技术领域
本发明涉及金属连续铸造工艺中使用的电磁搅拌辊, 特别指一种高磁场板 坯二冷区电磁搅拌辊。
背景技术
板坯二冷区电磁搅拌通常采用以下三种形式: a.辊后行波磁场型, b. 辊式行 波磁场型, c.磁极插入式行波磁场型。 现在使用最多的是后两种。 其中辊式行 波磁场型由于直接将电磁感应器置于支承辊内形成电磁搅拌辊, 外形与普通辊 一样。 可以十分方便的安装在板坯连铸机上而不改变连铸机的结构, 因而很容 易被用户所接受。 但由于受辊内安装空间的限制, 感应器铁芯截面较小, 因而 磁通密度不高, 搅拌力偏小。 现有电磁搅拌辊通常采用 E字形铁芯, 克兰姆环 行绕组形式。 这种结构的电磁辊存在以下不足之处: a. 铁芯齿占了比较大的体 积, 使得绕组及铁芯截面所占比率减小, 安匝数及导磁面积小, 所以磁场也小。 b. 磁场在铁芯四周发散分布, 漏磁大, 使得工作面磁场减小。 E字形带齿槽铁 芯, 克兰姆环行绕组形式所具有的铁芯导磁面积小, 磁阻大, 漏磁大的缺陷已 经严重影响到了电磁搅拌辊的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的缺点和问题加以改进, 提供一种可 以提高电磁搅泮辊的磁通密度, 增加电磁搅拌力的高磁场板坯二冷区电磁搅拌 辊。
本发明的技术方案是: 构造一种新型铁芯形状并且设有磁蔽屏结构的高磁 场板坯二冷区电磁搅拌辊。 它包括绕组和铁芯, 其特点是铁芯采用不带齿槽的 圆柱形铁芯, 搅拌辊设有磁屏蔽环, 磁屏蔽环外表面为非工作面, 未被磁屏蔽 环遮挡住的面为工作面。
本发明将 E字形铁芯改为不带齿槽的圆柱形铁芯,可以最大限度地提高绕组 的空间利用率, 增加铁芯的导磁面积, 从而增加磁场强度, 加大电磁搅拌力。 在搅拌辊除工作面以外的其他面加装磁屏蔽环, 可以最大限度的防止磁场从不 作功的方向泄露, 从而大大增加工作面的磁场强度, 增加电磁搅拌力。

具体实施方式
由图 3、 4可知, 本发明包括绕组 (1 ) 和铁芯 (2), 其特点是铁芯 (2) 采 用不带齿槽的圆柱形铁芯 (2), 搅拌辊设有磁屏蔽环 (3 ), 磁屏蔽环(3 ) 外表 面为非工作面, 未被磁屏蔽环 (3 ) 遮挡住的面为工作面。
本发明所述的绕组 (1 ) 间隔或者连续绕制在圆柱形铁芯 (2 ) 的外围。 所 述的磁屏蔽环 (3 )套设在绕组 (1 ) 和圆柱形铁芯 (2) 的外层。 所述的磁屏蔽 环(3 )有一敝口, 敝口处绕组(1 )暴露在外为搅拌辊工作面。 所述的铁心(2) 为圆柱形, 没有齿和槽。
本发明发明人按以上方法试制了一台与以往电磁搅拌辊外形尺寸一样大的 样机。 经测试, 工作面磁场强度增加了 80°/。, 电磁力增加了 120°/。。 效果相当明 显。 搅拌力的增加, 使得电磁搅拌辊既实现了磁极插入式行波磁场电磁搅拌器 搅拌力大、 冶金效果好的优点, 又保留了辊式行波磁场电磁搅拌器安装方便、 成本低廉、 不用改动连铸机结构的优点, 成为板坯二冷区电磁搅拌器发展的方 向。
本发明所述的实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行的描述, 并非对 本发明构思和范围进行限定, 在不脱离本发明设计思想的前题下, 本领域中工 程技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变型和改进, 均应落入本发明的保 护范围, 本发明请求保护的技术内容, 已经全部记载在权利要求书中。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种高磁场板坯二冷区电磁搅泮辊, 包括绕组 (1 ) 和铁芯 (2), 其特 征在于铁芯 (2) 采用不带齿槽的圆柱形铁芯 (2), 搅拌辊设有磁屏蔽环 (3 ), 磁屏蔽环 (3 ) 外表面为非工作面, 未被磁屏蔽环 (3) 遮挡住的面为工作面。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的高磁场板坯二冷区电磁搅拌辊, 其特征在于所述 的绕组 (1 ) 间隔或者连续绕制在圆柱形铁芯 (2) 的外围。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的高磁场板坯二冷区电磁搅泮辊, 其特征在于所述 的磁屏蔽环 (3 ) 套设在绕组 (1 ) 和圆柱形铁芯 (2) 的外层。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的高磁场板坯二冷区电磁搅拌辊, 其特征在于所述 的磁屏蔽环 (3 ) 有一敝口, 敝口处绕组 (1 ) 暴露在外为搅拌辊工作面。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的高磁场板坯二冷区电磁搅泮辊, 其特征在于所述 的铁心 (2) 为圆柱形, 没有齿和槽。
