緩存区的设置可以在用户第一次启动移动终端所集成的移动多媒体广 播业务时提示用户手动设置, 也可以在移动终端出厂后第一次上电时提示 用户手动设置, 设置完成后在下次启动移动多媒体广播业务的时候即可生 效, 还可以在出厂前在移动终端直接预设緩存区的相关属性, 还可以在实 施过程中根据每次播放的多媒体广播节目的节目内容如节目所占存储空间 大小, 在每次多媒体广播业务开启前进行设置。 在预设的緩存区中緩存节目内容时, 緩存方式可以有多种, 例如, 一 种较佳的緩存方式为全緩存区堆栈緩存, 将整个緩存区作为一个完整的存 储空间, 将节目内容依次存入该存储空间, 若节目内容大于緩存空间时, 按时间顺序将之前存入的节目内容溢出, 将大于緩存空间部分的节目内容 进行緩存, 例如, 緩存空间为 30M, 当前已播放的多媒体广播节目为 35M, 则将 0-5M的内容溢出, 而将 30-35M的内容緩存; 另外一种较佳的緩存方 式为分块式堆栈緩存, 即, 将緩存区分为多个緩存块, 每个緩存块中緩存 节目内容的方法与整个緩存区相类似, 在节目内容大于緩存空间时, 按时 间顺序优先清除第一个緩存块中的内容, 利用第一个緩存块继续緩存节目 内容, 依次是第二个緩存块、 第三个緩存块……第 N个緩存块……第一个 緩存块, 其中, N 为自然数, 循环进行。 实施时, 还可能存在其他的緩存 方式, 根据具体情况而定。
实施时, 步骤 101及步骤 102中提到的存储设备可以是移动终端的机 身存储器,也可以是外插式辅助存储器,如移动硬盘、 U盘( Universal Serial BUS flash disk, 通用串行总线闪存盘)、 光盘等等。
根据步骤 101 可以获知, 实施时, 可以将已播放的节目内容緩存在预 设的緩存区中, 在接收到转录指令时, 将緩存区中存储的节目内容转存到 移动终端的存储设备, 也就是说, 在接收到转录指令时, 仍可以将接收转 录指令前播放的部分或全部节目内容存储到移动终端的存储设备中去, 相 对于现有技术中的及时转录方式而言, 可以实现多媒体广播节目转录的相 对完整性, 提高了多媒体广播业务的用户体验度。
如图 1所示流程, 步骤 102在实施时, 将继续播放的节目内容转录到 存储设备中, 此时, 緩存区可以继续对播放的多媒体广播节目进行緩存, 当然, 也可以不对其进行緩存, 根据具体情况而定。 当多媒体广播节目转 录完成后, 将存储设备中转存的节目内容的文件与后续转录的节目内容的 文件整合为单一文件, 即, 将两个文件整合组成一个文件, 以便于用户欣 赏, 提高了用户的体验度。
实施时, 若移动终端终止多媒体广播业务时, 移动终端释放预设緩存 区的存储空间, 节省占用的系统资源。 当然, 在多媒体广播业务终止前, 不仅仅限于对一个多媒体广播节目进行转录, 可以对多个多媒体广播节目 按次序进行转录, 不超出移动终端的存储设备的存储容量即可。
本发明实施例提供的多媒体广播节目转录方法适用于目前的广播方 式, 如基于移动通信蜂窝网络的流媒体方式, 还例如基于广播网络的直接 广播接收方式, 等等。
另外, 相对于目前应用较多的定时转录而言, 本发明实施例提供的多 媒体广播节目转录方法无需在转录前获取节目广播参数信息, 操作简单, 复杂性低, 提高了用户的体验度。
现以一个具体实施例进行说明, 本例中, 终端的存储设备为 2G字节的 闪存(2GBT-flash )卡、 釆用分块动态緩存方式对节目内容进行緩存, 用户 设置緩存时间为 60s,移动终端转录移动多媒体广播节目格式为移动终端常 见的 3G流媒体的视频编码格式, 其中视频码率 224kbps, 画面标准为常用 的标准化图像格式( QCIF, Quarter common intermediate format ),如 176*144, 音频码率 32k, 音视频总编码率为 256Kbps, 緩存空间大小计算公式如下: 緩存空间( MB ) =〔音视频总编码率( Kbps ) /8〕 X緩存时间( s ) /1024。 以上述参数为例,可以计算得出緩存空间为 1.875MB。假设 2GBT-flash 卡已存储文件为空, 可以判断得出对该移动终端而言, 60s的緩存设置条件 是有效的。
将緩存区分块数设置为 5 , 那么每一存储单位为 0.375MB ( 3Mbit ), 等 效于存储时间约 12s,在开启移动多媒体广播节目后移动终端的处理流程如 图 2所示: 步骤 200、 用户设置緩存时间为 60s。
步骤 201、 移动终端动态緩存节目内容。
步骤 202、接收转录指令后, 将緩存区节目内容转存到移动终端的存储 设备中。
步骤 203、移动终端在緩存文件基础上写操作来转录当前继续播放的节 目内容, 直至当前节目转录结束。
步骤 204、 终止移动多媒体广播业务, 释放 1.875MB的緩存区的存储 空间。
步骤 201在实施时, 由于每个緩存块大小设置为 3Mbit, 当緩存数据存 储完全部 1.875MB空间后,清除第一个緩存块中緩存的 3Mbit的节目内容, 然后继续緩存; 依次第二、 第三、 第四、 第五态緩存块中緩存的节目内容 逐一被更新的节目内容替代, 然后循环往复。
基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供了一种多媒体广播节目转录 装置, 具体结构如图 3所示, 包括:
接收模块 301 , 用于在多媒体广播节目的播放过程中, 接收转录指令。 转存模块 302, 用于在接收模块 301接收到转录指令时, 将在移动终端 预设的緩存区中緩存的节目内容转存到移动终端的存储设备, 緩存区中緩 存的节目内容是接收到转录指令时已播放的节目内容。
转录模块 303 ,用于将多媒体广播节目继续播放的节目内容转录到存储 设备中。
在一个实施例中, 如图 4所示结构, 多媒体广播节目转录装置还可以 包括:
第一设置模块 401 ,用于将緩存区的緩存空间设置为不大于移动终端当 前剩余存储空间的緩存空间。
第二设置模块 402 ,用于将緩存区的緩存时间设置为不大于预设緩存时 间值的緩存时间, 预设緩存时间值为移动终端当前剩余存储空间与多媒体 广播节目空间最大占用率的比值。
在一个实施例中, 如图 5所示结构, 转存模块 302可以包括: 第一緩存子模块 501 , 用于在多媒体广播节目的播放过程中,对多媒体 广播节目的节目内容进行全緩存区堆栈緩存。
第二緩存子模块 502, 用于在多媒体广播节目的播放过程中,对多媒体 广播节目的节目内容进行分块式堆栈緩存。
转存子模块 503 ,用于将第一緩存子模块 501或第二緩存子模块 502緩 存的节目内容转存到存储设备。
在一个实施例中, 如图 6所示结构, 多媒体广播节目转录装置还可以 包括:
整合模块 601 , 用于在转录结束后, 整合存储设备中转存的节目内容的 文件和后续转录的节目内容的文件为单一文件。
在一个实施例中, 如图 7所示结构, 多媒体广播节目转录装置还可以 包括:
释放模块 701 , 用于在多媒体广播节目结束播放后,释放緩存区的存储 空间。
在一个实施例中, 如图 3 所示结构, 多媒体广播节目转录装置集成在 移动终端中。
在本发明实施例中, 将已播放的节目内容緩存在预设的緩存区中, 在 接收到转录指令时, 将緩存区中存储的节目内容转存到移动终端的存储设 备, 也就是说, 在接收到转录指令时, 仍可以将接收转录指令前播放的部 分或全部节目内容存储到移动终端的存储设备中去, 相对于现有技术中的 及时转录方式而言, 可以实现多媒体广播节目转录的相对完整性, 提高了 多媒体广播业务的用户体验度。 进一步, 当多媒体广播节目转录完成后, 将存储设备中转存的节目内 容的文件与后续转录的节目内容的文件整合为单一文件, 以便于用户欣赏, 提高了用户的体验度。
进一步, 相对于目前应用较多的定时转录而言, 本发明实施例提供的 多媒体广播节目转录方法无需在转录前获取包括节目开始时间、 结束时间 等详细的节目广播参数信息, 操作简单, 复杂性低, 提高了用户的体验度。 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变形属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形在内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种多媒体广播节目转录方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 在多媒体广播节目的播放中, 接收到转录指令时, 将在设置的緩存区 中緩存的节目内容转存到移动终端的存储设备, 所述緩存区中緩存的节目 内容为接收到所述转录指令时已播放的节目内容;
将所述多媒体广播节目继续播放的节目内容转录到所述存储设备中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 设置所述緩存区包括: 设置所述緩存区的緩存空间不大于所述移动终端当前剩余存储空间、 和 /或设置所述緩存区的緩存时间不大于预设緩存时间值; 其中,
所述预设緩存时间值为: 所述移动终端当前剩余存储空间与所述多媒 体广播节目空间最大占用率之间的比值。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述緩存区中緩存所 述节目内容的緩存方式包括: 全緩存区堆栈緩存方式、 和 /或分块式堆栈緩 存方式。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述存储设备包括: 所 述移动终端的机身存储器、 和 /或外插式辅助存储器。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 转录结束后, 将所述存储设备中转存的节目内容和后续转录的节目内 容整合为单一文件。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包 括:
所述多媒体广播节目结束播放后, 释放所述緩存区的緩存空间。
7、 一种多媒体广播节目转录装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括: 接收模块, 用于在多媒体广播节目的播放中, 接收转录指令; 转存模块, 用于在所述接收模块接收到所述转录指令时, 将在设置的 緩存区中緩存的节目内容转存到移动终端的存储设备, 所述緩存区中緩存 的节目内容为接收到所述转录指令时已播放的节目内容;
转录模块, 用于将所述多媒体广播节目继续播放的节目内容转录到所 述存储设备中。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述转存装置还包括: 第一设置模块、 和 /或第二设置模块; 其中,
第一设置模块, 用于将所述緩存区的緩存空间设置为不大于所述移动 终端当前剩余存储空间;
第二设置模块, 用于将所述緩存区的緩存时间设置为不大于预设緩存 时间值; 其中, 所述预设緩存时间值为: 所述移动终端当前剩余存储空间 与所述多媒体广播节目空间最大占用率之间的比值。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述转存模块还包括: 第一緩存子模块、 第二緩存子模块和转存子模块; 其中,
第一緩存子模块, 用于在所述多媒体广播节目的播放中, 对所述多媒 体广播节目的节目内容釆用全緩存区堆栈緩存方式进行緩存;
第二緩存子模块, 用于在所述多媒体广播节目的播放中, 对所述多媒 体广播节目的节目内容釆用分块式堆栈緩存方式进行緩存;
转存子模块, 用于在所述接收模块接收到所述转录指令时, 将所述第 一緩存子模块或所述第二緩存子模块緩存的节目内容转存到所述存储设 备。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 整 合模块, 用于在转录结束后, 将所述存储设备中转存的节目内容和后续转 录的节目内容整合为单一文件。
11、 根据权利要求 7至 10任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置 还包括: 释放模块, 用于在所述多媒体广播节目结束播放后, 释放所述緩 存区的緩存空间。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置集成在移动 终端中。
