Abstract

An external monitoring system for a vehicle is provided for giving a driver a clear vision path past a forward obstacle.

Description

Introduction
The lateral vision of the car : When the car is provided with one of the two following - one of them is less cost (number 1 ) the other is costly (number 2) - means we can enter the car in small spaces with confidence and security and we are sure we will not be hurting our car or others and without impede traffic circulation through our see- ing every thing ahead
In the absence of these two methods, we impede the traffic in the narrow roads and we can harm our cars and others unless someone helps us to avoid harm.
I can offer a solution to the problem of lateral vision by two ways,
1 -The external rear lateral mirror forwarded (p2-10)
2 -An external rear lateral video camera forwarded (p 11-19)
3 -The lateral cameras instead of the current mirror (p. 20 - 23)
4 -The rear lateral cameras destined for the back (p 24 - 27)
1 - The external rear lateral mirror
Paragraph 1 - The external rear lateral mirror
Paragraph 2 - The technical description of the invention:
A - Previous technical case : was not present
B - Detailed explanation of the invention :
It is consisting of two external rear mirrors fixed on the two external rear sides of the vehicle which fixed on a rectangu- lar heads , we can adjust their focus manually or automatically ( it's the better) to give way to see clearly through the front lateral mirror to make way :
1 - to see what is coming on both external sides of the car, that was not available before.
2 - to ensure a clear vision of the place during parking the car away from the pavement to the extent appropriate and to prevent the collision of the car into the sidewalk or a car found nearby.
Also all people have the choice of what suits his finance personal budget without overburdening people with low income so can be installed very easy and in places and cases to suit all tastes, to be located ( the four mirrors) on the horizontal rectangular heads. Advantages of the external rear lateral mirrors
1 - Rely on the facts of the direct clear vision of the relative vehicle location with its surrounded and thus determine the lateral distance when we pass and find out if these spaces were sufficient and safe (particularly for those having a modest experience), and without help from anyone and that means accuracy, reliability, speed and safety when crossing the narrow roads in particular, that's reflected positively and reduce congestion and achieve a successful and safe maneuver despite the narrowness of space.
2 - The accuracy in estimating distances, which means a greater ability to avoid accidents and when we fix the pre- sent mirrors on the two sides of the cars ,we will not be in desperate need of a distance-offs of lanes (i.e., the distance between each two lines), especially in busy roads and at limited speed and this is reflected positively on the number of cars that could to walk side by side and may be added an additional conduit, or even more, which means increase the number of cars passing the traffic light limited in duration or less waiting to cross the zone, which means less pollution of the environment and saving energy greater than its present form and on the point of depletion) Figure No 3
3 - The current mirrors focus only on what is behind us ( in the past) I mean the distance passed on the road by us ,it has not a great value before the risks of the road unless there is a man who wants to go past us by a higher speed track, or we want to stop. 4 - The previous case depends on the basis to estimate the lateral distances based on the experience especially when urgency. 5 - When we adopt and apply it ( the external rear lateral mirrors) to the car we will see positive reflexes through the safety of the car (lateral strikes) and the elegance of the cars in general (for sure we can distinguish some centimeters threw the opposite mirrors on both sides which make the difference be- tween safe and strikes ) rather than the high traffic fluency with out jamming as jugging, , , police waiting serving the relation between insurance companies with cars owners
6 - For the current front mirror and convex in relation to the vertical axis of the mirror who must be convex also for it's horizontal axis (to be concave for the two axis, means part of ball) to give way to will seeing the pre- rear tires and it's place. And it means that we can see the two sides fully and clearly and without the presence of unseen areas were not seen.
Figure No1
1 - A car traveling to the left
2 - The traditional mirror at right and left side
3 - The mirror is the subject of invention
4 - The cone of vision through the rear mirror
5 - The ray path incoming from objects seen reflected on the rear mirror first and then on the front mirror then to driver eyes.
6 - A stone is as a hindrance in front of the car.
2 -External lateral rear video camera
Paragraph 1 - External lateral rear video camera
Paragraph 2 - The technical description of the invention: A - Prior technical case : was not present and the case was based on the experience and contact and friction with (Other cars, the sidewalk, walls, holes, stones ) and the results well known
B - Detailed explanation of the invention:
Two external video camera fixed on the two external sides of the car and almost at the front mirrors level and next to the rear tires and heading towards the front so as to give place to see that it was impossible before, and of course their focus can be adjusted automatically so that:
1 -They give place to see every thing ahead and in the two external sides of the car that was not available before.
2 -They provide a clear vision of the place during the parking of the car in order to move away from the sidewalk to the extent appropriate and to prevent collisions tire into the side- walk or a car found nearby.
3 - When entering between two cars ,the driver can glance and decide without the help of anyone , to enter between two cars safely and he must turning toward the left or right to pass in the middle of the space between the two vehicles safely. Cameras also could be added in places and positions to suit all tastes, so are (cameras and mirrors) situated on the heads of a rectangle to ensure safety and to ensure the best possible view.
So, for the display, I suggest to be installed in the center of the dashboard to show the photographed viewers side by side or from inside near the external mirror so as to facilitate follow-up to the front and rear viewers. Advantages of the external rear lateral mirrors
1 - Rely on the facts of the direct clear vision of the relative vehicle location with its surrounded and thus determine the lateral distance when we pass and find out if these spaces were sufficient and safe (particularly for those having a modest experience), and without help from anyone and that means accuracy, reliability, speed and safety when crossing the narrow roads in particular, that's reflected positively and reduce congestion and achieve a successful and safe ma- neuver despite the narrowness of space.
2 - The accuracy in estimating distances, which means a greater ability to avoid accidents and when we fix the present cameras on the two sides of the cars ,we will not be in desperate need of a distance-offs of lanes (i.e., the distance be- tween each two lines), especially in busy roads and at limited speed and this is reflected positively on the number of cars that could to walk side by side and may be added an additional conduit, or even more, which means increase the number of cars passing the traffic light limited in duration or less waiting to cross the zone, which means less pollution of the environment and saving energy greater than its present form and on the point of depletion) Figure No 3
3 - The current mirrors focus only on what is behind us ( in the past) I mean the distance passed on the road by us ,it has not a great value before the risks of the road unless there is a man who wants to go past us by a higher speed track, or we want to stop.
4 - The previous case depends on the basis to estimate the lateral distances based on the experience especially when urgency. 5 - When we adopt and apply it ( the external rear lateral mirrors) to the car we will see positive reflexes through the safety of the car (lateral strikes) and the elegance of the cars in general , (for sure we can distinguish some centimeters threw the opposite mirrors on both sides which make the difference between safe and strikes ) rather than the high traffic fluency with out jamming as jugging, , , police waiting serving the relation between insurance companies with cars owners
Paragraph 3: Figures and charts
Figure 1 1 - A car traveling to the left
2 - The traditional lateral frontal mirror at right and left side
3 - The video camera is the subject of invention
4 - The cone of vision through the video camera
5 - The ray path incoming from objects seen through the rear video
camera.
6- A direct display for viewing the views of the close video cameras in the middle of the dashboard.
7 - A direct display for viewing the views of the close video cameras on both sides of the dashboard near windows
8 - A stone is as a hindrance in front of the car.
3- The lateral cameras instead of current mirrors
Paragraph 1 - The lateral cameras instead of the current mirrors
Paragraph 2: Technical description of the invention:
A - Prior technical case :
It is the typical lateral mirrors
B - Detailed explanation of the invention:
: I propose replacing the current laterals mirrors by a broader range of appropriate cameras and in advanced position of the car to allow a better viewing with unseen narrower angles. Either the display will be on the front of the driver on the dashboard and close to the laterals windows.
4- The lateral rear cameras destined to the back
Paragraph 1- The lateral rear cameras destined to the back Paragraph 2 : The technical description of the invention
Fixing of two rear cameras destined to the back to allow a sure viewing without any doubt. Prior Technical case :
1- Sensors existed on the rear bumper which tell us how narrow is the distance between the car and objects behind it which could be able to feel it (that means it could not feel less than the minimum of volume , quality, and distance) which means some times don't give the correct monition
2- Or one camera which is not enough
B - Detailed explanation of the invention : , I propose as- sembling two cameras destined to the back to allow a better viewing with invisible narrower angles. Either the display will be on the front of the driver on the dashboard.
