Abstract
차량용 컵홀더가 개시된다. 컵을 받치는 바닥부와 상기 컵의 측면을 감싸는 측면부를 포함하는 몸체부와; 자동차의 에어벤트에 착탈가능하도록 상기 몸체부의 일측에 결합된 체결부재와; 상기 몸체부의 일측을 통과한 상기 에어벤트의 공기가 외부로 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 하기 위하여 상기 몸체부의 타측에 상기 몸체부의 길이방향으로 가이드 결합된 차단부재를 포함하는 차량용 컵홀더가 제공된다.
Description
본 발명은 컵홀더에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 자동차의 에어벤트에 결합하여 컵을 거치할 수 있는 차량용 컵홀더에 관한 것이다.
도 1과 같이 종래의 자동차 내부에는 컵홀더(H)가 구비되어 있어서, 컵을 삽입할 수 있었다. 이러한 컵홀더(H)는 컵이 쓰러지지 않도록 받쳐주는 역할을 할 뿐이었다.
겨울에 따뜻한 캔커피를 컵홀더(H)에 둘 경우 시간이 지나면 주위 온도에 의해서 차갑게 되었다. 반대로 여름에는 차가운 캔커피가 따뜻하게 되었다. 이로 인하여, 운전자는 캔커피를 빨리 마실 수밖에 없었다.
본 발명은 에어벤트에서 공급된 공기를 최대한 활용하여 여름에는 음료수의 온도를 차갑게 유지하고, 겨울에는 음료수의 온도를 따듯하게 유지할 수 있게 하는 차량용 컵홀더를 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 일측면에 따르면, 컵을 받치는 바닥부와 상기 컵의 측면을 감싸는 측면부를 포함하는 몸체부와; 자동차의 에어벤트에 착탈가능하도록 상기 몸체부의 일측에 결합된 체결부재와; 상기 몸체부의 일측을 통과한 상기 에어벤트의 공기가 외부로 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 하기 위하여 상기 몸체부의 타측에 상기 몸체부의 길이방향으로 가이드 결합된 차단부재를 포함하는 차량용 컵홀더가 제공된다.
또한, 상기 바닥부는, 상부에 위치하는 제1 받침판과; 상기 제1 받침판의 하부에 위치하는 제2 받침판과; 상기 제1 받침판과 상기 제2 받침판 사이에 개재되어 향기를 외부로 분사하는 방향부재를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 받침판에는 관통홀이 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 체결부재의 아래에 위치한 상기 몸체부의 일측에는 돌출부재가 결합될 수 있다.
이상과 같이, 몸체부에 가이드 결합된 차단부재에 의해서, 에어벤트의 공기가 음료수를 보다 오랫동안 차갑게 하거나 따뜻하게 할 수 있다.
또한, 제1 받침판과 제2 받침판 사이에 방향부재를 삽입하여, 방향부재가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 할 수 있고, 에어벤트로부터 분사된 공기로 차량 전체에 방향성분이 퍼지도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 몸체부의 일측에 결합된 돌출부재는 차량용 컵홀더의 수평을 유지할 수 있게 한다.

본 발명의 일측면에 따르면, 컵을 받치는 바닥부와 상기 컵의 측면을 감싸는 측면부를 포함하는 몸체부와; 자동차의 에어벤트에 착탈가능하도록 상기 몸체부의 일측에 결합된 체결부재와; 상기 몸체부의 일측을 통과한 상기 에어벤트의 공기가 외부로 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 하기 위하여 상기 몸체부의 타측에 상기 몸체부의 길이방향으로 가이드 결합된 차단부재를 포함하는 차량용 컵홀더가 제공된다.
이하에는, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부도면을 참조로 상세하게 설명하되, 이는 본 발명에 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있을 정도로 상세하게 설명하기 위한 것이지, 이로써 본 발명의 사상 및 범주가 한정되는 것을 의미하지는 않는다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차단부재가 돌출된 차량용 컵홀더의 사시도이며, 도 3는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차단부재가 삽입된 차량용 컵홀더의 사시도이며,도 4는 도 3의 A-A'의 단면도이다.
도 2 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 실시예의 차량용 컵홀더(10)는, 컵을 받치는 바닥부(111)와 상기 컵의 측면을 감싸는 측면부(112)를 포함하는 몸체부(11)와, 자동차의 에어벤트에 착탈가능하도록 상기 몸체부(11)의 일측에 결합된 체결부재(12)와, 상기 몸체부(12)의 일측을 통과한 상기 에어벤트의 공기가 외부로 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 하기 위하여 상기 몸체부의 타측에 상기 몸체부의 길이방향으로 가이드 결합된 차단부재(13)를 포함한다.
몸체부(11)는 플라스틱 재질로 만들어질 수 있다. 몸체부(11)는 컵을 받치는 바닥부(111)와 바닥부(111)의 가장자리에 결합되어, 컵의 측면을 감쌀 수 있도록 형성된 측면부(112)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 몸체부(11)는 여러 개의 구성품이 조립되어 완성될 수도 있다.
몸체부(11)의 일측에는 체결부재(12)가 결합된다. 체결부재(12)는 훅(hook)의 형태로 도 1과 같은 에어벤트(A)에 결합될 수 있다. 보다 정확히 말하면, 체결부재(12)는 에어벤트(A)의 그릴에 결합될 수 있다. 체결부재(12)는 훅(hook)의 형태가 일반적이나, 집게의 형태일 수도 있다. 즉, 에어벤트(A)와 체결될 수 있는 공지의 모든 수단이 가능하다. 체결부재(12)는 몸체부(11) 중에서 측면부(112)에 결합 될 수 있다.
몸체부(11)의 일측은 체결부재(12)가 결합되는 위치로서, 체결부재(12)와 결합되는 구조를 제외하고는 오픈되는 것이 좋다. 이는 에어벤트를 통하여 차량 내부로 분사되는 공기가 몸체부(11)의 일측을 통과하여 캔커피와 같은 음료수(보다 정확히 말하면 음료수를 감싸는 케이스)와 직접적으로 접촉할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
이렇게, 에어벤트의 공기가 음료수와 접촉하면, 에어벤트에서 차가운 공기가 분사될 경우 음료수는 차갑게 되고, 에어벤트에서 더운 공기가 분사될 경우 음료수는 따뜻해진다. 에어벤트의 공기가 차가울 때는 에어컨을 가동하는 여름이므로, 음료수는 차가울수록 좋다. 또한, 에어벤트의 공기가 따뜻한 경우에는 히터를 가동하는 겨울이므로, 음료수는 따듯할수록 좋다.
이와 같이, 에어벤트에서 분사되는 공기는 계절적으로 운전자가 원하는 적합한 온도이며, 이러한 온도에 맞추어 음료수의 온도를 유지한다면 더욱 쾌적한 온도의 음료수를 운전자가 마시게 된다.
한편, 음료수의 온도를 보다 잘 유지하기 위해서는, 에어벤트로부터 분사된 공기가 될 수 있는 한 음료수(보다 정확히는 음료수를 담은 병)와 오랫동안 접촉되도록 하는 것이 좋다. 본 실시 예에서는 몸체부(11)의 타측에 몸체부(11)의 길이방향(도 2의 경우 상하방향)으로 가이드 결합된 차단부재(13)를 설치함으로써, 에어벤트의 공기가 쉽게 외부로 벗어나지 못하도록 하였다.
차단부재(13)는 도 2와 같이 음료수의 외부를 잘 감쌀 수 있도록 굴곡진 형태이다. 차단부재(13)의 일측은 개방된 형태로서, 이 방향으로 에어벤트의 공기가 유입된다. 차단부재(13)는 몸체부(11)와 가이드 결합되어서, 도 2와 같이 몸체부(11)의 내부에 삽입될 수도 있다. 음료수를 마시지 않을 경우에는 차단부재(13)를 도 2와 같이 인출하여 음료수의 온도를 따듯하거나 차갑게 유지하고, 음료수를 마실 경우에는 차단부재(13)를 몸체부(11)의 내부로 삽입되도록 하여 운전자가 음료수를 쉽게 잡을 수 있도록 한다.
차단부재(13)가 몸체부(11)로 부터 인출될 경우, 중력에 의하여 아래로 내려가지 않도록 돌기와 같은 스톱퍼가 형성될 수도 있다.
도 4와 같이 바닥부(111)는 3개의 층으로 이루어질 수 있다. 상부에 위치하는 것은 제1 받침판(1111)이며, 하부에 위치하는 것은 제2 받침판(1112)이다. 제1 받침판(1111)과 제2 받침판(1112) 사이에는 방향부재(1113)가 위치한다. 방향부재(1113)는 알갱이의 형태일 수도 있고, 젤과 같은 형태일 수도 있다. 에어벤트로부터 분사된 공기가 방향부재(1113)에 포함된 방향성분을 차량의 실내로 퍼지게 한다. 이러한 방향성분은 운전자의 기분을 상쾌하게 하여 운전에 집중할 수 있도록 한다. 제1 받침판(1111)에는 관통홀(1114)이 형성되어 있어서, 상부로 방향성분이 분산되도록 한다.
한편, 체결부재(12)의 아래에 위치한 몸체부(11)의 일측에는 돌출부재(14)가 결합되어 있다. 돌출부재(14)는 체결부재(12)의 길이에 대응하는 구조체로서, 에어벤트에 결합된 차량용 컵홀더(10)가 수평을 유지할 수 있도록 한다. 돌출부재(14)는 돌출되는 길이의 조정이 가능하다. 이는 다양한 차량의 내부구조에 맞출 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
이상에서 본 발명의 실시예에 대해서 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 하나의 실시예에 불과하며, 이로써 본 발명의 특허청구범위를 한정하는 것은 아니다. 본 실시예를 바탕으로 균등한 범위까지 당업자가 변형 및 추가하는 범위도 본 발명의 권리범위에 속한다 할 것이다.
본 발명은 자동차 실내에 부착되는 악세사리에 사용된다.
Claims (3)
- 컵을 받치는 바닥부와 상기 컵의 측면을 감싸는 측면부를 포함하는 몸체부와;자동차의 에어벤트에 착탈가능하도록 상기 몸체부의 일측에 결합된 체결부재와;상기 몸체부의 일측을 통과한 상기 에어벤트의 공기가 외부로 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 하기 위하여 상기 몸체부의 타측에 상기 몸체부의 길이방향으로 가이드 결합된 차단부재를 포함하는 차량용 컵홀더.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바닥부는,상부에 위치하는 제1 받침판과;상기 제1 받침판의 하부에 위치하는 제2 받침판과;상기 제1 받침판과 상기 제2 받침판 사이에 개재되어 향기를 외부로 분사하는 방향부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 컵홀더.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 받침판에는 관통홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 컵홀더.
