本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果: (1 ) 使用安全: 本发 明的锋利剪切面隐藏于固定刀块和运动刀块之间, 不会外露于外壳之外; 因此, 使用时剪切面不会接触使用者的皮肤而伤害使用者; (2)结构合理: 本发明在前腔体内设置了积存剪切下的毛发的容腔, 而前腔体与设有其它 电气部件的后腔体不透水地互相分隔,前腔体本身亦设置进水口和排水口, 可用水直接清洗处理而不会使水流入后腔体与其它电气部件接触, 既避免 了漏电的危险, 亦容许使用者无需拆出刀块而直接冲洗, 冲洗后水可从排 水口流出, 不会积存于前腔体内与刀块接触而令刀块生锈, 缩短刀块的使 用寿命。 (3 ) 剪切面较大: 本发明釆用了沿鼻腔深度线性运动的平移式刀 头设计, 实现对鼻腔内两侧的毛发的直接修剪, 提升修剪效率。 (4) 使用 方便、 安全: 本发明的固定刀块及活动刀块都釆用了易于拆卸的结构形式, 拆装比较方便; 而且根据人体工学设计了截面相差较大的外壳结构, 既便 于人手握持使用, 又可避免过度插入对鼻腔或耳腔造成的损伤, 使用比较 方便、 舒适、 安全。

下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述, 但本发明的实施 方式不限于此。
实施例
图 1〜图 10示出了本发明的具体结构, 由图中可见, 本发明的鼻毛或 耳毛修剪器包括固定刀块 1和运动刀块 2, 固定刀块 1和运动刀块 2顶部 各沿长度方向线性间隔排列多个开口 11 , 21及横断面呈倒 V状的刀齿 12, 22; 运动刀块 2套接于固定刀块 1 内侧并相对固定刀块 1往复运动; 各固 定刀块刀齿 12的内侧和各运动刀块刀齿 22的外侧的尺寸和形状相吻合, 两者相接时中间没有间隙并形成剪切面剪断毛发。
在本实施例中, 固定刀块 1顶部包括左刀齿部 13及右刀齿部 14; 左 右刀齿部 13, 14分别由一设有多个尖端向上的 V形刀齿 15的刀片构成, 各 V形刀齿 15内表面的两侧边缘为刃口 16, 各左刀齿部 13的 V形刀齿 15分别与各右刀齿部 23的 V形刀齿 15于尺寸及位置方面互相对应,并互 相向内靠拢, 各左刀齿部 13的 V形刀齿 15与各右刀齿部 14的 V形刀齿 15的尖端交接之处设刀齿顶部 17, 以形成固定刀块 1 顶部横断面呈倒 V 状的刀齿 12。 运动刀块 2顶部包括左刀齿部 23及右刀齿部 24; 左右刀齿 部 23, 24分别由一设有多个尖端向上的 V形刀齿 25的刀片构成, 各 V形 刀齿 25外表面的两侧边缘为刃口 26, 各左刀齿部 23的 V形刀齿 25分别 与各右刀齿部 24的 V形刀齿 25于尺寸及位置方面互相对应, 并互相向内 靠拢, 各左刀齿部 23的 V形刀齿 25与各右刀齿部 24的 V形刀齿 25的 尖端交接之处设刀齿顶部 27,以形成运动刀块 2顶部横断面呈倒 V状的刀 齿 22。
为避免割伤使用者的皮肤, 固定刀块 1左右刀齿部 13, 14的刀片顶端 向内微弯, 以形成平滑的外表面; 运动刀块 2左右刀齿部 23, 24的刀片顶 端相应向内微弯, 确保各固定刀块 1刀齿 15内侧和各运动刀块 2刀齿 25 外侧相接时中间没有间隙。另, 固定刀块 1各刀齿顶 15部外表面的横断面 为圆弧形。 固定刀块 1各刀齿 15顶部内表面和运动刀块 2各刀齿 25顶部 外表面的横断面为尺寸及形状均互相吻合的圆弧形。
本发明的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器还包括外壳 3, 外壳 3 内部分为互相不透 水地分隔的前腔体 31和后腔体 32, 运动刀块 2和固定刀块 1设置于前腔 体 31 内, 运动刀块 2连接一端伸入后腔体 32与动力机构相连接的传动杆 4; 运动刀块 2内侧形成收集剪断毛发的容腔 5; 容腔 5设排水口 6, 在冲 洗时供流入前腔体 31 的水排出外壳 3。 外壳 3—端设长条状部分 33, 长 条状部分 33可伸入鼻腔或耳腔中对鼻毛或耳毛进行修剪; 长条状部分 33 设置有凹槽口 34, 固定刀块 1可拆卸地设置于外壳 3的凹槽口 34上, 其 外表面与长条状部分 33的形状相吻合。在本实施例中, 外壳 3的长条状部 分 33横截面为三角形, 长条状部分 33—端设进水口 331, 方便冲洗。
在本实施例中,固定刀块 1还包括互相平行并垂直设置的左右基部 18, 以及连接左右基部 18并设于其内侧的 U形支架 19; 支架 19左右两壁之 间设支撑簧片 191 以保持支架 19及基部 18紧贴外壳 3的凹槽口 34; 排 水口 6设于支架 19底部。 外壳 3的凹槽口 34内侧设置有卡接凸块 341, 固定刀块 1的左右基部 18相应位置设置有卡接孔 181,固定刀块 1通过卡 接凸块 341与卡接孔 181相接合与外壳 3连接在一起。 如需拆卸固定刀块 1 时, 仅需夹紧固定刀块 1使卡接凸块 341与卡接孔 181相脱开, 即可取 出固定刀块 1。 运动刀块 2还包括互相平行并垂直设置的左右基部 28, 左 右基部 28设置有卡口 281,传动杆 4两侧设置与卡口 281相配合的卡接块 41, 运动刀块 2通过卡口 281卡接入卡接块 41 中与传动杆 4相连接。
此外, 本实施例的前腔体 31和后腔体 32之间以一隔板 7分隔, 传动 杆 4穿过隔板 7的部位与隔板 7的开口相配合连接; 为了加强密封效果, 两者之间可设置密封环(图中未示); 在保证传动杆 4可沿开口往复运动的 前提下实现两者之间的密封效果, 在冲洗时使水不会流入后腔体 32。
除了长条状部分 33外, 外壳 3的其它部分可设计为外径增大, 可使剪 切下的毛发沿弧形面滑入积聚于前腔体 31 中, 在冲洗时较易冲出。 外壳 3 的前腔体亦设置有可为孔形、 弧形或直条形的排水口 6。
本发明的作用原理是: 当需要使用本产品修剪鼻毛或耳毛时, 由于其 一端设计为长条形, 可以方便地伸入鼻腔或耳腔内, 鼻腔或耳腔内的毛发 会伸入固定刀块 1及运动刀块 2刀齿 12, 22之间的剪切面, 启动动力机构 通过传动杆 4带动运动刀块 2往复运动, 在运动刀块 2与固定刀块 1 的刀 齿 12, 22相接时,毛发于剪切面被剪断并进入容腔 5内。当整理完毛发后, 将产品一端的进水口 331与水流相对, 水从进水口 331流入, 将剪切下的 毛发从排水口 6排出, 从而实现不需拆卸而直接清洗的效果。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式, 但本发明的实施方式并不受上 述实施例的限制, 其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改 变、 修饰、 替代、 组合、 简化, 均应为等效的置换方式, 都包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1 . 一种鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 包括固定刀块和运动刀块, 其特征在于: 所述固定刀块和所述运动刀块顶部各沿长度方向线性间隔排列多个开口及 横断面呈倒 V状的刀齿; 所述运动刀块套接于所述固定刀块内侧并相对所 述固定刀块往复运动; 各所述固定刀块刀齿的内侧和各所述运动刀块刀齿 的外侧的尺寸和形状相吻合, 两者相接时中间没有间隙并形成剪切面剪断 毛发; 所述剪切面隐藏于所述固定刀块和所述运动刀块之间而不会外露, 使用时所述剪切面不会接触使用者的皮肤而伤害使用者。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述固定刀 块顶部包括左刀齿部及右刀齿部; 所述左右刀齿部分别由一设有多个尖端 向上的 V形刀齿的刀片构成, 各所述 V形刀齿内表面的两侧边缘为刃口; 各所述左刀齿部的 V形刀齿分别与各所述右刀齿部的 V形刀齿于尺寸及位 置方面互相对应, 并互相向内靠拢; 各所述左刀齿部的 V形刀齿与各所述 右刀齿部的 V形刀齿的尖端交接之处设刀齿顶部, 以形成所述固定刀块顶 部横断面呈倒 V状的刀齿。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述运动刀 块顶部包括左刀齿部及右刀齿部; 所述左右刀齿部分别由一设有多个尖端 向上的 V形刀齿的刀片构成, 各所述 V形刀齿外表面的两侧边缘为刃口; 各所述左刀齿部的 V形刀齿分别与各所述右刀齿部的 V形刀齿于尺寸及位 置方面互相对应, 并互相向内靠拢, 各所述左刀齿部的 V形刀齿与各所述 右刀齿部的 V形刀齿的尖端交接之处设刀齿顶部, 以形成所述运动刀块顶 部横断面呈倒 V状的刀齿。
4. 如权利要求 1 -3任一项所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所 述固定刀块左右刀齿部的刀片顶端向内微弯, 以形成平滑的外表面; 所述 运动刀块左右刀齿部的刀片顶端相应向内微弯, 确保各所述固定刀块刀齿 内侧和各所述运动刀块刀齿外侧相接时中间没有间隙。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述固定刀 块各刀齿顶部外表面的横断面为圆弧形。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述固定刀 块各刀齿顶部内表面和所述运动刀块各刀齿顶部外表面的横断面为尺寸及 形状均互相吻合的圆弧形。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器,其特征在于:还包括外壳, 所述外壳内部分为互相不透水地分隔的前腔体和后腔体, 所述运动刀块和 所述固定刀块设置于所述前腔体内, 所述运动刀块连接一端伸入所述后腔 体与动力机构相连接的传动杆; 所述运动刀块内侧形成收集剪断毛发的容 腔; 所述容腔设排水口。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述外壳一 端设长条状部分; 所述长条状部分设置有凹槽口, 所述固定刀块可拆卸地 设置于所述凹槽口上, 其外表面与所述长条状部分的形状相吻合。
9. 如权利要求 7或 8所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述固 定刀块还包括互相平行并垂直设置的左右基部, 以及连接所述左右基部并 设于其内侧的 U形支架; 所述支架左右两壁之间设支撑簧片以保持所述支 架及所述基部紧贴所述外壳的凹槽口; 所述排水口设于所述支架底部。
10. 如权利要求 7或 8所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述 外壳的凹槽口内侧设置有卡接凸块, 所述固定刀块的左右基部相应位置设 置有卡接孔, 所述固定刀块通过所述卡接凸块与所述卡接孔相接合与所述 外壳连接在一起。
11 . 如权利要求 7或 8所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述 运动刀块还包括互相平行并垂直设置的左右基部, 所述左右基部设置有卡 口, 所述传动杆两侧设置与所述卡口相配合的卡接块, 所述运动刀块通过 所述卡口卡接入所述卡接块中与所述传动杆相连接。
12. 如权利要求 8所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述外壳 的长条状部分横截面为三角, 长条状部分一端设进水口。
13. 如权利要求 7所述的鼻毛或耳毛修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述前腔 体和所述后腔体之间以一隔板分隔, 所述传动杆穿过所述隔板的部位与所 述隔板的开口相配合连接, 两者之间可设置密封环。
