Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de mesure destiné à déterminer une température à l'intérieur d'un produit en fermentation (19), configuré pour la communication sans fil avec une unité d'émission et/ou de réception (4) à l'aide d'un appareil (5) de transmission optique de signaux. L'appareil (5) de transmission optique de signaux est conçu pour envoyer des signaux optiques de données et pour recevoir des signaux optiques d'alimentation en énergie destinés à l'alimentation en énergie de l'appareil (5) de transmission optique de signaux. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif destiné à un appareil ménager (13) pour la préparation de denrées alimentaires, avec un appareil de mesure (1) et une unité d'émission et/ou de réception (4) qui est implantée à l'extérieur de l'appareil de mesure. L'invention concerne également un appareil ménager (13) pour la préparation de denrées alimentaires. L'invention concerne encore un procédé de fonctionnement d'un appareil de mesure.
