Abstract

【課題】線材の耐力を増加させず、小さな設備で、線材の長手方向の反りおよび幅方向曲がりなどの変形を矯正することを可能とする。 【解決手段】コイル状に巻き取られた線材を引き出す線材引出し手段と、前記線材の引出し方向に沿って設けられるとともに、前記線材の厚さ方向に互い違いに設けられる複数の矯正ロールと、前記矯正ロールに設けられる線材の幅と略同じ溝幅を有する凹溝であって、前記引き出される線材の厚さ方向に曲げを与えるとともに、幅方向の変形を規制する凹溝とを備える。
