本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足, 而提出一种安装工艺简单, 生产质量好 控制并且适合大规模生产的防水水表。
为了实现上述的目的,本实用新型提出一种防水水表,包括具有表头和受控阔的基表、 电路部分以及防水壳体, 该电路部分包括用以操控该受控阀的驱动器, 该防水壳体设置在 该基表上并将该电路部分和该表头密封在内,该防水壳体包括与该基表配合的底壳和与该 下壳配合的上盖, 该上盖包括与该下壳配合的上壳和设置在该上壳中的透明窗, 该透明窗 与该基表中的表头对应, 该透明窗与该上壳是采用二次注塑成型而成一体的。
该底壳与该上壳之间设置有第一密封圈,并于多处采用超声点焊以及多处采用紧固件 的混合方式压紧该第一密封圈而使该底壳与该上壳的连接处密封。
该底壳与该上壳之间是三处采用超声点焊以及三处采用紧固件的混合方式压紧该第 一密封圈的。 该底壳设有与该表头配合的第一开口和与该受控阀配合的第二开口,该第一开口处设 置有第二密封圈, 该第二开口处设置有第三密封圈。 ·
该第二密封圈位于该底壳与该表头之间,该第一开口处是通过采用紧固件的方式固定 该底壳到该基表上来压紧该第二密封圈而密封的。
该第二密封圈位于该底壳内,该第二开口处是采用紧固件的方式固定该驱动器到该底 壳上来压紧该第三密封圈而密封的。
该上壳上设有竖直延伸的电池腔,该上壳还包括由该上壳的表面向上突伸并与该电池 腔贯通的空心螺柱及与该空心螺柱配合的螺帽, 该螺帽与空心螺柱之间设置有第四密封 圈, 该螺帽通过压紧该第四密封圈而使该螺帽与空心螺柱的连接处密封。
该上壳还包括由该上壳的表面向上突伸的天线帽。
该空心螺柱和天线帽均设置于该上壳的中部,对应于该基表中的表头和受控阀之间的 位置。
还包括围绕在该基表的表头周围的防护带。
与现有技术相比, 本实用新型的防水水表, 通过采用二次注塑成型技术和密封圈防水 方案, 能够满足 IP68等级的防尘防水要求, 并且安装工艺简单, 生产质量好控制并且适 合大规模生产。 附图说明

该第二、 三密封圈 7、 8是分别设置于基表 1的第一、 二开口 21、 22处。
底壳 2的第一开口 21处通过穿设于三个螺孔 131的螺钉 24和 25压紧第第二密封圈 7 而密封地固定在该基表 1上。
上盖 3, 参见图 2, 为一注塑成型的塑胶件, 包括: 上壳 31和透明窗 32。 透明窗 32 与基表 1中的表头 13对应。
透明窗 32与上壳 31之间采用二次注塑成型技术, 是先将透明窗 32注塑成型好; 然 后把透明窗 32固定在注塑模上, 通过第二次注塑成型包住透明窗 32边缘并成型上壳 31, 使得透明窗 32与上壳 31成一体, 实现透明窗 32与上壳 31之间的密封连接。
相比于现有技术通常采用的超声焊接或者胶水粘贴而言,质量可靠,适合大规模生产。 该上壳 31的结构, 参见图 3和图 4, 包括: 安装孔 311、 螺钉 312、 焊接柱 313、 电 池仓 314和天线帽 315。 其中,
