随着 3G技术的发展成熟和普及, 运营商之间的竟争愈演愈烈。 手机终 端设备的销售越来越多地釆用运营商定制的方式, 其中锁卡功能就是其中 一个很重要的定制方式。 具有锁卡功能的手机终端上只能使用运营商定制 的一种或几种用户识别模块(SIM )卡, 而其他的 SIM卡插入该型号的手 机终端上是无法正常使用的。
利用锁卡功能, 可以保证用户只使用特定运营商的 SIM卡, 保障运营 商的利益。 目前的锁卡技术大部分是利用 SIM 卡的国际移动用户识别码 ( IMSI, International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number ) 的国家码 ( MCC )及地区码( MNC ), 或将 SIM卡的 IMSI号码存入手机对 SIM卡 进行绑定的。 第一种方法针对同一运营商的多种类型的 SIM卡无法做出准 确区分, 因为这些 SIM卡的 MCC及 MNC是一样的。 第二种方法的缺点是 手机内存入的 IMSI号码的个数毕竟有限,所以锁的 SIM卡的数量有限。鉴 于上面两种方法的局限性, 产生了针对同一运营商的不同类型的 SIM卡进 行绑定, 而且要求绑定的 SIM卡没有数量限制的需求。
用户识别应用开发工具 (STK, SIM Tool Kit )功能包含一组指令用于 终端与 SIM卡的交互, 这样可以使用 SIM卡, 运行卡内的应用程序, 实现 增值服务的目的。 这里的一组指令指的是 STK功能的两类指令, 一类是终 端向 SIM卡下发的封装指令 ( envelope command ),一类是 SIM卡主动向终 端发起的主动上报指令 ( proactive command )。 SIM卡和终端之间就是通过 这两类命令来进行相互之间的交互的。 不同运营商的 STK功能即增值服务 不一样, 同一运营商不同类型的 SIM卡的 STK功能即增值服务也不一样, 这样就给利用 SIM卡的 STK功能进行锁卡提供了可能。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种绑定 SIM卡的终端及方法。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提出一种绑定 SIM卡的方法, 包括: 终端判断通过用户识别应用开发工具 STK提供的 SIM卡的运营商信 息, 和终端中存储的 SIM卡的运营商信息是否匹配, 如果匹配, 允许用户 正常使用终端; 如果不匹配, 终端不允许用户正常使用终端。

本发明提供一种利用 SIM卡的 STK功能绑定 SIM卡的方法及终端。 本发明技术方案的原理是: 终端在 SIM 卡初始化时, 下发终端概况 ( terminal profile )指令告知 SIM卡支持的 STK的相关项, SIM卡通过主 动上报 proactive command报告或提供菜单项的方法提供给终端 SIM卡相关 的运营商信息,终端判断 STK功能的 SIM卡运营商信息是否和保存在终端 的 SIM卡运营商信息匹配, 如果匹配, 允许用户正常使用终端; 如果不匹 配或 STK功能中不提供 SIM卡相关的运营商信息,终端就不允许用户正常 使用终端。 如此就利用 SIM卡的 STK功能实现终端锁卡的目的。
本发明方法使用的终端, 通过对 SIM卡通过 STK提供的 SIM卡的运 营商信息和终端中存储的 SIM卡的运营商信息进行比对, 来绑定 SIM卡的 方法, 明显区别于通常通过 SIM卡的 IMSI文件进行锁卡的方法, 实现了同 一个运营商不同类型间的 SIM卡的区分绑定, 而且锁的 SIM卡的数量没有 限制。
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明的技术方案进行说明。

如图 2所示, 其为本发明绑定 SIM卡的方法的实施例流程图, 在本实 施例中, 终端在初始化 SIM卡及后续绑定 SIM卡的流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 201 : 终端在上电后转入正常工作模式, 下发给 SIM卡 terminal profile指令。
步骤 202: 终端判断在下发 terminal profile指令后, 是否接收到 STK 提供的 SIM卡运营商的相关信息, 如果收到则进入步骤 203; 否则, 进入 步骤 205。
步骤 203: 终端判断 SIM卡 STK的运营商信息是否匹配终端储存的运 营商信息, 匹配则进入步骤 204; 否则, 进入步骤 205。
这里需要说明的是, 匹配是指, STK功能中提供的运营商信息与终端 储存的运营商信息一致; 不匹配包括 STK功能中不提供 SIM卡相关的运营 商信息, 以及 STK功能中提供的 SIM卡相关的运营商信息, 与终端储存的 运营商信息不一致。
步骤 204: 终端判断此时 SIM卡是与其绑定的 SIM卡, 允许用户进行 正常操作。 结束本流程。
