短消息业务接入量的控制方法及基站子系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 并且特别地, 涉及一种短消息业务接入量的控制 方法及基站子系统 ( Base Station Sub-system, 简称为 BSS )。 背景技术 短信(短消息)业务是电信运营商向广大终端用户提供的一项基本业务。 但是, 近年来却被一些不法之徒利用, 借助一些短信群发技术和设备, 每天 发送大量广告或者骚扰甚至诈骗类短信, 令终端 (例如, 手机) 用户和电信 运营商对此深恶痛绝。 因此, 针对此类短信的拦截平台和控制技术也应运而 生。 目前, 此类控制技术的主要处理方式如下: 通过分析短信的内容或者群 发号码的特征来辨别是否为垃圾短信, 进而将垃圾短信的主叫号码加入黑名 单或者终止本次短信业务。 此外, 目前还有一种控制方式是限制每位用户每 天发送短信的数量不得超过一个预定值, 一旦超过该预定值, 网络将终止该 用户发送超量的短信。 即, 相关技术中上述过程的处理阶段设置在终端发送 短消息的过程中, 具体可以参见图 1中的 1处。 如图 1所示, 在终端请求短消息业务时, 终端向基站子系统 (BSS )发 送信道请求消息, BSS为该终端分配信道资源, 之后, 终端与 BSS建立信令 逻辑链路和短消息业务( Short Message Service, 简称为 SMS )逻辑链路, 终 端占用信令信道进行短消息的发送。 因此, 引入上述控制技术后, 网络中的垃圾短信问题虽然得到了一定程 度的緩解, 但是, 在个别受垃圾短信影响严重的地区仍然存在用户拨打电话 困难的现象。 其主要原因如下: 一个小区配置的信令信道的数目是有限的, 因此单位时间内允许接入的 业务量也是有上限的。 一旦这个小区下涌现出大量的短信业务, 那么势必会 占用较多的信令信道, 而同样需要使用信令信道接入网络的语音业务则可能 因为没有可用的信道资源而被拒绝。 釆用现有的短信控制技术, 在获取足够多的用户数据之后, 才能进行判 断, 因此, 在传输信息的过程中, 需要占用大量的信令信道, 因而即使被判 决为垃圾短信而终止业务, 也不能避免先前对信令信道资源的占用和浪费。 因此, 在受到垃圾短信肆意攻击的区域, 无法保障基本的语音业务。 发明内容 针对相关技术中在受到垃圾短信肆意攻击的区域, 无法保障基本语音业 务的问题, 本发明提供了一种短消息业务接入量的控制方法及基站子系统, 以解决上述问题至少之一。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种短消息业务接入量的控制方法, 包 括: 基站子系统 BSS接收终端发送的信道请求消息, 并对预定时间段内接收 到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息的次数进行计数; BSS确定计数超 过阈值, 则拒绝新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息。 进一步地,上述 BSS通过以短消息接入计数器自加的方式对预定时间段 内接收到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息的次数进行计数。 进一步地,上述阈值为 BSS响应于用户操作,在后台中动态设置的参数。 进一步地,上述 BSS拒绝新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息包括 以下至少之一: BSS丢弃新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息; BSS反 馈立即指配拒绝消息, 其中, 该立即指配拒绝消息用于指示 BSS无法为请求 接入短消息业务的终端分配信道资源。 进一步地, 上述方法还包括: 上述 BSS 确定计数未超过阈值时, BSS 为请求接入短消息业务的终端分配信道资源。 进一步地, 上述 BSS 包括以下之一: 基站收发信台 BTS、 基站控制器 BSC。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种基站子系统, 包括: 接收装置, 用 于接收终端发送的信道请求消息; 计数装置, 用于对预定时间段内接收到的 请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息的次数进行计数; 处理装置, 用于在确 定计数超过阈值时, 拒绝新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息。 进一步地, 上述计数装置包括:短消息接入计数器, 用于通过自加的方式 对预定时间段内接收到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息的次数进行计 数。 进一步地, 上述处理装置包括以下至少之一: 丢弃单元, 用于丢弃新的 请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息; 反馈单元, 用于反馈立即指配拒绝消 息, 其中, 立即指配拒绝消息用于指示 BSS无法为请求接入短消息业务的终 端分配信道资源。 进一步地, 上述 BSS 包括以下之一: 基站收发信台 BTS、 基站控制器 BSC。 通过本发明, 基站子系统 (BSS )接收信道请求消息, 并对预定时间段 内接收到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息的次数进行计数, 确定计数 的数值超过阈值, 则拒绝新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息。 解决了 相关技术中在受到垃圾短信肆意攻击的区域,无法保障基本语音业务的问题, 进而有效的防止了垃圾短信占用大量的信令信道, 保障了基本语音业务对信 令信道的需要和正常使用。 同时由 BSS控制大量垃圾短信涌入网络可以有效 减小 BSC与 MSC之间以及 MSC与短消息中心之间由于垃圾短信所带来的 流量, 降低网络负荷。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是相关技术中终端请求接入短消息业务的流程图; 图 2是 BSS在 GSM系统总体结构中的位置框图; 图 3是 居本发明实施例的 BSS的结构框图; 图 4是才艮据本发明优选实施例的 BSS的结构框图; 图 5是 居本发明实施例的短消息业务接入量的控制方法的流程图; 图 6 是根据本发明优选实施例的短消息业务接入量的控制方法的流程 图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 2是 BSS在 GSM系统总体结构中的位置图。 如图 2所示, GSM系统 包括: BSS、 移动交换中心 (Mobile Switching Center, 简称为 MSC ) /拜访 位置寄存器( Visiting Location Register,简称为 VLR ),归属位置寄存器( Home Location Register, 简称为 HLR )、 鉴权中心 ( Authentication Centre, 简称为 AUC )、 设备识别寄存器(Equipment Identity Register, 简称 EIR )、 操作维护 中心 (Operation Maintenance Center, 简称为 OMC ) 等, 其中, BSS包括: 基站控制器 (Base Station Controller, 简称为 BSC )、 基站收发信台 (Base Transceiver System, 简称为 BTS )。 MSC/VLR是网络的核心, 提供交换功能 并且面对下列功能实体: BSS、 HLR、 VLR, AUC、 EIR、 OMC和固定网, 4巴移动用户与固定网用户、 移动用户之间连接起来。 MSC还支持位置登记、 更新、 过境切换和漫游服务等功能。 需要注意的是,在本发明中釆用上述系统中的 BSS实现短消息业务接入 量的控制。 该 BSS的结构可以参见图 2和图 3。 图 3是才艮据本发明实施例的 BSS的结构框图。 如图 3所示, 该 BSS 包 括: 接收装置 30、 计数装置 32、 以及处理装置 34。 接收装置 30 , 用于接收终端发送的信道请求消息; 计数装置 32 , 用于对预定时间段内接收到的请求接入短消息业务的信道 请求消息进行计数; 处理装置 34 , 用于在确定计数超过阈值时, 拒绝新的请求接入短消息业 务的信道请求消息。 釆用该 BSS , 通过控制预定时间段内请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消 息的次数不超过阈值, 可以有效防止垃圾短信肆意攻击, 保障基本语音业务 的正常运行。 其中, 在接收装置 30 接收到终端的信道请求消息 (包括: 请求接入短 消息业务的信道请求消息、 接入语音业务的信道请求消息等等) 时, 需要判 断该信道请求消息是用于请求何种业务的。 BSS根据信道请求消息的字段内容判断终端请求接入的业务是否为短消 息业务, 例如, 根据协议 3GPP TS44018规范中 9.1.8节的描述, 需要将网络 的 NECI比特置 1 , 这样短消息业务将使用内容为 0001****的信道请求消息 ( channel request ), 与语音业务不同。 需要说明的是, IMSI去附着和补充业务管理以及位置业务也使用的是内 容为 0001****的信道请求消息,但由于实际上述三者的接入量远远小于垃圾 短信的接入数量, 因此也可以不加区分, 将这三种业务视作短消息业务。 优选地, 如图 4所示, 计数装置 32 包括:短消息接入计数器 320 , 用于 通过自加的方式对预定时间段内接收到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消 息的次数进行计数。 釆用短消息接入计数器 320对接收到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求 消息进行自加计数, 并将计数的数值与预先设置的阈值进行比较, 在计数的 数值大于 (超过) 该阈值的情况下, 拒绝新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请 求消息。 上述计数处理方案设计简单, 便于实现, 可以有效限制大量垃圾短信的 接入。 需要注意的是, 除了釆用短消息接入计数器 320进行计数, 还存在其他 计数方案。 优选地, 如图 4所示, 处理装置 34还可以包括以下至少之一: 丢弃单元 340 , 用于丢弃新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息; 反馈单元 342 , 用于反馈立即指配拒绝消息, 其中, 该立即指配拒绝消 息用于指示 BSS无法为请求接入短消息业务的终端分配信道资源。 优选地, BSS包括以下之一: 基站收发信台 BTS、 基站控制器 BSC。 即, 可以在 BSS 中的 BSC侧实现短消息业务接入量的控制, 也可以在 BTS侧实现短消息业务接入量的控制, 如果在 BTS侧实现, 当 BTS决策为 丢弃该短信接入时, BTS将无需向 BSC转发此次的接入请求, 因此可以减少 Abis接口的消息流量。 因此, 选择在 BTS侧实现短消息业务接入量的控制优 于选择在 BSC侧实现。 图 5是 居本发明实施例的短消息业务接入量的控制方法的流程图。 如 图 5所示, 该控制方法主要包括以下处理 (步骤 502-步骤 504 ): 步骤 502: BSS接收终端发送的信道请求消息, 并对预定时间段内接收 到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息的次数进行计数; 步骤 504: BSS确定计数超过阈值, 则拒绝新的请求接入短消息业务的 信道请求消息。 通过该控制方法, 釆用计数的方式限制请求接入短消息业务的信道请求 消息的次数, 可以有效防止垃圾短信肆意攻击, 保障基本语音业务的正常运 行。 在具体实施过程中, 上述短消息业务接入量的控制阶段可以设置在终端 请求接入短消息业务过程中, 即 BSS为终端分配信道之前, 具体可以参见图 1中的 2处。 优选地, BSS通过以短消息接入计数器自加的方式对预定时间段内接收 到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息的次数进行计数。 优选地, 上述阈值为 BSS响应于用户操作, 在后台中动态设置的参数。 在具体实施过程中, 可以才艮据不同的应用场所, 灵活地配置后台参数, 达到允许接入的短信业务量可调的目的。 例如, 根据使用地区的基本业务模 型, 语音业务与短消息业务的比例关系来配置阈值; 也可以 居用户对短消 息业务的预期接入量的估计来配置阈值。 优选地, 步骤 504中, BSS拒绝新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消 息包括以下至少之一:
( 1 ) BSS丢弃新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息;
( 2 ) BSS 反馈立即指配拒绝消息, 其中, 立即指配拒绝消息用于指示 BSS无法为请求接入短消息业务的终端分配信道资源。 优选地, 当 BSS确定计数未超过阈值时, BSS为请求接入短消息业务的 终端分配信道资源。 即当计数的数值小于或等于该阈值时, 不对该终端的接入进行限制, 为 该终端分配信道, 使得该终端在分配的信道资源上发送短消息。 从而可以保 证正常短消息业务的执行。 优选地, BSS包括以下之一: 基站收发信台 BTS、 基站控制器 BSC。 即上面提到的可以在 BSS 中的 BSC侧实现短消息业务接入量的控制, 也可以在 BTS侧实现短消息业务接入量的控制。 选择在 BTS侧实现短消息 业务接入量的控制优于选择在 BSC侧实现。 图 6 是根据本发明优选实施例的短消息业务接入量的控制方法的流程 图。 如图 6所示, 该控制方法主要包括以下处理 (步 4聚 602-步 4聚 608 ): 步骤 602: BSS判断是否为短信业务接入。 其中, 根据协议 3GPP TS44018规范中 9.1.8节的描述, 需要将网络的
NECI比特置 1 , 这样短信业务将使用内容为 0001 * * * *的信道请求消息, 与 语音业务不同。 在具体实施过程中, BSS始终进行短信接入量监控。 在一个控制周期内 根据信道请求消息的内容判断出本次接入是否为短信业务, 如果是, 则执行 步 4聚 604; 否则, 流程结束。 步骤 604: BSS在预定周期 (即上述预定时间段) 内釆用短信接入计数 器进行自加。 步骤 606: BSS判断是否超出后台设置的允许接入量, 如果是, 则执行 步骤 608, 否则, 流程结束, 即允许本次接入, 为本次请求短消息业务的终 端分配信道。 步骤 608: 丢弃本次短信业务接入。 在具体实施过程中, 在控制周期定时器到时后, BSS将短信接入计数器 清 0, 并转回执行步骤 602。 综上所述, 借助本发明提供的上述实施例, 短信接入控制由 BSS独立完 成, 不需要依靠其他网络实体。 当短信量低于后台设定的允许接入量时, BSS 不会釆用任何控制手段, 保证现有所有业务的正常使用; 当短信量高于允许 接入量后, BSS会丢弃同一周期内后续的短信接入。 控制短信接入时将不会 为其分配信令信道, 保证语音业务接入时有充足的信令信道。 并且后台参数 设置灵活, 可以才艮据不同的应用场景, 设置不同的门限值以达到运营商的需 求。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种短消息业务接入量的控制方法, 该方法包括:
基站子系统 BSS接收终端发送的信道请求消息, 并对预定时间段内 接收到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息的次数进行计数;
所述 BSS确定所述计数超过阈值, 则拒绝新的请求接入短消息业务 的信道请求消息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 BSS通过以短消息接入计数器 自加的方式对预定时间段内接收到的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消 息的次数进行计数。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述阈值为所述 BSS响应于用户操 作, 在后台中动态设置的参数。
4. 才艮据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 BSS拒绝新的请求接入短消息 业务的信道请求消息包括以下至少之一:
所述 BSS丢弃新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息; 所述 BSS反馈立即指配拒绝消息, 其中, 所述立即指配拒绝消息用 于指示所述 BSS无法为请求接入短消息业务的终端分配信道资源。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括: 所述 BSS确定所述计数未 超过所述阈值时,所述 BSS为请求接入短消息业务的终端分配信道资源。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述 BSS包括以下之 一: 基站收发信台 BTS、 基站控制器 BSC。
7. —种基站子系统 BSS , 其中, 包括:
接收装置, 用于接收终端发送的信道请求消息;
计数装置, 用于对预定时间段内接收到的请求接入短消息业务的信 道请求消息的次数进行计数;
处理装置, 用于在确定所述计数超过阈值时, 拒绝新的请求接入短 消息业务的信道请求消息。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的 BSS , 其中, 所述计数装置包括: 短消息接入计数器, 用于通过自加的方式对预定时间段内接收到的 请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息的次数进行计数。
9. 才艮据权利要求 7所述的 BSS , 其中, 所述处理装置包括以下至少之一: 丢弃单元, 用于丢弃新的请求接入短消息业务的信道请求消息; 反馈单元, 用于反馈立即指配拒绝消息, 其中, 所述立即指配拒绝 消息用于指示所述 BSS 无法为请求接入短消息业务的终端分配信道资 源。
10. 根据权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的 BSS , 其中, 所述 BSS包括以下之 一:基站收发信台 BTS、 基站控制器 BSC。
