Abstract

Eine Verdrängerpumpe mit variablem Fördervolumen, insbesondere Flügelzellenpumpe, mit einem Gehäuse weist eine Deckplatte und einen sich in Längsachsrichtung der Pumpe erstreckenden ringförmigen Umfangsflansch auf, in dessen Innenraum ein Außenring eingesetzt ist, der einen Rotorensatz, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einem Rotor, Rotorenelementen und einem Kurvenring, lagert. Der Rotor ist von dem Kurvenring umschlossen. Zwischen dem Rotor und dem Kurvenring sind durch die Rotorenelemente abgegrenzte Arbeitskammern ausgebildet, deren Volumen durch Veränderung der Exzentrizität zwischen Rotor und Kurvenring einstellbar ist. Zwischen einer Außenumfangsfläche des Kurvenrings und dem Außenring sind Druckkammern ausgebildet, welche zur Verschiebung des Kurvenrings druckbeaufschlagbar sind. Zur Druckbeaufschlagung ist ein Steuerkolben vorgesehen, welcher über zugeordnete Steuerbohrungen mit den Druckkammern verbunden ist. Die Steuerbohrungen verlaufen wenigstens annähernd axial in der Deckplatte radial innerhalb des Umfangsflansches des Gehäuses und erstrecken sich durch eine im Inneren axial vor dem Rotorensatz angeordnete Stirnplatte bis in die Druckkammern.
