Abstract

본 발명은 흡광 이미지 분석을 이용한 세포사멸 정량분석법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 화학시료에 노출되어 세포사멸이 유도된 단일 세포층에 흡광염료 처리를 한 후 형성된 이미지를 촬영하고 각세포별 흡광도를 정량적으로 분석하는 세포사멸 정량분석법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 세포별 흡광 및 형태 인자의 다중변수분석을 이용하여 정상세포와 대비하여 개별 세포가 퇴화되는 사멸의 과정을 MTT 검색법등 기존의 흡광기반 세포 사멸 분석법들에 비하여 보다 정확하게 정량화 할 수 있으므로 고효율, 고집적도의 세포기반 미세유체칩, 신약개발시 사전 인 비트로 스크리닝(in-vitro screening) 장치, 유해 화학물질 세포독성 평가장치 등으로 활용될 수 있다.
