COMPRESA REUTILIZABLE
Sector de la técnica
La presente invención está relacionada con las compresas que son utilizadas por el mundo femenino durante el periodo menstrual, proponiendo una compresa realizada con unas características estructurales que la hacen de uso reutilizable y de unas condiciones biológicas muy ventajosas para la función a la que está destinada .
Estado de la técnica
Actualmente es generalizado el uso, por parte de las mujeres, de medios de contención durante el periodo menstrual, siendo las compresas el medio más utilizado para tal fin, debido a la comodidad del uso externo de las mismas.
Existen al respecto compresas de diversas formaciones estructurales, con las que se pretende cubrir en la forma más adecuada la función fisiológica del uso de aplicación, conjugando ese factor con otros como la comodidad del uso, la economía y la higiene.
En tal sentido, las compresas se estructuran convencionalmente con materiales fisiológicamente adecuados para el contacto con el cuerpo, y que sean capaces de proporcionar absorción e impermeabilidad, empleándose en general materiales sintéticos con dichas cualidades .
Las compresas así estructuradas son generalmente de usar y tirar, es decir desechables tras un único TE 2011/000027
- 2 - uso, lo cual conlleva inconvenientes significativos de costo económico para las usuarias y carga de desechos contaminantes para eliminar las compresas, ya que, por término medio, una mujer normal a lo largo de su tiempo de fertilidad puede utilizar unas 17.000 compresas.
Para paliar los problemas derivados del uso de esa gran cantidad de compresas, se han desarrollado compresas reutilizables , pero las realizaciones existentes de este tipo de compresas están estructuradas con una capa interior de material textil cuya composición suele ser 100% acetato, viscosa o rayón, pudiendo también ser de nylon, poliéster o poliuretano, lo cual no aporta una protección de impermeabilidad totalmente efectiva.
Por otro lado, las compresas de un solo uso, de consumo generalizado en la actualidad, suelen además estar fabricadas con productos químicos, como cloro y perfumes, y productos procedentes del petróleo, como plásticos y adhesivos, lo cual provoca, en muchas ocasiones, molestias continuadas y alergias a las personas usuarias (mujeres, enfermos o personas discapacitadas) .
Objeto de la invención
De acuerdo con la invención se propone una compresa realizada con una capa interior de fibra 100% celulosa, cuyas características hacen que la compresa resulte de unas prestaciones mucho mejores que las conocidas hasta ahora.
Esta compresa objeto de la invención consta de una lámina interna formada por dos capas de tejido de celulosa natural unidas a un film de poliuretano incluido entre ellas, yendo dicha lámina interna incluida entre dos o más láminas de tejido absorbente de bambú biológico, y todo ese conjunto dispuesto dentro de una cubierta formada de tejido de algodón convencional y algodón biológico.
Se obtiene asi una compresa de muy poco grosor, cuyo conjunto estructural proporciona unas óptimas características de impermeabilidad, transpiración y absorbencia, junto con unas cualidades higiénicas que evitan los problemas de infecciones y/o irritaciones que ocasiona el contacto con plásticos, cloro, perfumes y otros productos petroquímicos utilizados en las compresas convencionales.
Los materiales componentes de esta compresa la hacen de una gran suavidad y óptima para el uso por personas con piel sensible, ya que evita las irritaciones y controla la temperatura, puesto que tiene una nanoestructura que permite absorber la humedad con extraordinaria facilidad. Y desde el punto de vista higiénico, la fibra de celulosa proporciona una cualidad antibactericida, mientras que el bambú biológico proporciona una capacidad antimicrobiana.
La unión de las capas de tejido de celulosa natural y el film de poliuretano en la lámina interna, es por un sistema de mil puntos, que hace que esa lámina sea especialmente fina, con unas óptimas prestaciones para la compresa, toda vez que el poliuretano es biodegradable y no contiene ninguna sustancia tóxica o nociva para el cuerpo humano. - 4 - forma esta compresa objeto de la invención, la hacen totalmente biodegradable , eliminando asi el impacto de contaminación medioambiental para eliminación de las compresas cuando éstas se desechan.
La posibilidad de reutilizar la compresa mediante su lavado, permite también reducir drásticamente el número de compresas necesarias, ya que una misma compresa puede ser utilizada durante mucho tiempo y, por lo tanto, son muy pocas las compresas que cada mujer tiene que usar durante el tiempo de su fertilidad, lo cual supone una significativa reducción de costos frente al uso de las compresas convencionales desechables, asi como de las molestias para la adquisición y disponibilidad de las mismas cuando se necesitan .
Por todo ello, dicha compresa objeto de la invención resulta de unas características muy ventajosas frente a las compresas convencionales del mercado, adquiriendo vida propia y carácter preferente para la función de aplicación a la que está destinada.

El objeto de la invención se refiere a una compresa para el uso femenino en los periodos de menstruación, con una realización estructural que proporciona características óptimas para la función de uso y la posibilidad de reutilización.
Dicha compresa se forma por un conjunto estructural que comprende una lámina interior (1), constituida por dos capas de un tejido de celulosa natural, con dichas capas de tejido de celulosa natural unidas a un film de poliuretano incluido entre ellas., el cual hace impermeable al conjunto Esa lámina interior (1) se incluye entre unas láminas intermedias (2) constituidas por un tejido absorbente de bambú biológico, pudiendo disponerse dos o más de estas láminas intermedias (2), en función de la capacidad de absorción que se desee de la compresa.
El conjunto de las mencionadas láminas (1 y 2) se incluye dentro de una cubierta exterior (3) constituida por un tejido de algodón convencional y algodón biológico, mediante la cual se determina la superficie exterior y la forma de la compresa.
Con ello se obtiene una compresa impermeable, transpirable y absorberte, con un conjunto estructural formado totalmente por materiales naturales, lo cual confiere unas cualidades biológicas óptimas para la higiene del uso, resultando además dicho conjunto estructural biodegradable y por consiguiente sin repercusión contaminante en la eliminación cuando la compresa es desechada. El conjunto estructural de formación de la compresa permite además el lavado y por consiguiente la reutilización de la compresa, de modo que la misma compresa puede ser utilizada repetitivamente durante mucho tiempo, evitando con ello los problemas e inconvenientes de las compresas convencionales de un solo uso.
El conjunto interno formado por la lámina interior (1) y las láminas intermedias (2), se sujeta dentro de la cubierta exterior (3) mediante un cosido (4) de inmovilización sobre la misma, realizándose dicho cosido (4) solo sobre la parte de la cubierta exterior (3) que corresponde a la cara posterior de la compresa, es decir la parte opuesta a la de contacto con la persona usuaria.
De este modo la compresa resulta con una cara totalmente lisa en la parte de contacto con la persona usuaria, evitando que los hilos del cosido (4) de sujeción del conjunto interno o las rugosidades que dicho cosido (4) pueda ocasionar, determinen puntos de rozamiento causantes de incomodidad para el uso de la compresa .
En su configuración la compresa puede adoptar diferentes formas y tamaños, sin que ello altere el concepto de la formación estructural que es a lo que se refiere la invención; pudiendo, por ejemplo, adoptar una configuración convencional, con alas laterales (5) y medios (6) de unión practicable entre ellas, para la sujeción de la compresa, mediante una disposición de plegado como la de la figura 4, sobre una prenda interior de la persona usuaria, sin que esta realización sea limitativa. Es de señalar, que aunque la aplicación preferente de la compresa preconizada es para el uso femenino en los periodos de menstruación, ello no excluye la utilidad para otras aplicaciones, como el uso por personas con incontinencias de cualquier grado, asi como para enfermos o discapacitados.
Con la misma distribución estructural de la compresa, se prevé que los materiales de las láminas componentes puedan disponerse en otro orden, por ejemplo con las láminas intermedias (2) de algodón y con la cubierta exterior (3) de algodón por un lado y de tejido de bambú biológico por el otro lado.

Claims

REIVINDICACIO ES
1. - Compresa reutilizable, de las destinadas para protección durante el periodo menstrual, caracterizada en que consta de un conjunto estructural que comprende una lámina interior (1) formada por dos capas de tejido de celulosa natural, con dichas capas de tejido de celulosa natural unidas a un film de poliuretano incluido entre ellas, yendo dicha lámina interior (1) incluida entre unas láminas intermedias (2) de tejido absorbente de bambú biológico y el conjunto de las mencionadas láminas (1 y 2) incluido dentro de una cubierta exterior (3) formada por un tejido de algodón convencional y algodón biológico.
2. - Compresa reutilizable, de acuerdo con la primera reivindicación, caracterizada en que la lámina interior (1) se dispone entre dos o más láminas intermedias (2) de tejido absorbente de bambú biológico, en función de la capacidad de absorción que se desee.
3. - Compresa reutilizable, de acuerdo con la primera reivindicación, caracterizada en que el conjunto de la lámina interior (1) y las láminas intermedias (2) se dispone con sujeción sobre la cubierta exterior (3) mediante un cosido (4), realizándose dicho cosido (4) solo sobre la parte de la cubierta exterior (3) que corresponde a la cara posterior de la compresa.
