Abstract
L'invention concerne un implant médical pour traiter l'arthrose dans les articulations d'un corps humain ou animal, en particulier dans l'articulation du genou d'un patient. L'objectif de cette invention est d'éviter la mise en oeuvre de procédés complexes pour introduire des plaques stables dans la cavité articulaire du genou. A cet effet, deux corps magnétiques (9, 10; 20) pouvant être introduits dans les deux parties opposées (1, 2) de l'articulation sont prévus, la polarité des corps magnétiques (9, 10; 20) associés à une articulation est identique.
