L'invention concerne une chaise fonctionnelle corrigeant la posture et, plus particulièrement, une chaise fonctionnelle corrigeant la posture apte à maintenir en permanence un utilisateur dans la posture assise correcte grâce au réglage possible de l'angle de son siège (10) et offrant une fonction antiglissement sous la forme d'une partie centrale protubérante (13) formée sur toute la surface d'un support de postérieur du siège (10), en fonction du physique ou des besoins de l'utilisateur. Une chaise fonctionnelle (1) corrigeant la posture selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention comprend : le siège (10) formé de façon à s'incliner vers l'avant de 10° à 16° pour soutenir le postérieur de l'utilisateur ; une unité support (20) formée radialement sous le siège (10), comportant des supports au niveau de ses extrémités auxquels sont fixées des roues mobiles, et dont la partie supérieure est attachée au siège (10) pour suspendre celui-ci au-dessus du sol ; et un dossier (50) attaché à la partie supérieure de l'unité support (20) pour soutenir le dos de l'utilisateur assis sur le siège (10).
