Abstract

본 발명은 내열성이 우수한 가공용 냉연강판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 중량%로 C:0.002~0.005%, Nb:0.02~0.06%, Co:0.02~0.20%, Mn:0.10~0.35%, Al:0.02~0.08%, P:0.003~0.020%, N:0.002~0.006%, S:0.015%이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함한 성분, 또는 상기 조성 의 성분에 Sn:0.05~0.25%를 추가 투여함으로써, 가공성 및 내열성, 또는 이에 더하여 내변색성 등이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판 및 그 제조방법을 기술적 요지로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 기존의 스테인레스 강판에 비해 저비용으로 제조 가능하고, 신장 플랜지성, 벤딩성 및 딥드로잉성(deep drawing)의 다양한 가공특성을 갖고 있어 상온 가공성이 우수하며, 고용원소 석출로 내시효성이 증가하여 항복점 연신현상이 발생하지 않아 성형성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 고온 강도가 뛰어나 고온 적용 제품의 형상 동결성 확보로 설비 수명이 연장되며, 고온에서 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판을 제조할 수 있다.
