[ 0003 ] 为了防止在干燥的过程紫外线固化 ( UV ) 油墨中 的固化剂与空气中的氧气发生反应而影响印刷的质量, 目前 的紫外线固化 ( UV ) 油墨中均添加有 NH2或 0H等抗氧剂, 在 干燥时空气中的氧气与抗氧剂发生化学反应, 以消耗氧气的 方式防氧化, 而在印刷过程中, 由于油墨的厚度以及密度等 不同, 致使油墨生产厂家在生产过程中, 很难掌握抗氧剂的 比例, 常常出现耗氧不彻底或抗氧剂过剩。 而如果增加油墨 中的光固化剂量, 其增本也随之增加, 并且紫外线干燥的功 率也必须相应地增加, 能耗升高, 导致印刷品生产成本增加 许多。 为此本申请人发明了一种 印机, 该 印机是在每个 印刷单元的压辊上方安装有紫外线干燥装置, 以提高印刷的 清晰度和精度, 但是该凹印机的紫外线干燥装置是直接设置 在压辊的上方, 因此紫外线干燥装置产生的热量对压辊具有 一定的影响, 有必要对其进行改进。 实用新型内容 [ 0004 ] 为了克服现有技术上的不足, 本实用新型提供一 种结构简单、 印刷质量高且可防止紫外线干燥装置对压辊产 生影响的凹印机。

[ 0009 ] 本实用新型的有益效果是: 本实用新型的 印机 包括两个及以上的印刷单元组成, 每个印刷单元的压辊后的 导纸辊上方安装有紫外线干燥装置, 每个版辊印刷完成并干 燥后才进入下一印刷单元, 提高了印刷的清晰度和精度, 而 紫外线干燥装置的灯箱两侧的入口处和出 口处分别设置有 气刀和止气装置, 使涂布或印刷有油墨的承印材料在充有保 护气体的紫外光干燥箱中进行干燥, 整个干燥过程中油墨不 会与空气中的氧气接触而发生化学反应, 可避免在油墨中添 加抗氧剂, 不但降低了油墨的成本, 有利于油墨的性能稳定, 而且降低了印刷品的生产成本, 并且不会对环境造成污染, 其印刷精度和清晰度高、功耗低, 能满足高质量印刷的需要, 具有很强的巿场竟争力。 附图说明

[ 00013 ] 参照图 1、 图 2, 一种凹印机, 包括依次排列的 放卷辊 13、 由版辊 1、 压辊 2和安装于版辊 1下方的油墨盒 3 组成的印刷单元和收卷辊 14, 所述收卷辊 14 连接有使其 旋转的动力装置 10, 它包括一个及以上的印刷单元, 每个印 刷单元的压辊 2的导纸辊 4上安装有紫外线干燥装置; 所述 紫外线干燥装置包括灯箱 5, 灯箱 5 内安装有紫外线灯管 6, 所述灯箱 5的两侧边与导纸辊 4 的表面形成材料入口 7和出 口 8, 所述材料入口 7 处设置有气刀 9, 出口 8 处设置有止 气装置; 所述气刀 9和止气装置均设置有保护气源接口 11, 每个版辊印刷完成并干燥后才进入下一印刷单元, 提高了印 刷的清晰度和精度。

[ 00016 ] 在涂布或印刷有油墨的承印材料在出口处由气刀 对其表面进行吹扫、 清氧处理, 然后使用其在充有保护气体 的紫外光干燥箱中进行干燥, 该保护气体是不含氧份的气 体, 其应该满足容易制取、 价钱低廉、 不易燃易爆并且不会 对环境造成污染等条件, 如氮气或二氧化碳等, 当然也可以 是惰性气体等。
[ 00017 ] 由于在整个干燥过程中油墨不会与空气中的氧气 接触而发生化学反应, 可避免在油墨中添加抗氧剂, 不但降 低了油墨的成本, 有利于油墨的性能稳定, 而且降低了印刷 品的生产成本, 提高了印刷的质量, 并且不会对环境造成污 染, 其印刷精度和清晰度高、 功耗低, 能满足高质量印刷的 需要, 具有很强的巿场竟争力。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种 M印机, 包括依次排列的放卷辊 ( 13)、 由版辊 ( 1 )、 压辊 ( 2 )、 若干导纸辊 ( 4 ) 和安装于版辊 ( 1 ) 下方 的油墨盒 ( 3 ) 组成的印刷单元和收卷辊 ( 14 ), 所述收卷辊 ( 14 ) 连接有使其旋转的动力装置 ( 10), 其特征在于它包 括一个及以上的印刷单元, 每个印刷单元的压辊 ( 2 ) 后的 导纸辊 ( 4 ) 上安装有紫外线干燥装置; 所述紫外线干燥装 置包括灯箱 ( 5 ), 灯箱 ( 5 ) 内安装有紫外线灯管 ( 6 ), 所 述灯箱 ( 5 ) 的两侧边与导纸辊 ( 4 ) 的表面形成承应材料的 入口 ( 7 ) 和出口 ( 8 ), 所述入口 ( 7 ) 处设置有气刀 ( 9 ), 气刀设置有喷气口; 在出口 ( 8 ) 处设置有止气装置; 所述 气刀 ( 9 ) 和止气装置均设置有保护气源接口 ( 11 )。
