Abstract
Description
はじめに、本発明の実施の形態1に係る高周波装置である高周波加熱装置について説明する。図1は、本実施の形態1に係る高周波加熱装置の構成を示すブロック図である。この高周波加熱装置100は、図21に示す高周波加熱装置500と同様に、高周波発生器1と、加熱室6とを備えている。また、高周波発生器1と加熱室6とは高周波を伝送する伝送路である導波管2によって接続しており、この導波管2上には、サーキュレータ3、パワーモニタ4、整合器5が順次配設されている。

つぎに、実施の形態1に係る高周波加熱装置100において用いることができる電力回生装置の他の実施の形態について説明する。図8は、実施の形態2に係る電力回生装置を示す模式図である。図8に示すように、この電力回生装置12は、サーキュレータ3と、分岐部としてのT分岐導波管13と、2つの高周波/直流変換器8と、各高周波/直流変換器8に接続した電圧制御器9および送電線10とを備えている。このT分岐導波管13は、第1ポート13aと、第2ポート13bと、第3ポート13cとを備えている。第1ポート13aがサーキュレータ3の第3ポート3cに接続しており、第2ポート13b、第3ポート13cにはそれぞれ高周波/直流変換器8、電圧制御器9、および送電線10が接続している。
図9は、実施の形態3に係る電力回生装置を示す模式図である。図9に示すように、この電力回生装置14は、実施の形態2の電力回生装置12において、T分岐導波管13をT分岐導波管15に置き換えた構成を有する。このT分岐導波管15は、サーキュレータ3の第3ポート3cと接続する第1ポート15aと、2つの高周波/直流変換器8のそれぞれに接続する第2ポート15b、第3ポート15cとを備えている。
つぎに、実施の形態1または実施の形態2、3に係る電力回生装置において用いることができる高周波/直流変換器の別の実施の形態について説明する。図10は、実施の形態4に係る高周波/直流変換器を示す模式的な一部透視斜視図である。図10に示すように、この高周波/直流変換器16は、ラジアル導波路を含む導波管161と、アンテナプローブ82aと整流部82bとを備える複数のレクテナ素子82と、整流部82bを収容する円盤状の筐体163aおよびドーナツ状の筐体163bとを備えている。なお、各整流部82bは送電線10に接続している。
上述した各実施の形態では、いずれもレクテナ素子を用いた電力回生装置を用いているが、本発明はこれに限られず、高周波を直流に変換できる他の装置を用いた電力回生装置でもよい。以下では、本発明の実施の形態5として、マイクロ波管を用いた電力回生装置の実施の形態について説明する。
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態6に係る高周波加熱装置について説明する。本実施の形態6に係る高周波加熱装置は、実施の形態1に係る高周波加熱装置100とほぼ同様の構成を有するが、さらに蓄電装置を備えるものである。
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態7に係る高周波加熱装置である家庭用または業務用の電子レンジについて説明する。図15は、実施の形態7に係る電子レンジの扉を開けた状態の外観を示す模式図である。図15に示すように、この電子レンジ300は、スタートボタン等の各種動作設定のための各種操作ボタンおよび動作メニューや動作時間等を表示する表示器を備えた表示操作部31と、扉32と、加熱室33とを備えている。また、加熱室33内の上面および側面には、加熱室33内にマイクロ波を放射するための開口部34が設けられている。なお、加熱室33内には適宜ターンテーブルを設けてもよい。
図21は、本発明の実施の形態8に係る無線通信装置の要部構成を示すブロック図である。図21に示すように、この無線通信装置400は、信号処理部50と、信号処理部50に接続した電力増幅器51と、電力増幅器51に接続したサーキュレータ52と、サーキュレータ52に接続した分波回路53と、分波回路53に接続した高周波負荷であるアンテナ54と、サーキュレータ52に接続した高周波/直流変換器55と、高周波/直流変換器55に接続した電圧制御器56と、電圧制御器56に接続した蓄電装置57とを備える。なお、サーキュレータ52、高周波/直流変換器55、および電圧制御器56が電力回生装置58を構成し、電力回生装置58と蓄電装置57とが電力蓄電システム59を構成している。

Claims (19)
- 高周波源から高周波負荷に高周波を伝送する伝送路上に配設され、前記高周波負荷が前記高周波を反射して発生した反射高周波を取り出す取出部と、
前記取出部が取り出した反射高周波を直流電力に変換する高周波/直流変換部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電力回生装置。 - 前記取出部が取り出した反射高周波を分岐して出力する分岐部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力回生装置。
- 前記高周波/直流変換部は、前記反射高周波を受信し、該受信した反射高周波に対応する交流電力を出力するアンテナ部と、前記アンテナ部が出力した交流電力を整流する整流部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力回生装置。
- 前記高周波/直流変換部は、複数の前記アンテナ部と、前記反射高周波を伝送する反射高周波伝送路とを備え、複数の前記アンテナ部は、前記反射高周波伝送路内を伝送する前記反射高周波を前記各アンテナ部で受信するように分散配置していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力回生装置。
- 前記反射高周波伝送路はラジアル導波管を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力回生装置。
- 前記高周波/直流変換部は、前記反射高周波を直流電力に変換する真空管を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力回生装置。
- 前記取出部は、前記高周波源が発生した高周波が入力される第1ポートと、前記入力された高周波を前記高周波負荷へ出力するとともに前記反射高周波が入力される第2ポートと、前記入力された反射高周波を取り出す第3ポートとを有するサーキュレータを備えることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一つに記載の電力回生装置。
- 前記高周波/直流変換部が出力する直流電力を所定電圧に制御して出力する電圧制御部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一つに記載の電力回生装置。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一つに記載の電力回生装置と、
前記電力回生装置が出力する直流電力を蓄電する蓄電装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする電力蓄電システム。 - 高周波源と、
高周波負荷と、
前記高周波源から前記高周波負荷に高周波を伝送する伝送路と、
前記伝送路上に配設された請求項1~8のいずれか一つに記載の電力回生装置または請求項9に記載の電力蓄電システムと、
を備えることを特徴とする高周波装置。 - 前記高周波負荷は高周波加熱を行なう加熱室であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の高周波装置。
- 前記高周波負荷は高周波信号波を送受信するアンテナであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の高周波装置。
- 高周波源から高周波負荷に高周波を伝送する伝送路上において、前記高周波負荷が前記高周波を反射して発生した反射高周波を取り出す取出工程と、
前記取り出した反射高周波を直流電力に変換する高周波/直流変換工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする電力回生方法。 - 前記取り出した反射高周波を分岐する分岐工程を含み、前記高周波/直流変換工程は、前記分岐した各反射高周波を直流電力に変換することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電力回生方法。
- 前記高周波/直流変換工程は、前記反射高周波を受信し、該受信した反射高周波に対応する交流電力を出力する受信工程と、前記出力した交流電力を整流する整流工程とを含むことを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の電力回生方法。
- 前記受信工程は、前記取り出した反射高周波を反射高周波伝送路に伝送させながら、該反射高周波伝送路上に分散配置した複数のアンテナで受信を行なうことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の電力回生方法。
- 前記受信工程は、ラジアル導波管を備える前記反射高周波伝送路を用いることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の電力回生方法。
- 前記高周波/直流変換工程において出力した直流電力を所定電圧に制御して出力する電圧制御工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13~17のいずれか一つに記載の電力回生方法。
- 請求項14~18のいずれか一つに記載の電力回生方法により回生した直流電力を蓄電することを特徴とする電力蓄電方法。
