Abstract

Provided is an automobile having a gearbox with improved driving performance and energy efficiency. To this end, in one embodiment of the present invention, an automobile comprises: a gearing casing; an input shaft which is rotatably supported inside the gearing casing and rotates together with a drive device as the drive device rotates; a geared transmission mechanism which is disposed inside the gearing casing and transmits rotational force in two directions while varying the rotational speed of the input shaft; a first output shaft which is rotatably supported inside the gearing casing and transmits, to a first wheel, the rotational force being transmitted in one direction in the geared transmission mechanism; and a second output shaft which is rotatably supported inside the gearing casing and transmits, to a second wheel, the rotational force being transmitted in the other direction in the geared transmission mechanism.
