Description
本发明涉及一种电熨斗,特别是一种蒸汽刷组与金属底板基座可分离的电熨斗。
现有的电熨斗均是在壳体的底部安装具有电热盘的金属底板;壳体内设置调温器,控制输送给电热盘的电能,从而改变金属底板的发热状况;壳体上设置调温旋钮,该调温旋钮直接与调温器的档位调节杆相连接,以调节调温器输出电能的档位。
为了扩展电熨斗的使用方式,将一个蒸汽刷组与一个基座组组合起来,成两用组合式熨斗。
蒸汽刷组的壳体内设有由电加热的蒸汽锅炉,该蒸汽锅炉的出汽管从该壳体的底面与外界连通;电源线从后部引入该壳体内,并与控制蒸汽锅炉的开关相连接。接通该开关,外部的电源向蒸汽锅炉供电,蒸汽锅炉内的水变成蒸汽,从壳体的底面向外喷出。蒸汽刷组的壳体上设有握把,所以蒸汽刷组可单独使用,用于挂烫。
基座组的壳体底部安装电热盘,该壳体内设置调温器,控制输送给电热盘的电能,从而改变电热盘的发热状况。基座组的壳体上没有握把,但基座组的壳体上设置一个容置空间以容纳和卡接蒸汽刷组的下部。蒸汽刷组卡接到基座组上,组成带有握把的电熨斗,用于进行熨烫。
但是,设置在蒸汽刷组上的调温旋钮如何与基座组上调温器的档位调节杆实现可分离的连接,以调节调温器输出电能的档位,这是困扰设计者的问题。因为在分离的状态下,设置在蒸汽刷组上的调温旋钮的旋转位置状态和基座组上调温器的档位调节杆的旋转位置状态都是随机的;很难保证蒸汽刷组卡接到基座组上的同时,调温旋钮与调温器的档位调节杆恰巧实现可同步转动的对合连接。再者,调温旋钮与调温器的档位调节杆随机地实现连接后,很难保证与调温旋钮配合的档位指示部可以正确反应出调温器的档位。
本发明旨在提供一种两用组合熨斗,可保证蒸汽刷组卡接到基座组上的同时,调温旋钮与调温器的档位调节杆实现可同步转动的对合连接。
进而,该两用组合熨斗,调温旋钮可在与调温器的档位调节杆随机地实现连接后,保证与其配合的档位指示部可以正确反应出调温器的档位。
本发明的技术方案是:两用组合熨斗,包含蒸汽刷组、基座组以及调温旋钮,所述调温旋钮由可转动地设置在蒸汽刷组壳体上的外旋钮和可转动地设置在基座组壳体上的内旋钮组成,所述内旋钮与基座组的壳体上调温器的档位调节杆相连接;所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间通过具有正多边形或正多角星形的柱面配合相插接。
在优选的实施结构中:所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间配合的正多边形或正多角星形的柱面为略微向内收缩的锥面,且在所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间插接的杆件自由端设置相应的正多边形或正多角星形向内收缩的锥台。使外旋钮易于与内旋钮实现插接,并在插接的过程中借助于外旋钮与内旋钮之间插接的杆件自由端正多边形或正多角星形向内收缩的锥台可以达到自动导正的效果。
进而:在所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间插接的管件自由端设置至少两个切槽。在插接过程中,若外旋钮与内旋钮之间没有对正,它们插接的管件自由端会被杆件略微撑开,而该插接的管件自由端的弹性恢复力可自动辅助导正。
特别是:所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间配合的正多边形柱面至少有八个侧平面,或者所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间配合的正多角星形的柱面至少有九个角。这样作,易于外旋钮与内旋钮实现插接过程中自动导正。
在优选的实施结构中,为使外旋钮可转动地设置在蒸汽刷组壳体上:所述外旋钮的上部是圆盘,该圆盘的下表面中部向下延伸出至少三个沿圆周均匀分布的卡爪,各卡爪的卡头向外翻;外旋钮上部的圆盘位于蒸汽刷组壳体上一个圆管形安装部的上方,所述卡爪伸入所述安装部内的管孔中,所述卡爪的卡头卡在所述安装部顶部的内凸缘上。采用沿圆周均匀分布卡爪结构,既保证了外旋钮可以转动,又便于安装外旋钮。
在优选的实施结构中,为使内旋钮可转动地设置在基座组壳体上:所述内旋钮的中部是圆管形的本体,该本体的下表面向下延伸出至少三个沿圆周均匀分布的卡爪,各卡爪的卡头向外翻;内旋钮的本体位于基座组壳体上表面一个圆管状凸台的上方,所述卡爪伸入所述凸台内的管孔中,所述卡爪的卡头卡在所述凸台顶部的内凸缘上。采用沿圆周均匀分布卡爪结构,既保证了内旋钮可以转动,又便于安装内旋钮。
为实现第二个发明目的:所述的外旋钮用透明材料制成,所述蒸汽刷组的壳体外表面上位于所述外旋钮安装处设置所述调温器的档位刻度,所述内旋钮的插接部上端面设有指示所述调温器的档位调节杆转动角位置的标志。通过外旋钮可以清楚地看到内旋钮插接部上端面的标志,该标志指示了调温器的档位调节杆转动角位置与蒸汽刷组的壳体外表面上调温器的档位刻度的对应关系,即调温器当前的档位。
本发明两用组合熨斗,通过由可转动地设置在蒸汽刷组壳体上的外旋钮和可转动地设置在基座组壳体上的内旋钮,组成可分离的插接式调温旋钮;通过内旋钮与基座组的壳体上调温器的档位调节杆相连接,实现对调温器的调节;在外旋钮与内旋钮之间通过具有正多边形或正多角星形的柱面配合相插接,保证了蒸汽刷组卡接到基座组上的同时,调温旋钮与调温器的档位调节杆实现可同步转动的对合连接;达到了本发明的发明目的。本发明两用组合熨斗的发明才得以最终实现,扩展了电熨斗的使用方式,为消费者带来一物两用的实惠。

一、实施例一
本发明两用组合熨斗一个实施例的结构,请参看图1。两用组合熨斗有一个独立的蒸汽刷组30和一个独立的基座组40。
蒸汽刷组30的壳体31上设有握把32,使蒸汽刷组30可单独用于挂烫。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31内设有由电加热的蒸汽锅炉,该蒸汽锅炉的出汽管从壳体31底面出汽部33与外界连通。电源线从后部引入壳体31内,并与控制蒸汽锅炉的开关相连接。接通该开关,外部的电源向蒸汽锅炉供电,蒸汽锅炉内的水变成蒸汽,从壳体31底面的出汽部33向外喷出。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31上,在位于握把32下方处设有一个圆管形的安装部34,用于安装外旋钮10。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31前端向下延伸出一个插卡头36。
蒸汽刷组30的壳体31中部两侧分别向下延伸出一个插卡头37。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31后部开有一个卡槽,用来承接基座组40上的翻转卡头491。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31下表面的后部设有电插座,用来向基座组40送电。
请结合图1参看图7和图8:基座组40的壳体41上没有握把,但基座组40的壳体41上设置了一个下凹的容置空间48以容纳和卡接蒸汽刷组30的下部。在容置空间48的中部设有一个向上延伸的圆管状凸台42。该凸台42的上端面设有一个向上的凸块43。基座组40的壳体41底部安装电热盘44。壳体41内设置调温器,控制输送给电热盘44的电能,从而改变电热盘44的发热状况。调温器的档位调节杆46位于凸台42内,档位调节杆46的上端设有一个调温座45。该调温座45也位于凸台42内,用来与内旋钮20实现转动连接。容置空间48的后部设有电插头47,电插头47与蒸汽刷组30壳体31上的电插座相配合,接受蒸汽刷组30提供的电能,并向调温器供电。容置空间48的后部设有翻转卡头491,该翻转卡头491受基座组40的壳体41后端的锁定旋钮49控制。
将蒸汽刷组30放在基座组40壳体41上的容置空间48中,蒸汽刷组30的壳体31前端的插卡头36和中部两侧的插卡头37分别顶住容置空间48前端和中部两侧的内壁;蒸汽刷组30的壳体31下表面的电插座与容置空间48后部的电插头47向插接。扭转锁定旋钮49,使翻转卡头491卡入蒸汽刷组30壳体31后部卡槽,蒸汽刷组30就卡接到基座组40上,组成带有握把的电熨斗,用于进行熨烫。
本实施例中调温旋钮实施例的展开结构,如图2所示。该调温旋钮由外旋钮10和内旋钮20两部分组成。
请结合图2参看图3:外旋钮10用透明材料制成。外旋钮10的上部是开口向下的圆盘11,该圆盘11的上表面中部向上延伸出一个圆形的凸台,该圆盘11的下表面中部向下延伸出一个圆管形的轴套12。该轴套12的内壁13开成略微向内收敛的正十二边形内柱面。从该轴套12的下端均匀分布地向上开出三个切槽14。每个切槽14的根部向下延伸出一个卡头向外翻的卡爪15。三个卡爪15上卡头的根部与圆盘11下边缘之间的距离略大于蒸汽刷组30对应安装部34顶部内凸缘的壁厚。各卡爪15的长度小于轴套12的长度,以保证轴套12的内壁13有足够的深度容纳内旋钮20对应的杆状插接部22。
外旋钮10插卡在蒸汽刷组30壳体31上的安装部34中。外旋钮10上部的圆盘11位于安装部34的上方,轴套12和三个卡爪15伸入安装部34内的管孔35中,三个卡爪15的卡头卡在安装部34顶部的内凸缘上。安装部34顶部内凸缘的上表面印有调温器的档位刻度,透过外旋钮10的圆盘11可以清晰地看到该档位刻度。
请结合图2参看图4和图5:内旋钮20的中部是圆管形的本体21。本体21的上表面向上延伸出一个具有略微向内收敛的正十二边形柱面的杆状插接部22。插接部22的尺寸与外旋钮10轴套12的内壁13成插接配合。本体21内部下表面的中央向下延伸出一个长条形的拨杆23。拨杆23的下端开有一个标识方位的缺口。本体21外部的下端面均匀分布地向下延伸出三个卡头向外翻的卡爪24。各卡爪24的下端高于拨杆23的下端。插接部22的上端为向内收敛的正十二边形的锥台221,该锥台221的上表面设有一个凸起的箭头25。箭头25的上表面被涂上醒目的颜色,以清晰地标志出拨杆23缺口所在的方向。本体21的外周面下部对应箭头25设有一个向外突出的限位块26。
请参看图6、图7、图8和图10:内旋钮20插卡在基座组40壳体41上的圆管状凸台42中。内旋钮20的本体21位于凸台42的上方,拨杆23和三个卡爪24伸入凸台42内的管孔中,三个卡爪24的卡头卡在凸台42顶部的内凸缘上。拨杆23插在调温座45上部的插槽中;拨杆23下端的缺口卡住调温座45插槽内的凸起部,使拨杆23的方位与调温器的档位调节杆46的方位相一致,从而保证内旋钮20上的箭头25能够唯一地指示出调温器的档位。内旋钮20的限位块26与凸台42上端面上的凸块43相配合,限制内旋钮20的转动幅度即限制调温器档位调节杆46只能在规定的档位位置范围内转动。
请参看图9和图10:蒸汽刷组30卡接到基座组40上,组成带有握把的电熨斗时,内旋钮20的插接部22插接在外旋钮10轴套12的内壁13中。转动外旋钮10的圆盘11,内旋钮20和调温座45及调温器的档位调节杆46也随之同步转动。透过外旋钮10的圆盘11可以清晰地看到内旋钮20上的箭头25,以及该箭头25与蒸汽刷组30的壳体31上档位刻度的对应关系所指示的调温器当前档位。
二、实施例二
本发明两用组合熨斗第二个实施例的展开结构,请参看图11。该两用组合熨斗与前一实施例所介绍的那样,有一个独立的蒸汽刷组30和一个独立的基座组40。
蒸汽刷组30的壳体31上设有握把32,使蒸汽刷组30可单独用于挂烫。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31内设有由电加热的蒸汽锅炉,该蒸汽锅炉的出汽管从壳体31底面出汽部33与外界连通。电源线从后部引入壳体31内,并与控制蒸汽锅炉的开关相连接。接通该开关,外部的电源向蒸汽锅炉供电,蒸汽锅炉内的水变成蒸汽,从壳体31底面的出汽部33向外喷出。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31上,在位于握把32下方处设有一个圆管形的安装部34,用于安装外旋钮50。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31前端向下延伸出一个插卡头36。
蒸汽刷组30的壳体31中部两侧分别向下延伸出一个插卡头37。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31后部开有一个卡槽,用来承接基座组40上的翻转卡头491。蒸汽刷组30的壳体31下表面的后部设有电插座,用来向基座组40送电。
基座组40的壳体41上没有握把,但基座组40的壳体41上设置了一个下凹的容置空间48以容纳和卡接蒸汽刷组30的下部。在容置空间48的中部设有一个向上延伸的圆管状凸台42。该凸台42的上端面设有一个向上的凸块43。基座组40的壳体41底部安装电热盘44。壳体41内设置调温器,控制输送给电热盘44的电能,从而改变电热盘44的发热状况。调温器的档位调节杆46位于凸台42内,档位调节杆46的上端设有一个调温座45。该调温座45也位于凸台42内,用来与内旋钮60实现转动连接。容置空间48的后部设有电插头47,电插头47与蒸汽刷组30壳体31上的电插座相配合,接受蒸汽刷组30提供的电能,并向调温器供电。容置空间48的后部设有翻转卡头491,该翻转卡头491受基座组40的壳体41后端的锁定旋钮49控制。
将蒸汽刷组30放在基座组40壳体41上的容置空间48中,蒸汽刷组30的壳体31前端的插卡头36和中部两侧的插卡头37分别顶住容置空间48前端和中部两侧的内壁;蒸汽刷组30的壳体31下表面的电插座与容置空间48后部的电插头47向插接。扭转锁定旋钮49,使翻转卡头491卡入蒸汽刷组30壳体31后部卡槽,蒸汽刷组30就卡接到基座组40上,组成带有握把的电熨斗,用于进行熨烫。
本实施例中调温旋钮实施例的展开结构,如图12所示。该调温旋钮由外旋钮50和内旋钮60两部分组成。
请结合图12参看图13、图14和图17:外旋钮50的上部是开口向下的圆盘51,圆盘51的上表面中部向上延伸出一个圆形的凸台,圆盘51的下表面中部向下延伸出一个圆形的短轴52。短轴52的下部具有正十二角星形的外柱面53,该外柱面53为略微向内收缩的正十二角星形锥面。短轴52下部的自由端设置与外柱面53相应的正十二角星形向内收缩的锥台54。圆盘51的下表面位于短轴52的外侧,向下延伸出三个沿圆周均匀分布的卡爪55,各卡爪55的卡头向外翻。三个卡爪55上卡头的根部与圆盘51下边缘之间的距离略大于蒸汽刷组30对应安装部34顶部内凸缘的壁厚。各卡爪15的长度小于短轴52的长度,以保证短轴52的外柱面53有足够的深度插入内旋钮20对应的插孔62。
外旋钮50插卡在蒸汽刷组30壳体31上的安装部34中。外旋钮50上部的圆盘51位于安装部34的上方,短轴52和三个卡爪55伸入安装部34内的管孔35中,三个卡爪55的卡头卡在安装部34顶部的内凸缘上。安装部34顶部内凸缘的上表面印有调温器的档位刻度,透过外旋钮50的圆盘51可以清晰地看到该档位刻度。
请结合图12参看图15、图16和图17:内旋钮60的中部和上部是圆柱形的本体61。本体61的上表面向下延伸出一个具有略微向内收敛的正十二角星形内柱面的插孔62。插孔62的尺寸与外旋钮50短轴52的外柱面53成插接配合。本体61内部下表面的中央向下延伸出一个长条形的拨杆63。拨杆63的下端开有一个标识方位的缺口。本体61外部的下端面均匀分布地向下延伸出三个沿圆周均匀分布且卡头向外翻的卡爪64。各卡爪64的下端高于拨杆63的下端。本体61的上表面设有一道下凹的径向刻槽65和三个沿圆周均匀分布的切槽67。刻槽65的表面被涂上醒目的颜色,以清晰地标志出拨杆63缺口所在的方向。本体61的外周面下部对应刻槽65设有一个向外突出的限位块66。
内旋钮60插卡在基座组40壳体41上的圆管状凸台42中。内旋钮60的本体61位于凸台42的上方,拨杆63和三个卡爪64伸入凸台42内的管孔中,三个卡爪64的卡头卡在凸台42顶部的内凸缘上。拨杆63插在调温座45上部的插槽中;拨杆63下端的缺口卡住调温座45插槽内的凸起部,使拨杆63的方位与调温器的档位调节杆46的方位相一致,从而保证内旋钮60上的刻槽65能够唯一地指示出调温器的档位。内旋钮60的限位块66与凸台42上端面上的凸块43相配合,限制内旋钮60的转动幅度即限制调温器档位调节杆46只能在规定的档位位置范围内转动。
蒸汽刷组30卡接到基座组40上,组成带有握把的电熨斗时,外旋钮50短轴52的正十二角星形外柱面53插接在内旋钮60的插孔62中。转动外旋钮50的圆盘51,内旋钮60和调温座45及调温器的档位调节杆46也随之同步转动。透过外旋钮60的圆盘61可以清晰地看到内旋钮60上的刻槽65,以及该刻槽65与蒸汽刷组30的壳体31上档位刻度的对应关系所指示的调温器当前档位。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例,不以此限定本发明实施的范围,依本发明的技术方案及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应属于本发明涵盖的范围。
本发明的一种两用组合熨斗,将蒸汽刷组与熨斗基座分离或组合,单独的蒸汽刷组用于挂烫,或其它需要提供热蒸汽,蒸汽刷组与基座结合则为一熨斗;扩展了电熨斗的使用方式。
Claims (7)
- 一种两用组合熨斗,包含蒸汽刷组、基座组以及调温旋钮,其特征在于:所述调温旋钮由可转动地设置在蒸汽刷组壳体上的外旋钮和可转动地设置在基座组壳体上的内旋钮组成,所述内旋钮与基座组的壳体上调温器的档位调节杆相连接;所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间通过具有正多边形或正多角星形的柱面配合相插接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种两用组合熨斗,其特征在于:所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间配合的正多边形或正多角星形的柱面为略微向内收缩的锥面,且在所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间插接的杆件自由端设置相应的正多边形或正多角星形向内收缩的锥台。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种两用组合熨斗,其特征在于:在所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间插接的管件自由端设置至少两个切槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种两用组合熨斗,其特征在于:所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间配合的正多边形柱面至少有八个侧平面,或者所述外旋钮与所述内旋钮之间配合的正多角星形的柱面至少有九个角。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种两用组合熨斗,其特征在于:所述外旋钮的上部是圆盘,该圆盘的下表面中部向下延伸出至少三个沿圆周均匀分布的卡爪,各卡爪的卡头向外翻;外旋钮上部的圆盘位于蒸汽刷组壳体上一个圆管形安装部的上方,所述卡爪伸入所述安装部内的管孔中,所述卡爪的卡头卡在所述安装部顶部的内凸缘上。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种两用组合熨斗,其特征在于:所述内旋钮的中部是圆管形的本体,该本体的下表面向下延伸出至少三个沿圆周均匀分布的卡爪,各卡爪的卡头向外翻;内旋钮的本体位于基座组壳体上表面一个圆管状凸台的上方,所述卡爪伸入所述凸台内的管孔中,所述卡爪的卡头卡在所述凸台顶部的内凸缘上。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种两用组合熨斗,其特征在于:所述的外旋钮用透明材料制成,所述蒸汽刷组的壳体外表面上位于所述外旋钮安装处设置所述调温器的档位刻度,所述内旋钮的插接部上端面设有指示所述调温器的档位调节杆转动角位置的标志。
