本发明涉及农药残留去除技术领域, 具体涉及一种蔬果残留农药去除剂。 背景技术
农药是农业生产中必需的生产资料, 农药的广泛使用, 在消除病虫害、 保证农作物的稳产、 高产中起到了十分重要的作用。 但是, 大量有毒农药的 使用也对生态环境产生了污染和破坏, 给人类的生活和健康带来了诸多不利 影响, 据统计, 全世界每年有一百万人农药中度, 其中两万人死亡。 随着经 济社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高, 食品健康问题越来越受到大家的重视, 怎样才能吃得放心, 吃得健康, 已经成为每个人每天关注的问题。
日常食用的蔬菜、 瓜果病虫害较多, 在种植过程中普遍存在喷施农药超 量现象, 但由于其生长期短, ^量喷施的农药不能降解完全, 造成农药残留 超标现象非常严重。 '
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蔬果残留农药去除剂, 以有效去除残留在蔬菜、 瓜果中的农药。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案为: 一种蔬果残留农药去除 剂, 该去除剂主要由碳酸钙和降解酶组成, 其中碳酸钙和降解酶的重量配比 为碳酸钙:降解酶 = (5〜50): 1。
进一步地, 该去除剂中碳酸钙和降解酶的重量配比优选为碳酸钙:降解酶 = (10〜30): 1。
其中碳酸钙为食用碳酸钙; 降解酶为有机磷降解酶和 /或有机氯降解酶, 有机磷降解酶与有机氯降解酶的重量配比为 (1〜3 ) : 1; 食用碳酸钙、 有机 磷降解酶和有机氯降解酶均为市售商品。
其中, 碳酸钙可以用葡萄糖粉代替。
在本发明中, 碳酸钙通过吸附残留在蔬菜、 瓜果中的农药这种有机脂类 物, 使其脱离蔬果的表面漂浮到水中, 有机磷降解酶和有机氯降解酶能促使 有机脂类物降解, 生成对人体无害的小分子化合物。 本发明对残留农药的去 除率高, 对一些极难降解的剧毒农药如六六六、 滴滴涕具有明显的去除效果; 在去除蔬果中残留的农药时, 不会破坏蔬果的维生素和其它营养成分, 不影 响蔬果的口感, 对储存也无任何影响; 本发明不但能有效去除蔬果中残留的 农药, 而且在残留的农药进入水中后, 有机磷降解酶和有机氯降解酶可对农 药进行降解, 不会污染水体, 不造成二次污染。
本发明提供的蔬果残留农药去除剂也可用于清洗肉类、 米类以及干菜类 如黄花、 干笋等。
本发明提供的蔬果残留农药去除剂的制备方法为: 按重量配比称取食用 碳酸钙、 有机憐降解酶和有机氯降解酶, 混匀即可。
本发明的使用方法是: 根据需要取适量的蔬果残留农药去除剂, 放入水 中, 之后放入准备清洗的蔬菜、 瓜果等, 浸泡 5〜15分钟, 经冲洗即可食用。 具体实施方式
实施例 1
蔬果残留农药去除剂, 其组成成分为食用碳酸钙、 有机磷降解酶和有机 氯降解酶, 碳酸钙的重量: (有机磷降解酶和有机氯降解酶的总重量) =5:1, 其中, 有机磷降解酶与有机氯降解酶的重量比为 1:1。
实施例 2
蔬果残留农药去除剂, 其组成成分为食用碳酸钙和有机磷降解酶, 碳酸 钙的重量:有机磷降解酶的重量 = 10:1。
实施例 3
蔬果残留农药去除剂, 其组成成分为食用碳酸钙、 有机磷降解酶和有机 氯降解酶,碳酸钙的重量:(有机磷降解酶和有机氯降解酶的总重量) =30:1, 其中, 有机磷降解酶与有机氯降解酶的重量比为 3:1。
实施例 4
蔬果残留农药去除剂, 其组成成分为食用碳酸钙和有机氯降解酶, 碳酸 钙的重量:有机氯降解酶的重量 = 50:1。
实施例 5
蔬果残留农药去除剂, 其组成成分为葡萄糖粉、 有机磷降解酶和有机氯 降解酶,葡萄糖粉的重量:(有机磷降解酶和有机氯降解酶的总重量) =10:1, 其中, 有机磷降解酶与有机氯降解酶的重量比为 1:1。
实施例 1〜实施例 5的蔬果残留农药去除剂的效果试验
1. 实验材料
黄瓜: 购于某农贸市场;
农药: 六六六、 滴滴涕、 滴滴滴、 滴滴伊、 毒死蜱、 敌敌畏、 杀螟硫磷、 马拉硫磷、 氰戊菊酯、 氯氰菊酯。
2、 实验仪器 色谱仪: Agilent7890A气相色谱仪;
检测器: FPD;
色谱柱: DB-1701 3 OmX 0.53mm X 1.0 μ ηΐ;
匀浆机。
3. 实验方法
该方法的具体步骤为:
( 1 ) 准确称取 300g黄瓜, 平均分为 5份, 每份 60g;
(2)准确称取农药六六六、'滴滴涕、 滴滴滴、滴滴伊、毒死蜱、 敌敌畏、 杀螟硫磷、 马拉硫磷、 氰戊菊酯、 氯氰菊酯各 lmg, 放入容量瓶中, 用去离 子水定容至 1000ml;
(3 )将步骤(2)配制好的 1000ml溶液平均分成 5份,放入 5个烧杯中, 把步骤 (1 ) 分好的黄瓜分别放入 5个烧杯中, 浸泡 1小时, 之后取出黄瓜, 从每份黄瓜中取出 30g黄瓜用于测试其中农药含量;
(4) 取 5个广口瓶, 各加去离子水 200ml, 再分别加入实施例 1、 实施 例 2、 实施例 3、 实施例 4、 实施例 5的蔬果残留农药去除剂和对照样品某蔬 菜洗洁精, 添加量均为 0.1g, 之后把剩余的 30g黄瓜分别放入广口瓶中;
( 5 )广口瓶放入震荡器中在室温下震荡 10分钟,之后加入 50.0ml乙腈, 在匀浆机中高速匀浆 2分钟, 过滤, 滤液收集到装有 5g氯化钠的 100ml的具 塞量筒中, 收集滤液, 盖上塞子, 剧烈振荡 1分钟, 在室温下静置 10分钟, 使乙腈相和水相完全分层, 从 100ml具塞量筒中吸取 10ml 乙腈溶液, 放入 150ml烧杯中, 将烧杯放到 80°C水浴锅中加热, 同时缓慢通入空气, 待蒸发 至快干时, 停止通入空气, 加入 5ml丙酮, 盖上铝箔超声 5分钟, 气相色谱 仪测定;
(6 ) 计算去除率
计算公式: 未加去除剂时的药残量-加入去除剂后的药残 去除率:
未加去除剂时的药残 据公式计算得到的具体结果见表 1所示。 表 1 震荡 10分钟时的去除率 (%)

3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的蔬果残留农药去除剂, 其特征在于, 所述 的降解酶为有机磷降解酶和 /或有机氯降解酶。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的蔬果残留农药去除剂, 其特征在于, 有机磷降 解酶与有机氯降解酶的重量配比为 (1〜3 ) : 1 ο
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的蔬果残留农药去除剂, 其特征在于, 所述 的碳酸钙为食用碳酸钙。
