Abstract
본 발명은 곡관의 양단에 직선연결부가 일체로 형성된 나선 덕트를 용이하게 제조할 수 있고, 금속판재의 길이방향으로 파형(波形)의 절단부를 형성하는 절단장치를 포함하는 나선 덕트의 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 금속판재가 권취된 언코일러(U)와, 상기 에지 성형롤(F1)로부터 나온 금속판재를 길이방향을 따라 파형 또는 직선형으로 절단하는 절단장치(A)와, 절단된 금속판재를 긴장시키면서 인출시키는 텐션조절장치(T)를 포함하며, 상기 절단장치(A)는, 가이드레일(22)이 형성된 베이스판(2)과, 상기 베이스판(2)의 상부에 설치되는 상판부재(4)와, 금속판재를 절단하는 파티셔닝롤(62)이 구비되며 회전가능하게 설치되는 커팅유닛(6)과, 상기 커팅유닛(6)을 폭방향으로 이동시키는 폭 조절장치(7)와, 상기 커팅유닛(6)의 폭방향 이동량을 더 증가시킬 수 있는 보조 폭 조절장치(8)와, 상기 파티셔닝롤(62)의 회전각이 설정되도록 하는 회전각 조절장치(9)로 구성된다.
