具体实现时, 电子邮件管理系统中有一个专门的附件管理应用,每次启动 时,附件管理应用去检查邮件数据库或者上述图 2所示实施例中保存附件文档 的专用存储空间, 将携带有附件文档的电子邮件的附件属性信息提取出来显 示, 用户可以在附件管理应用中打开具体某个附件文档, 该附件文档会被保存 在一个緩存中, 该緩存可以与上述专用存储目录所在的緩存是同一个緩存, 该 緩存还可以是该附件管理应用与正常的邮件收发模块共用的緩存;
优选的, 上述步骤 33 自动保存附件属性信息之后或者保存该附件属性信 息对应的附件内容之后, 还可包括:
将根据所述专用存储目录中的附件属性信息查看过的附件内容,或者在接 收到的单封邮件中直接点击打开的附件内容,保存在所述专用存储目录所在的 緩存中, 下次查看该附件内容时, 直接从所述緩存中读取。
特别是对于某些下载速度或者读取速度比较慢的手持设备,在利用该方法 进行接收邮件并读取邮件时, 会大大提高读取邮件的速度, 查寻邮件时, 也是 直接从这些附件属性信息中查询, 无需输入关键字, 从而大大提高查询效率, 并方便用户查询; 对于计算机这样的网速比较快的终端设备,也一样可以达到 上述效果。
另外,用户还可以在附件管理应用中手动对该专用存储目录的緩存空间进 行释放。
综上所述,本发明的邮件管理系统自动识别电子邮件是否带附件以及附件 的类型,将附件信息自动保存在一个专用目录(专用文件夹或者专用存储目录) 下,并直接将附件内容以直观的组织方式呈现,方便用户进行集中阅读和管理; 用户不需要再专门将单封邮件中的附件进行保存,不需要记忆附件文档的存储 路径,也不需要在按照文件夹逐层寻找并逐个打开, 而是可以快速预览到最近 的所有附件, 可以按照附件的文档类型对附件内容进行排序或筛选, 快速找到 自己需要的附件文档, 方便查询。
如图 4所示, 本发明的实施例还提供一种电子邮件管理装置 40, 包括: 判断模块 41 , 用于判断接收到的电子邮件是否带有附件; 具体实现时, 可以是在邮件的数据库中, 判断邮件的附件字段, 若字段内容为 "有", 则说 明该电子邮件是带有附件的邮件, 否则为没有携带附件的邮件;
处理模块 42, 用于在所述电子邮件带有附件时, 提取所述电子邮件的附 件信息, 并保存所述附件信息。
优选的, 该装置 40还可包括:
显示模块 43 , 用于以目录形式显示所述附件信息; 方便用户查看收到的 附件信息。
其中, 如图 5所示, 在上述图 4所示实施例的基础上, 所述处理模块 42 包括:
第一处理子模块 421 , 用于在所述电子邮件带有附件时, 提取所述电子邮 件的附件内容, 并自动物理保存所述附件内容至一专用存储空间中; 该第一处 理子模块 421的具体实现流程如上述图 2所示的方法流程, 在此不再赘述; 和 /或
第二处理子模块 422 , 用于在所述电子邮件带有附件时, 提取所述电子邮 件的附件属性信息, 并自动保存所述附件属性信息至一专用存储目录中; 该第 二处理子模块 422的具体实现流程如上述图 3所示的方法流程,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是: 该装置 40可以安装在计算机等这样功能强大的电子邮件 收发设备上使用, 也可以在诸如手持设备之类的电子邮件收发设备上使用; 如 图 6所示, 本发明的实施例还提供一种终端设备 60 , 包括: 接收模块 61 , 用于接收电子邮件;
判断模块 62 ,用于判断所述接收模块 61接收到的电子邮件是否带有附件; 处理模块 63 , 用于在所述判断模块 62判断所述电子邮件带有附件时, 提 取所述电子邮件的附件信息, 并保存所述附件信息;
显示模块 64 , 用于以目录形式显示所述附件信息。
优选的, 上述处理模块 63与图 4所示装置实施例中的处理模块 42相同, 该处理模块 63同样也可以在所述电子邮件带有附件时, 提取所述电子邮件的 附件内容, 并自动物理保存所述附件内容至一专用存储空间中; 和 /或在所述 电子邮件带有附件时,提取所述电子邮件的附件属性信息, 并自动保存所述附 件属性信息至一专用存储目录中。
需要说明的是:上述方法实施例和装置实施例的所有特征均适用于该终端 设备 60, 该终端设备也同样具有上述方法实施例和装置实施例所能达到的技 术效果, 在此不再赘述。
如本发明的上述终端设备为计算机时,当用户打开附件管理应用浏览的时 候, 就可以直接刷新, 将最近的附件内容直接读取并打开, 快速呈现给用户, 简化用户的操作, 提升用户体验; 而本发明的上述终端设备为手持设备时, 则 会先给用户呈现附件属性信息, 如附件名称及该附件所属邮件的发件人、发送 时间等相关信息, 用户通过判断, 只打开自己最紧迫或最需要的附件内容, 提 高速度, 节省资费; 并且基于上述方法和装置查询附件时, 不需要再输入关键 字进行查找, 直接点击附件管理应用就可浏览到附件信息, 为用户查询附件提 供了提高查询效率的充分条件, 更加方便用户查询。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技 术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种电子邮件管理方法, 包括:
接收电子邮件, 并判断所述电子邮件是否带有附件;
若所述电子邮件带有附件, 则提取所述电子邮件的附件信息, 并保存所述 附件信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述电子邮件管理方法, 其中, 所述附件信息包括: 附件内容和 /或附件属性信息; 其中,
所述附件内容是指邮件中的附件文档;
所述附件属性信息包括: 所述附件所属邮件的发件人信息、 发送时间、 所 述附件文档的大小、 所述附件文档的名称和 /或所述附件文档的类型信息。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的电子邮件管理方法, 其中, 所述保存所述附件 信息的步骤具体为:
自动物理保存所述附件内容至一专用存储空间中。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的电子邮件管理方法, 其中, 所述自动物理保存 所述附件内容至一专用存储空间中的步骤之后还包括:
所述附件内容被手动重新保存至一指定存储空间中时,删除所述专用存储 空间中自动物理保存的所述附件内容,同时在所述专用存储空间中保存所述指 定存储空间的地址链接信息。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的电子邮件管理方法, 其中, 所述自动物理保存 所述附件内容至一专用存储空间中的步骤之后还包括:
若后接收到的附件文档的名称和类型与之前已经保存的附件文档的名称 和类型均相同, 则自动修改所述后接收到的附件文档的名称,再以修改后的附 件文档的名称保存所述后接收到的附件文档。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的电子邮件管理方法, 其中, 所述保存所述附件 信息的步骤具体为:
自动保存所述附件属性信息至一专用存储目录中。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的电子邮件管理方法, 其中, 所述自动保存所述 附件信息至一专用存储目录中的步骤之前还包括: 将接收到的电子邮件的正文和附件内容一起保存在电子邮件数据库中; 或者
将接收到的电子邮件的附件内容保存至一专用存储空间中。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的电子邮件管理方法, 其中, 所述自动保存所述 附件属性信息至一专用存储目录中的步骤之后还包括:
将根据所述专用存储目录中的附件属性信息查看过的附件内容,保存在所 述专用存储目录所在的緩存中, 下次查看该附件内容时, 直接从所述緩存中读 取。
9. 一种电子邮件管理装置, 包括:
判断模块, 用于判断接收到的电子邮件是否带有附件;
处理模块, 用于在所述电子邮件带有附件时,提取所述电子邮件的附件信 息, 并保存所述附件信息。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的电子邮件管理装置, 其中, 还包括: 显示模块, 用于以目录形式显示所述附件信息。
11.根据权利要求 9所述的电子邮件管理装置,其中,所述处理模块包括: 第一处理子模块, 用于在所述电子邮件带有附件时,提取所述电子邮件的 附件内容, 并自动物理保存所述附件内容至一专用存储空间中; 和 /或
第二处理子模块, 用于在所述电子邮件带有附件时,提取所述电子邮件的 附件属性信息, 并自动保存所述附件属性信息至一专用存储目录中。
12. 一种终端设备, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收电子邮件;
判断模块 , 用于判断所述接收模块接收到的电子邮件是否带有附件; 处理模块, 用于在所述判断模块判断所述电子邮件带有附件时,提取所述 电子邮件的附件信息, 并保存所述附件信息;
显示模块, 用于以目录形式显示所述附件信息。
