Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau catalytique pour des électrodes d'une pile à combustible. Un alliage de métal noble, qui comprend au moins un métal du groupe du platine et/ou du groupe de l'or et au moins un autre métal de transition et qui adhère sur un matériau porteur électriquement conducteur et contenant du carbone, est mis en contact avec une solution d'un sel ou d'un acide d'un métal noble qui présente dans la solution un potentiel électrochimique positif supérieur à celui dudit au moins un autre métal de transition dans l'alliage de métal noble, si bien qu'à une surface de l'alliage de métal noble, au moins une partie du ou des métaux de transition est échangée électrochimiquement contre des atomes du métal noble. L'invention concerne en outre un matériau catalytique pour électrodes d'une pile à combustible et une pile à combustible qui comprend des électrodes utilisant un tel matériau.
