功能实体 PCRF 的能力信息进行匹配, 根据匹 配结果, 为所述 UE选择一个支持其签约业务内容的 PCRF。
