为了克服现有技术结构的不足, 本发明提供一种楔状、 滑轮挤压式充气罐。 本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是: 一种楔状、 滑轮挤压式充气 罐含有气瓶、 基座、 网紋气瓶座及撞针配件组件、 剑把式插销、 滑轮组件; 基座有孔相通, 一端孔中适配网紋气瓶座, 另一端为十字孔道, 十字孔道 的第一端口有盖相连接; 另一端第二端口与网紋气瓶座的孔相连; 十字孔道第 三端口通向基座外; 基座有侧孔连接气阔阔门; 气阔阔门连接 TPU气嚢包。
网紋气瓶座及撞针配件组件, 包括网紋气瓶座、 撞针、 密封圈, 弹簧; 网紋气瓶座的右端有孔与左端的孔通过一个通气孔连接, 通气孔的周围环 绕有气瓶座通气微孔,
网紋气瓶座的右端孔的孔壁有通气孔与基座的侧孔连接相通;
撞针的外部外径有密封槽及密封圈, 撞针的左端为针状, 其针状的外径从 尖部起连接有外径槽;

"楔状、 滑轮挤压式充气罐" 是釆用楔形挤压压力的原理。 其工作原理是 利用摩托车驾驶员骑摩托车碰到意外时, 驾驶员弹射离开摩托车的拉力。 通过 拉力拉出设置于 "楔状、 滑轮挤压式充气罐" 的剑把式插销 (启动栓)。 设置于 塑料基座里面的两个滑轮。 一边设固定轴, 一边设于活动顶块上, 当拉动剑把 式插销时, 固定轴滑轮顶住剑把式插销尾端, 使剑把式插销尾端偏移挤压顶块 滑轮, 顶块挤压撞针。 当对于剑把式插销的拉力达到 15-20公斤时, 剑把式插销 被动拉出并脱离充气罐, 同时撞针针尖击破气瓶盖, 气瓶将 C02气体通过气阔阔 门充入 TPU气嚢包, 0. 5秒钟内完成充气。
本发明的有益效果: 安全可靠, 启动灵敏, 结构简单, 有效地提高使用者的 安全性。
