(3 )、 食管引流型喉罩通气道, 此种喉罩通气道可以对食管反流物质具有引 流作用, 其基本结构类似于标准喉罩通气道, 只是具有一个与通气管平行的引 流管, 该引流管通过喉罩罩囊并开口于罩囊的尖端, 在使用中尖端会堵塞在患 者食管入口, 因而可以通过尖端的开口吸引食道反流物和胃内容物。 但是, 此 种喉罩通气道多位双管结构, 在临床插入过程中具有一定的技术难度。

所述食管引流管内置于通气管的引流腔内,食管引流管从引流孔穿入进入引 流腔、 引流管通道, 最后由引流管插入口穿出, 所述食管引流管由食管引流口、 食管阻塞套囊、 套囊充气口、 食管引流道、 套囊充气道、 引流接口、 单向阀和 限位环构成, 所述食管引流口通过食管引流道与引流接口相通, 套囊充气口通 过套囊充气道与单向阀相通, 套囊充气口与食管阻塞套囊相通, 食管引流口位 于食管引流管的尖端, 食管阻塞套囊位于食管引流管的前端且在食管引流口之 后; 所述食管引流管的后端设有引流接口、 单向阀和限位环, 其中限位环位于引 流接口之前, 用于限制食管引流管深入人体食道的深度。 所述食管引流管上设有 深度标记, 用于指示食管引流管深入人体食道的深度。 食管引流管 4前端可以根 据需要探出或縮入引流孔 1-6, 其后端伸出引流管插入口 3-7。
所述罩囊侧视形状呈鸭嘴形, 罩囊底部环周设置卵圆形密封气囊, 上部为背 囊, 背囊与密封气囊内部相通并形成内腔, 罩囊底部开有环形通气口, 前端开有 引流口, 后部有连接腔。 喉罩通气道的罩囊, 由硅胶或其它弹性材料制成。
所述气源接头为多腔直通结构, 其前端设有引流腔插口、 充气腔插口和通气 腔插口, 后端设有 15mm标准插口、 充气管插入口和引流管插入口, 其中通气腔 插口通过接头通气道与 15mm标准插口相通, 引流腔插口通过接头引流管通道与 引流管插入口相通, 充气腔插口通过接头充气道与充气管插入口相通, 所述气源 接头通过通气管后部的连接腔与通气管相连接。
喉罩通气道的充气管 5插入气源接头 3上的充气管插入口 3-6, 并与充气腔 1-3相通, 充气管 5后部连接一压力指示器 6。
本喉罩通气道可设计成多种规格型号,分别适用于婴儿、 幼儿、 儿童、少儿、 普通成人和较重成人等。适用范围主要是:(1)急症科、 ICU和各科室的急救复苏, 尤其是由非麻醉工作人员进行紧急呼吸道管理操作的情况; (2)插入气管困难的 患者,尤其是同时存在饱胃的急诊手术患者; (3)气管和喉部检查以及气管内异物 的清除;(4)不希望采用气管插管的全身麻醉患者。
工作原理及操作过程:
图 10为本实用新型所述喉罩通气道的解剖学位置示意图。在使用本实用新 型提供的喉罩通气道时, 先通过压力指示器 6和单向阀 4-7分别将罩囊 2和食 管阻塞套囊 4-2中的气体抽出。 将食管引流管 4伸出引流孔 1-6并涂抹少量润 滑剂, 再縮入引流孔 1-6内, 然后在罩囊 2上涂抹少量润滑剂。 将喉罩通气道 的罩囊 2前部尖端插入口腔中,直至罩囊 2到达咽喉部位,如图 10所示,然后通 过压力指示器 6向罩囊 2中充入适量的气体使得密封气囊 2-1和背囊 2-2膨胀 并在患者气道口周围形成密封,此时患者气管和通气腔 1-1形成通气道;同时罩 囊 2尖端堵住患者食管。 将食管引流管 4伸出引流孔 1-6使其进入患者食道内, 通过单向阀 4-7向食管阻塞套囊 4-2中冲入气体或生理盐水, 使其膨胀并堵住 患者食管, 并使得食管引流道 4-4和引流接口 4-6与食管连通。 插入后,医生可 以将呼吸设备与气源接头 3连接,从而为患者供氧;同时还可以用食管引流管 4 将患者食管的反流物引出。 本实用新型尤其适用于全方位的麻醉过程和危重患 者的抢救处理及需要高通气压的患者。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种内置阻塞式食管引流管喉罩通气道, 包括喉罩和食管引流管, 所述 喉罩的前端为罩囊、后端为通气管,在通气管与罩囊相对的一端安装有气源接头, 气源接头上连接着充气管, 充气管上连接有压力指示器, 所述通气管的管内置有 用于食管引流的食管引流管构成单管多腔道结构的喉罩通气道。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的内置阻塞式食管引流管喉罩通气道, 其特征是: 所述通气管由通气腔、引流腔和充气腔构成,通气腔中间设有贯穿全腔的支撑壁, 所述两端开口的通气管, 其前端呈鸭嘴形, 在鸭嘴的下部开有与通气腔相通的通 气孔, 在鸭嘴的顶部开有与引流腔相通的引流孔, 在鸭嘴的背部开有与充气腔相 通的充气孔, 所述通气管后端设有连接腔, 所述连接腔分别与通气腔、 引流腔和 充气腔相通。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的内置阻塞式食管引流管喉罩通气道, 其特征 是: 所述食管引流管由食管引流口、 食管阻塞套囊、 套囊充气口、 食管引流道、 套囊充气道、 引流接口、 单向阀和限位环构成, 所述食管引流口通过食管引流 道与引流接口相通, 套囊充气口通过套囊充气道与单向阀相通, 套囊充气口与 食管阻塞套囊相通, 食管引流口位于食管引流管的尖端, 食管阻塞套囊位于食 管引流管的前端且在食管引流口之后; 所述食管引流管的后端设有引流接口、 单 向阀和限位环,其中限位环位于引流接口之前, 所述食管引流管内置于通气管的 引流腔内,食管引流管依次贯穿于引流孔、引流腔、引流管通道和引流管插入口。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的内置阻塞式食管引流管喉罩通气道, 其特征是: 所述食管引流管上设有深度标记。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的内置阻塞式食管引流管喉罩通气道, 其特征是: 所述罩囊侧视形状呈鸭嘴形, 罩囊底部环周设置卵圆形密封气囊, 上部为背囊, 背囊与密封气囊内部相通并形成内腔, 罩囊底部开有环形通气口, 前端开有引流 口, 后部有连接腔。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的内置阻塞式食管引流管喉罩通气道, 其特征是: 所述气源接头为多腔直通结构, 其前端设有引流腔插口、 充气腔插口和通气腔插 口, 后端设有标准插口、 充气管插入口和引流管插入口, 其中通气腔插口通过接 头通气道与标准插口相通, 引流腔插口通过接头引流管通道与引流管插入口相 通, 充气腔插口通过接头充气道与充气管插入口相通, 所述气源接头通过通气管 后部的连接腔与通气管相连接。
