Abstract
La présente invention concerne un analogue d'implant avec manchon et pièce coulée trouvant une application dans le façonnage d'une chape dentaire (coping) dans un laboratoire de prothèses dentaires, et visant à rendre cette opération de façonnage plus facile, plus rapide et plus pratique. La forme de l'analogue d'implant facilite les fréquentes opérations de retrait et de ré-emboîtement de la base de la chape sur le modèle de plâtre pendant la production de la chape, aucun dévissage n'étant nécessaire du fait que cette forme permet un coulissement. Ledit analogue d'implant comprend une pièce coulée (1) dotée d'un corps (1-A), d'une tête (1-B) et d'un orifice à filetage intérieur (1-C) droit, ainsi qu'un manchon (2) doté d'un corps (2-A), d'une partie saillante intérieure droite (2-B) et/ou d'une partie saillante intérieure incrustée (2-C), et d'une pointe (2-D). Ce dispositif se caractérise avantageusement par sa simplicité structurale, sa facilité de production, sa polyvalence et son faible coût.
