Abstract
은 나노입자의 고상 합성방법 및 이에 의해 합성된 은 나노입자를 제공한다. 은 나노입자의 고상 합성방법은 은염 및 환원제 겸 보호제로 사용되는 수용성 폴리머를 혼합하는 단계, 및 상기 고체상태의 혼합물에 대해 고속진동밀링(high-speed vibration milling)법을 수행하여 상기 수용성 폴리머 내에 은 나노입자를 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 고속진동밀링법에 의해 고체상태에서 쉽고 간단한 방법으로 은 나노입자를 합성할 수 있으므로 은 나노입자의 상업적인 생산 및 수송비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 합성된 은 나노입자는 고상에서 1년 이상 안정하므로 그 합성 후에도 장시간 동안 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
