一种带消毒功能的理发剪 技术领域
本发明涉及一种理发剪,具体涉及一种带消毒功能的理发剪。
背景技术
电动理发剪是一种通过电机驱动刀头,可实施自动理发的理发工具。
通常,理发剪包括机身、刀头,机身内设有电源、与电源连接的电机,刀头包括相互配合的静刀片与动刀片,电机的输出端伸出机身与动刀片联动配合,能带动动刀片相对静刀片往复动作实现理发工作。
但是理发剪在经过一段时间的时候后,残留的头发容易滋生细菌,但是目前的理发剪本身并无消毒功能,虽然有些理发剪可以拆卸清洗,但是难以完全清洗干净,无法保证无细菌残留问题,另外也有些理发剪会配置一些外置消毒装置,不仅占用空间,而且不方便随身携带。
技术解决方案
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供一种带消毒功能的理发剪,解决现有理发剪无消毒功能,易滋生细菌不卫生的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案:一种带消毒功能的理发剪,包括机身以及安装在机身顶部的刀头;所述机身内设有电源组件、电机,所述电机的输出端伸出至机身顶部外,并与刀头联动配合;所述机身与刀头之间还设有消毒组件,所述消毒组件包括消毒电路板以及消毒电路板板上的若干消毒灯,所述消毒电路板通过导线与电源组件相连接。
所述电源组件包括电池、线路板、开关按钮,所述电池与线路板电连接,所述线路板与电机、消毒电路板连接,所述线路板上至少形成有能连通电池与电机连通的第一线路,以及能连通电池与消毒组件的第二线路,所述开关按钮活动设置在机身上,其包括切断第一线路与第二线路的第一位置、导通第一线路的第二位置以及导通第二线路的第三位置。
所述消毒电路板中心设有通孔,所述电机的输出端穿过通孔设置;所述消毒灯沿通孔中心对称设置。
所述消毒灯采用紫外线灯。
所述机身顶部形成有向下凹陷的消毒室,所述消毒电路板通过螺栓固定安装在消毒室的底板上。
所述刀头与机身顶部边缘密封匹配。
所述刀头与机身可拆卸连接。
所述机身底部设有与电源组件连接的充电接头。
所述刀头上可拆卸的安装有限位梳。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:采用以上方案,在机身与刀头之间的位置设置消毒组件,实现刀头消毒功能,不仅更加安全卫生,而且与理发剪本身结合为一体,便于携带,方便消毒操作。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步说明:
如图所示,一种带消毒功能的理发剪,包括机身1、刀头2、电源组件3、电机4、消毒组件5。
所述机身1包括相匹配的上壳体与下壳体,所述机身1内部形成有安装腔室;所述刀头2安装在机身1顶部,其包括刀板、动刀片、静刀片、弹簧,所述动刀片通过弹簧偏压在静刀片上,通过动刀片相对静刀片的相对往复作用,实现剪切动作;所述电源组件3、电机4均安装在机身1内部,且电源组件3与电机4连接,所述电机4的输出端41则伸出至机身1顶部外,并与刀头2的动刀片联动配合。
所述机身1顶部形成有向下凹陷的消毒室11,所述消毒组件5设置在消毒室11内,其包括消毒电路板51以及消毒电路板51板上的若干消毒灯52,所述消毒电路板51通过螺栓固定安装在消毒室11的底板上,并通过导线53与电源组件3相连接,当所述刀头2安装在机身1顶部时,其刀板与消毒室11顶部边缘密封匹配,使得消毒组件5被设置在机身1与刀头2之间,且消毒灯52能够更好地在消毒室11内进行消毒,实现刀头2的有效杀菌消毒,更加安全卫生,而且消毒组件5直接与理发剪本身结合为一体,便于携带,方便消毒操作。
其中,所述消毒灯52可以采用紫外线灯,当消毒灯52连通电源后能够亮起,通过紫外光线对刀头2进行有效的杀菌消毒。
进一步的,所述消毒电路板51中心设有通孔511,所述电机4的输出端穿过通孔511设置;所述消毒灯52沿通孔511中心对称设置,将消毒灯52均匀布置,为了满足电机4与动刀片之间的联动配合,刀板底部对应形成有活动开槽,消毒灯52沿通孔511中心对称设置,能够正好与该活动开槽相对应,从而使得消毒光线能够更好地进入到刀板内,对动刀片、静刀片等部件进行消毒,达到更好的消毒效果。
当然,为了更好的进行消毒,上述的活动开槽尽可能做大,保证足够的消毒光线照射面积。
所述电源组件3包括电池31、线路板32、开关按钮33,所述线路板32与电池31、电机4、消毒电路板51连接,所述线路板32上至少形成有能连通电池31与电机4连通的第一线路、以及能连通电池31与消毒组件5的第二线路。
所述开关按钮33通过与机身1滑移配合,开关按钮33上的导电片随着开关按钮33的位移移动而连通不同的线路,所述开关按钮33其包括切断第一线路与第二线路的第一位置、导通第一线路的第二位置以及导通第二线路的第三位置,当开关按钮33处于第一位置时,电机4与消毒组件5均布工作,当开关按钮33处于第二位置时,电机4工作带动动刀片动作,实现理发作业,当开关按钮33处于第三位置时,电机4停止不工作,消毒组件5的消毒灯亮起,实现杀菌消毒。
当然,开关按钮33也可采用旋转连接等其它方式与机身1实现活动配合。
所述刀头2与机身1之间采用可拆卸连接,通过可拆卸的连接方式,使得刀头2可以方便拆卸进行清洗,更加卫生安全。刀头2与机身1之间的可拆卸连接方式有很多,在本实施例中,其通过安装在消毒室11内的弹性夹片8,该弹性夹片8与消毒电路板51通过螺栓一起固定在消毒室11的底板上,并延伸出有固定弹片,与刀头2的导板实现弹性卡接。
另外,所述机身1底部设有与电源组件3连接的充电接头6,电池31采用可充电式电池,能够进行充电使用。
所述刀头2上可拆卸的安装有限位梳7,根据理发需求,更换不同尺寸的限位梳7,更好地辅助理发功能。

  1. 一种带消毒功能的理发剪,包括机身(1)以及安装在机身(1)顶部的刀头(2);所述机身(1)内设有电源组件(3)、电机(4),所述电机(4)的输出端伸出至机身(1)顶部外,并与刀头(2)联动配合;其特征在于:所述机身(1)与刀头(2)之间还设有消毒组件(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带消毒功能的理发剪,其特征在于:所述消毒组件(5)包括消毒电路板(51)以及消毒电路板(51)板上的若干消毒灯(52),所述消毒电路板(51)通过导线(53)与电源组件(3)相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带消毒功能的理发剪,其特征在于:所述电源组件(3)包括电池(31)、线路板(32)、开关按钮(33),所述电池(31)与线路板(32)电连接,所述线路板(32)与电机(4)、消毒电路板(51)连接,所述线路板(32)上至少形成有能连通电池(31)与电机(4)连通的第一线路,以及能连通电池(31)与消毒组件(5)的第二线路,所述开关按钮(33)活动设置在机身(1)上,其包括切断第一线路与第二线路的第一位置、导通第一线路的第二位置以及导通第二线路的第三位置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带消毒功能的理发剪,其特征在于:所述消毒电路板(51)中心设有通孔(511),所述电机(4)的输出端穿过通孔(511)设置;所述消毒灯(52)沿通孔(511)中心对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带消毒功能的理发剪,其特征在于:所述消毒灯(52)采用紫外线灯。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带消毒功能的理发剪,其特征在于:所述机身(1)顶部形成有向下凹陷的消毒室(11),所述消毒电路板(51)通过螺栓固定安装在消毒室(11)的底板上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种带消毒功能的理发剪,其特征在于:所述刀头(2)与机身(1)顶部边缘密封匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带消毒功能的理发剪,其特征在于:所述刀头(2)与机身(1)可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带消毒功能的理发剪,其特征在于:所述机身(1)底部设有与电源组件(3)连接的充电接头(6)。
