发明人在实现本发明实施例过程中发现, 现有技术实现视频通话的手 机只能看到对方的影像画面, 即一部手机上只能看到一个影像画面, 在如 多手机视频会议等场景中, 现有技术无法实现在一部手机上同时显示多部 手机分别拍摄的影像画面, 因而手机的应用还不是很方便。 发明内容

在手机共享音频的实现过程中, 服务器手机接收各客户端手机的共享 音频, 将各客户端手机的共享音频, 或者, 各客户端手机的共享音频以及 服务器手机自身的共享音频进行混音处理, 得到一混合音频, 并将该混合 音频发送给各客户端手机。 服务器手机自身可以播放混合音频, 也可以不 播放混合音频。

图 2为本发明第二实施例提供的实现手机共享数据的方法。 本实施例 以多方视频电话的应用场景为例, 进行说明。 如图 2所示的方法包括: 步骤 21 : 在需要共享数据的多部手机中确定一服务器手机, 其他手机 作为客户端手机。
服务器手机具备对共享数据进行处理的功能, 同时服务器手机具备手 机正常通信的操作功能。 在确定服务器手机时, 可由各手机用户协商确定, 如可将需要共享数据的各手机中, 处理数据能力较强的手机, 或数据传输 速度较快的手机, 确定为服务器手机。
步骤 22 : 需要共享数据的客户端手机向服务器手机发送共享数据连接 请求。
客户端手机和服务器手机之间的通信方式不受限制, 例如: 可通过短 信、 彩信、 蓝牙、 无线保真 (Wi re les s Fide l i ty , WIFI )等方式通信。
步骤 23: 服务器手机接收共享数据连接请求, 并将连接状态回复相应 的客户端手机。
不同客户端手机与服务器手机通信的方式可以相同, 也可以不同, 例 如: 某些客户端手机以短信的方式向服务器手机发送共享数据连接请求, 某些客户端手机以蓝牙方式向服务器手机发送共享数据连接请求等。
服务器手机接收到某客户端手机发送的共享数据连接请求时, 可根据 实际需要确定是否与该客户端手机建立连接。 如果服务器手机确定需要与 该客户端确定建立连接时, 向该客户端手机返回连接成功的信息。 如果服 务器手机确定不与该客户端手机建立连接时, 向该客户端手机返回连接失 败的信息。 可选的, 以该客户端手机发送共享数据连接请求的方式, 向客 户端手机发送连接成功或失败的信息。
步骤 24: 在进行多方视频电话时, 各客户端手机可将自身的共享数据 发送给服务器手机, 共享数据可包括客户端手机拍摄的共享画面, 还可包 括共享音频数据, 共享文档等。
步骤 25 : 服务器手机接收各客户端手机发送的共享数据, 并对共享数 据进行处理。
如果共享数据中包括有共享画面, 则将共享画面传输到服务器手机的 时间为参照, 将相同和相近到达时间的共享画面拼接为一集成影像画面, 将该集成影像画面发送给各客户端手机。
如果共享数据中包括共享音频或共享文档时, 服务器手机可向发送共 享数据的客户端手机之外的其他客户端手机, 广播该共享音频或共享文档。 或者, 如果共享数据中包括共享音频数据, 服务器手机还可将各客户端手 机的共享音频, 或者, 各客户端手机的共享音频以及服务器手机自身的共 享音频进行混音处理, 得到一混合音频, 并将该混合音频发送给各客户端 手机。
步骤 26: 服务器向发送共享数据的客户端手机返回处理状态信息。
处理状态信息可包括处理成功信息、 处理失败信息或处理超时信息。 如果处理状态信息为处理失败信息或处理超时信息, 则相应客户端手机可 根据实际需要确定是否向服务器手机重发共享数据。
步骤 27 : 服务器手机对共享数据处理完成后, 向相应客户端手机发送 处理后的共享数据。
处理后的共享数据可包括: 集成影像画面、 共享音频、 共享文档等。 如果客户端手机接收失败或接收超时, 服务器手机可根据实际需要确定是 否向相应客户端手机重发处理后的共享数据。
步骤 28 : 客户端手机接收处理后的共享数据, 如果共享数据中包括集 成影像画面, 客户端手机可根据实际屏幕显示能力调整该集成影像画面的 显示参数。
调整好显示参数后, 客户端手机可通过外部连接的投影设备, 投影显 示该集成影像画面。 或者, 客户端手机可通过其他显示设备, 如电视机、 显示器等来扩展手机的显示功能, 从而提高集成影像画面的显示效果, 并 方便客户端手机进行操作控制。
步骤 29: 当服务器手机需要断开连接时, 则该服务器手机向各客户端 手机发送断开通知; 客户端手机与服务器手机断开连接。 可选的, 如果存 在新服务器手机或备用服务器手机, 则客户端手机可与新服务器手机或备 用服务器手机建立通信连接。
各客户端手机可确定一新服务器手机,并与该新服务器手机建立连接。 或者, 在上述步骤 21确定服务器手机时, 还可在共享客户端手机中确定一 备用服务器手机, 当各客户端手机接收到服务器手机的断开通知时, 向新 服务器手机或备用服务器手机建立通信, 以保证多方视频电话的继续进行。 客户端手机与新服务器手机或备用服务器手机之间的实现数据共享的方 式, 与步骤 23-步骤 29相似, 在此不再赘述。
本实施例在手机多方视频电话中, 可在需要共享数据的至少二部手机
中确定服务器手机和客户端手机, 由该服务器手机对各手机的共享数据处 理后发送给其他手机, 使得可在多部手机之间共享数据; 共享数据可包括 各客户端手机的共享画面、 共享音频、 共享文档等, 各客户端手机的共享 音频或共享画面经服务器手机集成处理, 并发送给各客户端手机, 使得在 一部手机上可混音播放至少二部手机的共享音频或显示至少二部手机的共 享画面, 提高了手机应用的方便性。
图 3为本发明实施例提供的服务器手机结构示意图。 如图 3所示, 本 实施例服务器手机可包括: 连接建立模块 31、 接收模块 32、 处理模块 33 和发送模块 34。
连接建立模块 31用于与客户端手机建立通信连接。
接收模块 32用于接收客户端手机的共享数据。
处理模块 33用于将多部手机的共享数据处理为一集成数据, 上述多部 手机包括: 至少二部所述客户端手机, 或者, 一所述服务器手机和至少一 部所述客户端手机。 可选的, 处理模块 33具体可用于根据各共享数据到达 所述服务器手机的时间, 将各共享数据处理为一集成数据。 可选的, 所述 共享数据为共享音频且所述集成数据为混合音频, 或者, 所述共享数据为 共享画面且所述集成数据为集成影像画面。
发送模块 34用于向所述客户端手机发送所述集成数据。
在上述技术方案的基础上, 可选的, 连接建立模块 31可包括: 连接请 求接收单元 311和连接请求响应单元 312。
连接请求接收单元 311用于接收所述客户端手机的共享数据连接请求。 连接请求响应单元 312 用于将连接状态信息回复给所述客户端手机, 所述连接状态信息包括连接成功或连接失败的信息。
可选的, 在上述技术方案的基础上, 服务器手机还可包括: 显示模块 35。 显示模块 35用于显示所述集成影像画面。
可选的, 服务器手机在进行共享数据集成处理时, 可对客户端手机的
共享数据与服务器手机的共享数据进行集成处理。 为便于采集共享数据, 可选的, 服务器手机还可包括以下至少之一: 录音模块 36和摄像模块 37。
录音模块 36用于采集所述服务器手机的共享音频;
摄像模块 37用于采集所述服务器手机的共享画面。
本实施例服务器手机可将多部手机的共享数据, 如共享音频或共享画 面进行集成处理, 并将处理后得到的集成数据发送给客户端手机, 从而可 以实现至少二部手机的数据共享, 如在一部手机上可混音播放至少二部手 机的共享音频或显示至少二部手机的共享画面, 提高了手机应用的方便性。 有关服务器手机的工作机理, 可参见图 1和图 2对应实施例的记载, 在此 不再赘述。
图 4为本发明实施例提供的客户端手机结构示意图。 如图 4所示, 本 实施例客户端手机可包括: 连接建立模块 41、 发送模块 42和接收模块 43。
连接建立模块 41用于与服务器手机建立通信连接。
发送模块 42用于向服务器手机发送客户端手机的共享数据。
接收模块 43用于接收服务器手机发送的集成数据, 所述集成数据由所 述服务器手机根据多部手机的共享数据处理得到, 所述多部手机包括: 至 少二部所述客户端手机, 或者, 一所述服务器手机和至少一部所述客户端 手机; 所述共享数据为共享音频且所述集成数据为混合音频, 或者, 所述 共享数据为共享画面且所述集成数据为集成影像画面。
在上述技术方案的基础上, 可选的, 连接建立模块 41可包括: 连接请 求发送单元 411和连接响应接收单元 412。
连接请求发送单元 411用于向所述服务器手机发送共享数据连接请求; 连接响应接收单元 412用于接收所述服务器手机发送的连接状态信息, 所述连接状态信息包括连接成功或连接失败的信息。
可选的, 客户端手机还可包括: 显示模块 44。
显示模块 44用于显示所述集成影像画面。
为便于采集共享数据, 可选的, 客户端手机还可包括以下至少之一: 录音模块 45和摄像模块 46。
录音模块 45用于采集所述服务器手机的共享音频。
摄像模块 46用于采集所述服务器手机的共享画面。
本实施例客户端手机可将自身的共享数据, 如共享音频或共享画面发 送给服务器手机, 并获取服务器手机根据多部手机共享画面处理得到的集 成影像画面, 从而可以实现至少二部手机的数据共享, 如在一部手机上可 混音播放至少二部手机的共享音频或显示至少二部手机的共享画面, 提高 了手机应用的方便性。 有关客户端手机的工作机理, 可参见图 2对应实施 例的记载, 在此不再赘述。
图 5为本发明实施例提供的通信系统结构示意图。 如图 5所示, 本实 施例通信系统包括: 一服务器手机 51和至少一部客户端手机 52。
服务器手机 51用于与所述客户端手机建立通信连接, 接收所述客户端 手机的共享数据, 将多部手机的共享数据处理为一集成数据, 向所述客户 端手机发送所述集成数据; 所述多部手机包括: 至少二部所述客户端手机, 或者, 一所述服务器手机和至少一部所述客户端手机。
客户端手机 52向所述服务器手机发送所述客户端手机的共享数据, 并 接收所述服务器手机发送的集成数据; 所述共享数据为共享音频且所述集 成数据为混合音频, 或者, 所述共享数据为共享画面且所述集成数据为集 成影像画面。
本实施例由服务器手机对多部手机的共享数据, 如共享音频或共享画 面, 进行集成处理后发送给客户端手机, 可以实现至少二部手机的数据共 享, 如在一部手机上可混音播放至少二部手机的共享音频或显示至少二部 手机的共享画面, 提高了手机应用的方便性。 本实施例中关于服务器手机 的细化结构, 可参见图 3对应实施例的记载; 关于客户端手机的细化结构, 可参见图 4对应实施例的记载; 通信系统的交互原理可参见图 1和图 2对
应实施例的记载, 在此不再赘述。

Claims
1、 一种实现手机共享数据的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
服务器手机与客户端手机建立通信连接;
所述服务器手机接收所述客户端手机的共享数据;
所述服务器手机将多部手机的共享数据处理为一集成数据, 并向所述 客户端手机发送所述集成数据; 所述多部手机包括: 至少二部所述客户端 手机, 或者, 一所述服务器手机和至少一部所述客户端手机。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将多部手机的共享数据 处理为一集成数据, 包括:
根据各共享数据到达所述服务器手机的时间, 将各共享数据处理为一 集成数据。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 将所述多部手 机中的任一手机与投影设备连接, 并通过所述投影设备投影显示所述集成 影像画面。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述共享数据为共享音频且所述集成数据为混合音频, 或者, 所述共 享数据为共享画面且所述集成数据为集成影像画面。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务器手机 与客户端手机建立通信连接, 包括:
所述服务器手机接收所述客户端手机的共享数据连接请求, 并将连接 状态信息回复给所述客户端手机, 所述连接状态信息包括连接成功或连接 失败的信息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 在所述各客户端手机中确定一备用服务器手机, 若所述服务器手机断 开与所述各客户端手机的通信连接, 则其他客户端手机分别与所述备用服 务器手机建立通信连接。
7、 一种服务器手机, 其特征在于, 包括:
连接建立模块, 用于与客户端手机建立通信连接;
接收模块, 用于接收客户端手机的共享数据;
处理模块, 用于将多部手机的共享数据处理为一集成数据, 所述多部 手机包括: 至少二部所述客户端手机, 或者, 一所述服务器手机和至少一 部所述客户端手机;
发送模块, 用于向所述客户端手机发送所述集成数据。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的服务器手机, 其特征在于,
所述处理模块, 具体用于根据各共享数据到达所述服务器手机的时间, 将各共享数据处理为一集成数据。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的服务器手机, 其特征在于, 所述连接建立模 块包括:
连接请求接收单元, 用于接收所述客户端手机的共享数据连接请求; 连接请求响应单元, 用于将连接状态信息回复给所述客户端手机, 所 述连接状态信息包括连接成功或连接失败的信息。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的服务器手机, 其特征在于, 还包括: 显示模块, 用于显示所述集成影像画面。
11、 根据权利要求 7-10任一所述的服务器手机, 其特征在于, 还包括 以下至少之一:
录音模块, 用于采集所述服务器手机的共享音频;
摄像模块, 用于采集所述服务器手机的共享画面。
12、 一种客户端手机, 其特征在于, 包括:
连接建立模块, 用于与服务器手机建立通信连接;
发送模块, 用于向服务器手机发送所述客户端手机的共享数据; 接收模块, 用于接收所述服务器手机发送的集成数据, 所述集成数据 由所述服务器手机根据多部手机的共享数据处理得到, 所述多部手机包括: 至少二部所述客户端手机, 或者, 一所述服务器手机和至少一部所述客户 端手机。
1 3、 根据权利要求 12所述的客户端手机, 其特征在于, 所述连接建立 模块包括:
连接请求发送单元, 用于向所述服务器手机发送共享数据连接请求; 连接响应接收单元, 用于接收所述服务器手机发送的连接状态信息, 所述连接状态信息包括连接成功或连接失败的信息。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的客户端手机, 其特征在于, 还包括: 显示模块, 用于显示所述集成影像画面。
15、 根据权利要求 12-14任一所述的客户端手机, 其特征在于, 还包 括以下至少之一:
录音模块, 用于采集所述服务器手机的共享音频;
摄像模块, 用于采集所述服务器手机的共享画面。
16、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 一服务器手机和至少一部客 户端手机;
所述服务器手机, 用于与所述客户端手机建立通信连接, 接收所述客 户端手机的共享数据, 将多部手机的共享数据处理为一集成数据, 向所述 客户端手机发送所述集成数据; 所述多部手机包括: 至少二部所述客户端 手机, 或者, 一所述服务器手机和至少一部所述客户端手机;
所述客户端手机, 向所述服务器手机发送所述客户端手机的共享数据, 并接收所述服务器手机发送的集成数据。
