进一歩的, 所述的打草修边机构上还设有改变打草修边机构打草高度的调 节装置, 所述调节装置包括设于打草修边机构壳体边檐的一对行走轮, 所述行 走轮与打草修边机构的壳体通过轮摆连接, 轮摆上端固接有转轴, 转轴两端固 定有棘轮 I, 打草修边机构的壳体上对应轮摆连接处设有与转轴转接并与棘轮 I弹性受压啮合的两个棘轮 II, 打草修边机抅的壳体上设有一偏心轮杆, 在棘 轮 I与棘轮 II啮合时所述偏心轮杆的长轴端面抵压在其中一棘轮 II的外端面 上。 在行走轮着地时, 可以实现单手持握打草。
本实用新型的有益效果: 本实用新型不仅具有修边、 打草两种功能, 且该 两种功能可快速方便的转换, 弹性制动装置可使打草机在两种功能下作业时都 具有良好的工作可靠性及稳定性, 提高园林作业效率; 本实用新型所使用的手 柄及副手柄均可以再打草机功能变换时进行相应转动, 在转动后一样实现定位, 操作灵活、 方便, 稳定性好, 机杆与手柄以及滚轮支撑机构上都设置了减震结 构, 保护了打草机内的各个部件不受震动影响、 工作更加稳定, 同时还可以降 低噪音; 本实用新型在打草与修边时都可以进行高度的调节, 从而能更好的修 剪草坪。 附图说明 下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:

图 13为图 11中 E处的放大图。 具体实施方式 如图 1、 图 2所示, 本实用新型一种多功能打草机, 包括主手柄总成 2、 机 杆 1及打草修边机构 3, 打草修边机构 3顶部设有主机壳总成 4, 主机壳总成 4 底部设有滚轮支撑机构, 所述机杆 1 的顶部与主手柄总成的壳体通过转换机构 活络套接, 机杆 1可绕自身轴心线相对于主手柄总成 2转动, 同时, 主手柄总 成 2也可绕机杆 1轴心线转动; 转换机构包括穿装在机杆 1顶部沿机杆 1轴向 啮合的环齿轮 I 21与环齿轮 Π 22 , 环齿轮 I 21与机杆 1固接,环齿轮 Π 22与主 手柄总成的壳体 20固接, 位于主手柄总成壳体 20内的机杆 1上还套有压簧 23 弹性顶接在环齿轮 I 21底部; 所述机杆 1的顶端及机杆 1与主手柄总成売体的 套接口处设有弹性环圈 24,主手柄总成的壳体内壁上设置环形凹槽 25卡住弹性 环圈实现主手柄总成壳体与机杆 1的弹性连接; 所述环齿轮 I 21及环齿轮 Π 22 的内壁与机杆 1 的外壁间留有环形间隙, 该环形间隙与所述的弹性环圈组成减 震结构。 如图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 所述主手柄总成的壳体 20上还铰接有副手柄总 成 6,所述副手柄总成 6包括副手柄座 61及副手柄握把 60,所述副手柄握把 60 内固定穿装有转杆 62, 所述转杆 62的两端转接在副手柄座 61壳体的顶部, 副 手柄座 61壳体底部设有活动棘轮 64, 所述活动棘轮 64的两侧面设置对应的销 轴 65用于活络穿装在设于副手柄座 61底部两端的连接座 66上, 主手柄总成的 壳体 20上设有与活动棘轮 64轴向啮合的固定棘轮 26, 其中一连接座与活动棘 轮 64的一侧面间设有将活动棘轮 64推离啮合方向的弹簧 67, 另一连接座上设 有将活动棘轮 64顶向啮合方向的楔形卡块 68, 所述楔形卡块 68的楔形面朝向 活动棘轮 64,副手柄座 61内设有由副手柄握把 60驱动将楔形卡块 68向上牵拉 的提升机构。 所述的提升机构包括设在副手柄座 61顶部随转杆 62端部转动上 升的固定块 69, 所述固定块通过一牵引索 63连接所述的楔形卡块 68, 楔形卡 块 68上端面与副手柄座 61壳体间设有将楔形卡块 68顶回原位的弹簧 681。
如图 6至图 8所示, 本实用新型机杆 1底部通过设置连接机构铰接于主机 壳总成上, 所述的连接机构与主机壳总成 4 间还设有卡制连接机构转动的弹性 制动装置。 所述的连接机构为固定插接在机杆 1底部的连接壳体 50, 主机壳总 成的壳体 40上横向穿装有转轴 41,所述的连接壳体 50铰接于转轴 41上,所述 的弹性制动装置卡制连接壳体的转动; 机杆 1 可在一定角度范围内相对于主机 壳总成绕转轴转动。 弹性制动装置包括活络安装在转轴 41上的棘轮 51及固装 在主机壳总成 4内用于卡制棘轮 51转动的气缸组件, 所述的棘轮与连接壳体固 接,所述的气缸组件包括气缸本体 42,气缸本体内设有主气腔 43及与主气腔相 通的副气腔 44, 所述的主气腔内设有活塞杆 45, 活塞杆的内顶面与主气腔的底 面间夹装有弹簧 46, 活塞杆的前端面设有与棘轮的齿槽相配的卡位凸起 451, 所述的副气腔 44内设有一滚珠 47,该滚珠由设于副气腔后方的压簧 471将其弹 性封接在副气腔与主气腔连通口处。 所述连接壳体内壁沿棘轮外圆面环布有用 于对棘轮 51导向的防护围板 52, 所述防护围板 52连接在主机壳总成的壳体 40 上。
当机杆 1 带动连接壳体转动时, 棘轮相应绕转轴转动, 棘轮的转动使活塞 杆向后运动, 滚珠由于气压作用向后运动压縮压簧, 转动停止后, 压簧推动滚 珠向前运动, 利用气压将活塞杆向前顶, 由于活塞杆两端面上都存在气压, 因 此活塞杆只能依靠自身内的弹簧缓慢前行卡制棘轮, 从而实现连接壳体的简便 快捷旋转。
如图 9至图 11所示,本实用新型的滚轮支撑机构包括轮柄 I 48、轮柄 1149, 所述轮柄 I 48与轮柄 Π 49的内端通过设置圆盘 482、 492同轴心转接在主机壳 总成的壳体 40底部, 轮柄 1 48位于轮柄 II 49的上方, 轮柄 1 48与轮柄 1149的 外端装有滚轮 481, 491; 轮柄 1 48内端的圆盘 482外檐间隔圆心角 α设置定位 孔 I 483与定位孔 I ' 484, 定位孔 I 483内纵向活络穿装一弹性定位销 7将轮 柄 I 48固定在主机壳总成的壳体 40上, 在轮柄 I 48与轮柄 Π 49重合状态下, 轮柄 Π 49的圆盘 492外檐设有与定位孔 I ' 484上下对应的定位孔 11493, 在轮 柄 Π 49绕其圆盘转动一圆心角 α后, 定位孔 Π 493卡制在弹性定位销 7—侧限 制轮柄 II 49的转动,在弹性定位销 7卡制状态选下,轮柄 I 48与轮柄 II 49呈分 叉结构用于支撑竖直状态下的打草修边机构 3, 轮柄 I 48与轮柄 II 49的分叉角 度与所述的圆心角 α相同。
所述轮柄 I 48与轮柄 Π 49之间还设有将轮柄 Π 49向轮柄 I 48方向收拢的 扭簧 8, 所述扭簧 8上端的簧臂弹性抵接在轮柄 I 48的圆盘内, 扭簧 8下端的 簧臂反方向弹性抵接在轮柄 II 49的圆盘内。 扭簧 8的设置可使轮柄 II 49复位, 对轮柄 Π 49施力, 可调节修边时的打草高度, 且轮柄 Π 49受力时, 扭簧 8还可 起到一定的减震作用。
如图 12、 图 13所示, 所述的打草修边机构 3上还设有改变打草修边机构 3 打草高度的调节装置, 所述调节装置包括设于打草修边机构 3壳体边檐的一对 行走轮 31, 所述行走轮 31与打草修边机构的壳体 30通过轮摆 32连接, 轮摆 32上端固接有转轴 33, 转轴两端固定有棘轮 I 34, 打草修边机构 3的壳体上对 应轮摆 32连接处设有与转轴转接并与棘轮 I 34弹性受压啮合的两个棘轮 II 35, 打草修边机构 3的壳体上设有一偏心轮杆 36,棘轮 I 34与棘轮 II 35啮合时所述 偏心轮杆的长轴端面抵压在其中一棘轮 II外端面上。 在行走轮 31着地时, 可以 实现单手持握打草。
从打草机打草功能转换到修边功能时, 先将机杆 1 转至与打草修边机构 3 平行的状态, 即如图 6所示, 转动停止后, 弹性制动装置卡制连接壳体实现机 杆 1定位, 转动机杆 1使打草修边机构 3与地面成竖直状态, 同时拨开轮柄 II 49, 使轮柄 II 49与轮柄 I 48成分叉结构支撑在地面上, 即可实现打草机的修边 功能; 为了适于操作, 在完成功能转换后, 将机杆 1 下拉或者是将主手柄总成 上拉, 使环齿轮 1 21与环齿轮 Π 22相互脱离啮合状态, 操作者可根据自己的操 作习惯将主手柄总成相对于机杆 1转动一个角度, 然后松开机杆 1或主手柄总 成使环齿轮 I 21与环齿轮 Π 22再次啮合, 主手柄总成与机杆 1间实现定位, 此 时操作者握住主手柄总成的壳体, 推动打草修边机构 3进行修边, 双手操作的 也可同时握住副手柄总成的副手柄握把 60进行修边作业; 在修边时, 对轮柄 II 49施力, 可调节修边时的打草高度,轮柄 1 48与轮柄 Π 49之间的扭簧 8还可起 到一定的减震作用, 保护打草机内部零件工作时不受震动影响。
从打草机打修边能转换到打草功能时, 先将打草修边机构 3从竖直状态转 换到与地面水平的状态, 再反向转动机杆 1转使其与打草修边机构 3成一定角 度, 即可实现打草功能, 此时轮柄 1 48与轮柄 11 49可自动回复到重合状态, 打 草时可作为防护架使用, 此时的调节装置起到了支撑打草修边机构 3 以及调节 打草高度的双重作用, 在行走轮 31着地时, 可以实现单手持握打草。
除上述优选实施例外, 本实用新型还有其他的实施方式, 本领域技术人员 可以根据本实用新型作出各种改变和变形, 只要不脱离本实用新型的精神, 均 应属于本实用新型所附权利要求所定义的范围。

、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种多功能打草机, 其特征在于: 所述的弹性制动 装置包括活络安装在转轴 (41)上的棘轮(51)及固装在主机壳总成 (4) 内用于卡制棘轮(51)转动的气缸组件, 所述的棘轮与连接壳体(50) 固 接, 所述的气缸组件包括气缸本体 (42), 气缸本体内设有主气腔 (43) 及与主气腔相通的副气腔(44), 所述的主气腔内设有活塞杆(45), 活塞 杆的内顶面与主气腔的底面间夹装有弹簧 (46), 活塞杆的前端面设有与 棘轮的齿槽相配的卡位凸起(451),所述的副气腔(44)内设有一滚珠 (47), 该滚珠由设于副气腔后方的压簧 (471) 将其弹性封接在副气腔与主气腔 连通口处; 所述连接売体(50) 的内壁上沿棘轮(51)外圆面环布有用于 对棘轮的转动进行导向的防护围板 (52), 所述防护围板连接在主机壳总 成的壳体(40) 上。
