Abstract

본 발명은 3중 복층 유리 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 제1 내지 제3유리를 일정 거리 이격시키는 간봉을 형성함에 있어서, 건물의 내측을 향하는 제1유리와 중앙에 위치하는 제3유리 사이에는 제1이중간봉을 형성하고, 건물의 외벽을 이루는 제2유리와 중앙에 위치하는 제3유리 사이에는 제2이중간봉을 형성하며, 제1이중간봉과 제2이중간봉 각각은 내측에 위치하는 내부간봉과 이러한 내부간봉의 외곽을 감싸는 외부간봉으로 이루어진 이중 간봉구조로 형성함으로써, 유리 사이에 충진된 가스의 누출 정도를 최소화함과 아울러 나란히 설치된 내부간봉과 외부간봉에 의해 외부 충격에 대한 지지력을 향상시킬 수 있게 한 이중 간봉구조가 구비된 복층 유리 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
