Definitions
- the invention relates to twisted torsion springs, which are intended for use in sports simulators, such as expanders and portable sports devices, as well as other mechanisms and devices.
- sports simulators such as expanders and portable sports devices
- the main obstacle for using torsion springs is the presence of a moment of force which, during the compression of the working arms of the spring, turns the spring around the center of its axis, in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the spring.
- the main obstacle is the lack of determination of the position of the working arms, specifically the place of application of force on each arm, relative to the spring itself.
- the objective of the invention is to create a twisted torsion spring with working shoulders, which, without additional devices and
- torsion at the end of each working arm has a straight section located perpendicular to the spring axis, and symmetrically to the section on the other shoulder, and located on the center plane of the spring, this section being the point of application of the torque, in the direction perpendicular to the spring axis, resulting in
- the same spring may have a section at the end of each arm.
- each shoulder is formed by means of bends, symmetrically to the bends on the other shoulder, while

- the springs, the bends forming their position can be located both on one side of the spring's mean plane and on different sides of this plane.
- the free arms of the arms can either be located between the springs or from the outer sides of the springs.
- variants may have additional bends on each shoulder, for example, after a section located parallel to the spring axis, or spring axis, at the end of the shoulder, and which is symmetrical to the bend on the other shoulder.
