Abstract

本发明涉及一种铁芯屏蔽辊式电磁搅拌感应器,包括铁芯和线圈绕组,其中:铁芯为组合铁芯,组合铁芯外表分段间隙绕制线圈绕组,组合铁芯及线圈绕组有间隙的设置在空心辊内,并通过两端设置的铁芯轴端固定,组合铁芯及线圈绕组与空心辊相对旋转运动;所述的组合铁芯包括由主铁芯和次铁芯组成的铁芯,环包在次铁芯外侧及线圈绕组内侧的U形屏蔽环,和设置在铁芯及线圈绕组两端的O形屏蔽环,其中主铁芯上绕制的各组线圈绕组之间设置有磁极。本发明提高了辊式电磁搅拌装置的功效,增加了铁芯的导磁面积,增加了磁场强度,增加了电磁搅拌力;解决了拌力不足和低效的问题,解决了效率低、电磁搅拌力小、非工作区域磁泄露大的问题。

铁芯屏蔽辊式电磁搅拌感应器
技术领域
本发明涉及冶金板坯连铸工艺设备技术领域的电磁搅拌器,特别指一种铁芯屏蔽辊式电磁搅拌感应器。
背景技术
目前,有各种各样的板坯S-EMS 结构形式,主要有:箱式电磁搅拌装置、磁极插入式电磁搅拌装置和辊式电磁搅拌装置。辊式电磁搅拌装置具有特殊的结构,它利用装在空心辊(功能类似于板坯连铸机支撑导向辊)内、采用特殊设计、结构非常紧凑的电磁感应线圈(行波磁场感应器)对金属坯壳内的液芯进行电磁搅拌。近年来,辊式电磁搅拌装置,因其便于安装方便,越来越多地在板坯S-EMS中被采用。但现有的辊式电磁搅拌装置,存在如下缺陷和不足:1、在线圈绕组外层套装磁屏蔽环,因线圈外的磁屏蔽层厚度,在相同的空间(与无屏蔽层比较)这势必要大大减小了线圈绕组和铁芯的截面积,即大大地减少了辊式电磁搅拌装置的安匝数和导磁面积,也就减少了电磁搅拌力;2、无屏蔽层的辊式电磁搅拌装置,磁场沿铁芯径向均匀发散分布,漏磁大,工作磁场小,有用功所占的比例小,同样耗能低效。3、线圈全绕式圆柱形铁芯,其线圈相当于磁屏蔽层,在提高绕组空间利用率的同时,屏蔽了一部分有效工作磁场,使其封闭在铁芯内部而损耗,有功磁场效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的缺点和问题加以改进和创新,提供一种既增加了辊式电磁搅拌线圈绕制空间,又增加了工作区域的磁通密度,同时减少了辊式电磁搅拌装置非工作区域漏磁的铁芯屏蔽辊式电磁搅拌感应器。
本发明的技术方案是构造一种包括铁芯和线圈绕组的电磁搅拌感应器,其中:
铁芯为组合铁芯,组合铁芯外表分段间隙绕制线圈绕组,组合铁芯及线圈绕组有间隙的设置在空心辊内,并通过两端设置的铁芯轴端固定,组合铁芯及线圈绕组与空心辊相对旋转运动;
所述的组合铁芯包括由主铁芯和次铁芯组成的铁芯,环包在次铁芯外侧及线圈绕组内侧的U形屏蔽环,和设置在铁芯及线圈绕组两端的O形屏蔽环,其中主铁芯上绕制的各组线圈绕组之间设置有磁极。
本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:
本发明组合铁芯改善了磁场的分布,使绝大部分磁场通过主铁芯流向工作表面,极大地提高了辊式电磁搅拌装置的有功效率;通过非工作表面的屏蔽环作用,大大降低了非工作表面方向的磁泄露,大大减少了磁泄露对周边设备的影响。另外,位于线圈绕组两端并装于辊端轴内端的屏蔽O形环,消耗了本发明两端部的磁泄露,更好地保护了两端的轴承。本发明因而解决了以往电磁搅拌装置非工作区域磁泄露大的问题,提高了辊式电磁搅拌装置的功效。本发明去掉了现有技术中的线圈外磁屏蔽环,因而在同样的空间中,大大增加了铁芯的导磁面积,增加了磁场强度,增加了电磁搅拌力。解决了以往辊式电磁搅拌装置电磁搅拌力不足和低效的问题。本发明有效地解决了现存技术中有功磁场效率低、电磁搅拌力小、非工作区域磁泄露大的问题,是一种板坯连铸高效辊式电磁搅拌装置的行波磁场感应器。

具体实施方式
由图1至3可知,本发明包括铁芯和线圈绕组,其中:
铁芯为组合铁芯,组合铁芯外表分段间隙绕制线圈绕组4,组合铁芯及线圈绕组4有间隙的设置在空心辊1内,并通过两端设置的铁芯轴端8固定,组合铁芯及线圈绕组4与空心辊1相对旋转运动;
所述的组合铁芯包括由主铁芯2和次铁芯5组成的铁芯,环包在次铁芯5外侧及线圈绕组4内侧的U形屏蔽环3,和设置在铁芯及线圈绕组4两端的O形屏蔽环7,其中主铁芯2上绕制的各组线圈绕组4之间设置有磁极6。
本发明所述的主铁芯2和次铁芯5上U形屏蔽环3非环包面放磁为电磁搅拌感应器工作面,U形屏蔽环3环包面阻磁为电磁搅拌感应器非工作面。所述的主铁芯2和次铁芯5相嵌设置,主铁芯2由高导磁材料构成,次铁芯5由高强度结构材料构成,且主铁芯2与次铁芯5之间设有冷却水槽9,冷却水槽9为通槽通冷却水。所述的U形屏蔽环3沿铁芯轴向设置,且处于线圈绕组4环包的空间内侧,即套装在铁芯和线圈绕组4之间,且U形屏蔽环3环包铁芯轴的角度120°-300°。所述的次铁芯5与U形屏蔽环3之间设置有槽10,槽10为通槽可通冷却水或者过线。所述的O形屏蔽环7设置在铁芯轴端8与主铁芯2及次铁芯5端部之间,且处于线圈绕组4端部外侧,用于阻止组合铁芯两端磁泄露。所述的U形屏蔽环3和O形屏蔽环7均采用非磁性且有优质导电特性的材料制成。
本发明的设计原理:
本发明的行波磁场感应器即组合铁芯+线圈绕组4是一个线性感应发动机,电磁搅拌磁场感应器产生磁场B,磁场运动速度是v(B取决于线圈电流,v取决于频率)。磁场在液体金属里面产生涡流。B和I产生了体积力F(F∧B,I)F=

本发明的结构原理:
本发明由组合铁芯、线圈绕组4组成,组合铁芯由主铁芯2、次铁芯5、U形屏蔽环3、O形屏蔽环7及磁极6组成,通过铁芯轴端8两端固定,位于空心辊1内,工作时与空心辊1相对作旋转运动。U形屏蔽环3环包在次铁芯5柱面外侧上,且处于线圈绕组4内侧;O形屏蔽环7处于铁芯端部和线圈端部外侧位置;线圈绕组4分段间隙地绕制在组合铁芯外表。U形屏蔽环3沿铁芯轴向布置,且处于线圈绕组4所环包的空间内侧,即套装在铁芯和线圈绕组4之间,且U形屏蔽环3环包铁芯轴的角度120°-300°。O形屏蔽环7紧贴主铁芯2和次铁芯5端部且处于线圈绕组4端部外侧。线圈绕组4与空心辊1间存在间隙,线圈绕组4外层无磁屏蔽环。U形屏蔽环3和O形屏蔽环7均采用非磁性且有优质导电特性的材料组成。主铁芯2和次铁芯5具有不同的导磁特性,主铁芯2由高导磁材料构成和次铁芯5由高强度结构材料构成,主铁芯2与次铁芯5之间有冷却水槽9,冷却水槽9为通槽。次铁芯5与U形屏蔽环3之间有槽10,槽10为通槽;且具通水冷却和过线的功能。
本发明试制的结果,相对于线圈外屏蔽产品漏磁场降低10%,中心磁场增加5%,从而有效地降低了漏磁场同时增加了搅拌力。

Claims (3)

1.种铁芯屏蔽辊式电磁搅拌感应器,包括铁芯和线圈绕组,其铁芯为组合铁芯,组合铁芯外表分段间隙绕制线圈绕组(4),组合铁芯及线圈绕组(4)有间隙的设置在空心辊(1)内,并通过两端设置的铁芯轴端(8)固定,组合铁芯及线圈绕组(4)与空心辊(1)相对旋转运动,主铁芯(2)上绕制的各组线圈绕组(4)之间设置有磁极(6);
所述的组合铁芯包括由主铁芯(2)和次铁芯(5)组成的铁芯,其特征在于组合铁芯还包括环包在次铁芯(5)外侧及线圈绕组(4)内侧的U形屏蔽环(3),和设置在铁芯及线圈绕组(4)两端的O形屏蔽环(7),其中:
U形屏蔽环(3)沿铁芯轴向设置,且处于线圈绕组(4)环包的空间内侧,即套装在铁芯和线圈绕组(4)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁芯屏蔽辊式电磁搅拌感应器,其特征在于所述的主铁芯(2)与次铁芯(5)之间设有冷却水槽(9),冷却水槽(9)为通槽可通冷却水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铁芯屏蔽辊式电磁搅拌感应器,其特征在于所述的O形屏蔽环(7)设置在铁芯轴端(8)与主铁芯(2)及次铁芯(5)端部之间,且处于线圈绕组(4)端部外侧,用于阻止组合铁芯两端磁泄露。
