Abstract
Description
本発明は、日本国特許出願:特願2009-245678号(2009年10月26日出願)の優先権主張に基づくものであり、同出願の全記載内容は引用をもって本書に組み込み記載されているものとする。
本発明は、移動通信システム、ゲートウェイ装置、基地局、通信方法、およびプログラムに関する。
(1)Close Mode
HNBは、Allowed CSG Listに自局のCSG IDを持つUEにのみ、アクセスを許可する。
(2)Open Mode
HNBは、アクセス制限を行わない。
(3)Hybrid Mode
HNBは、Allowed CSG Listに自局のCSG IDを持つUEにも、持たない他の通常のUEにも、アクセスを許可する。また、HNBは、Allowed CSG Listに自局のCSG IDを持つUEに対して、Preferentialな制御を行うことを可能とする。
以下の分析は、本発明によってなされたものである。
ところで、PreferentialなUEが、同一のHNB-GW(Home Node BGateway)配下のHNB間を移動した場合(このような移動を「Intra HNB-GW Relocation」と称す)、移動先のHNBのCSG IDおよびAccess Modeの設定に応じて、そのUEをPreferentialに扱うかどうかを判断し、Preferentialに扱う場合はその旨を移動先のHNBへ通知する必要がある。

前記端末の前記移動元基地局から前記移動先基地局への移動時に、前記移動先基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを、自装置で判定するか、または、前記コアネットワーク内のコアネットワークノードへ問い合わせる制御部と、
前記移動先基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを示す優先情報を前記移動先基地局に通知する第1の送受信部と、を有するゲートウェイ装置。 - 前記端末は、
自端末が接続可能な基地局の限定加入者グループの識別情報のリストである許可リストを保持しており、
前記制御部は、
前記移動元基地局および前記移動先基地局の限定加入者グループの識別情報と、前記移動元基地局および前記移動先基地局のアクセスモードと、前記端末の識別情報と、前記端末の前記許可リストに前記移動元基地局の限定加入者グループの識別情報が含まれるか否かを示す許可リスト情報と、に応じた、前記コアネットワークノードへの問い合わせの可否、および、前記移動先基地局への前記優先情報の通知の可否を規定した判定テーブルを有し、
前記端末の前記移動元基地局から前記移動先基地局への移動時に、前記判定テーブルに基づいて、前記コアネットワークノードへの問い合わせの可否、および、前記移動先基地局への前記優先情報の通知の可否を決定する、請求項8に記載のゲートウェイ装置。 - 前記端末の登録時に、前記コアネットワークノードからRANAP(Radio Access Network Application Part)メッセージを受信する第2の送受信部をさらに有し、
前記制御部は、
前記RANAPメッセージに前記許可リスト情報が含まれていた場合、該許可リスト情報を保持する、請求項9に記載のゲートウェイ装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記コアネットワークノードへの問い合わせを行う場合、前記端末の識別情報と、前記移動先基地局の限定加入者グループの識別情報と、をRANAP:Uplink Information Exchange Requestメッセージに含め、
前記第2の送受信部は、
前記RANAP:Uplink Information Exchange Requestメッセージを前記コアネットワークノードへ送信する、請求項10に記載のゲートウェイ装置。 - 前記第2の送受信部は、
前記コアネットワークノードから、前記優先情報を含むRANAP:Uplink Information Exchange Responseメッセージを受信する、請求項11に記載のゲートウェイ装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記移動先基地局への前記優先情報の通知を行う場合、前記優先情報をRANAP:Relocation Requestメッセージに含め、
前記第1の送受信部は、
前記RANAP:Relocation Requestメッセージを前記移動先基地局に送信する、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載のゲートウェイ装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記移動先基地局への前記優先情報の通知を行う場合、前記優先情報をRUA(RANAP User Adaptation):Direct Transferメッセージに含め、
前記第1の送受信部は、
前記RUA:Direct Transferメッセージを前記移動先基地局に送信する、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載のゲートウェイ装置。 - 端末が移動後に接続し、かつ、ゲートウェイ装置を介してコアネットワークに接続される基地局であって、
前記ゲートウェイ装置から、前記基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを示す優先情報を受信する送受信部を有する基地局。 - 前記送受信部は、
前記ゲートウェイ装置から、前記優先情報を含むRANAP(Radio Access Network Application Part):Relocation Requestメッセージを受信する、請求項15に記載の基地局。 - 前記送受信部は、
前記ゲートウェイ装置から、前記優先情報を含むRUA:Direct Transferメッセージを受信する、請求項15に記載の基地局。 - 端末と、前記端末が移動前に接続する移動元基地局と、前記端末が移動後に接続する移動先基地局と、前記移動元基地局および前記移動先基地局をコアネットワークに接続するゲートウェイ装置と、前記コアネットワーク内に設けられたコアネットワークノードと、を備えた移動通信システムにおいて、
前記ゲートウェイ装置が、前記端末の前記移動元基地局から前記移動先基地局への移動時に、前記移動先基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを、自装置で判定するか、または、前記コアネットワークノードへ問い合わせるステップと、
前記移動先基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを示す優先情報を前記移動先基地局に通知するステップと、を含む通信方法。 - 端末が移動前に接続する移動元基地局および前記端末が移動後に接続する移動先基地局をコアネットワークに接続するゲートウェイ装置が、
前記端末の前記移動元基地局から前記移動先基地局への移動時に、前記移動先基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを、自装置で判定するか、または、前記コアネットワークノードへ問い合わせるステップと、
前記移動先基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを示す優先情報を前記移動先基地局に通知するステップと、を含む通信方法。 - 端末が移動後に接続し、かつ、ゲートウェイ装置を介してコアネットワークに接続される基地局による通信方法であって、
前記ゲートウェイ装置から、前記基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを示す優先情報を受信するステップを含む通信方法。 - 端末が移動前に接続する移動元基地局および前記端末が移動後に接続する移動先基地局をコアネットワークに接続するゲートウェイ装置に設けられたコンピュータに、
前記端末の前記移動元基地局から前記移動先基地局への移動時に、前記移動先基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを、前記ゲートウェイ装置で判定するか、または、前記コアネットワークノードへ問い合わせる処理と、
前記移動先基地局にて前記端末を優先的に扱うか否かを示す優先情報を前記移動先基地局に通知する処理と、を実行させるプログラム。
