- Vacuum, pressure or liquid pump of the type comprising drive means with an axis attached to an eccentric, at least two membranes that block two openings of a box, characterized in that it comprises: a connecting rod, in whose center a single housing is housed eccentric bearing crossed by the aforementioned shaft, and at least two actuators connecting the membranes with the connecting rod, said actuators being articulated in the connecting rod.
- the inventor with the present invention intends with a single connecting rod to be able to drive more heads, that is, with a single connecting rod to be able to place so many actuators with membranes that the size of the connecting rod allows us, that is, the larger the size of the connecting rod, the greater the number of actuators may be articulated. This is a consequent economic saving, both for the manufacturer and for the final buyer.
- An object of the present invention is a vacuum, pressure or liquid pump, of the type comprising drive means with an axis connected to an eccentric, at least two blocking membranes two openings of a box, characterized in that it comprises: a connecting rod, in whose center there is a single eccentric bearing crossed by said shaft, and at least two actuators that connect the membranes with the connecting rod, said actuators being articulated in the connecting rod.

- the product is basically configured as follows: it comprises a box 1, drive means 2 with an axis 5 connected to an eccentric 8, two membranes (which could be as many as required, three, four , six, although in this embodiment although in this embodiment there are two although they cannot be seen when they are housed inside) that block two openings of the box 4 in said box 1.
- actuators 7 and membranes it is possible to configure all those that are desired from two, the only thing that must be taken into account is to place the actuators 7 so that the forces are compensated to the greatest extent possible. For example, for three actuators 7 one could choose to set each one at 120 degrees, thus the forces would be balanced to a great extent. For five actuators 7 every 72 degrees and so according to the desired number. The idea is to divide the circumference by the number of actuators 7 that are desired.
- It also comprises: a connecting rod 6, in whose center there is a single bearing 9 crossed by the aforementioned axis 5, and at least two actuators 7 joining the membranes housed in the heads 3 with the connecting rod 6, said actuators 7 being articulated in the connecting rod 6 using, for example, pins.
- the actuators 7 are articulated in the connecting rod 6 by means of joints, in this embodiment some pins 12, which act as a ball joint.
- the connecting rods 6 partially house the actuators 7 inside them, as can be seen in figures 1, 3 and 4.
- the connecting rod 6 is articulated by means of a first through hole 10 which they pass through the actuator 7 by facing it through the pin 12 (fig. 4) that passes through the actuator 7 with both through holes 10 and 1 1 being aligned (figures 1, 2 and 4).
- the actuators 7 are allowed to continue pushing the membranes housed inside the head 3 so that they continue blocking and releasing the respective inputs and outputs inside the head 3. Even when the eccentric movement occurs, the connecting rod makes it on the membrane the movement is linear since the articulation of the actuator 7 in the connecting rod 6 allows recovering any position to the membranes while they remain in their respective positions on the openings 4.
- the connecting rod 6 becomes the connection between the actuator 7 and the bearing 9 and the eccentric 8, thereby allowing the membranes to work and adapt to any position that the eccentric forces.
- the present invention patent describes a new vacuum, pressure or liquid pump.
