Description

一种板材用锚栓 技术领域
本发明属于建筑锚栓的技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于蜂窝板材及其它板材的建筑锚栓。
背景技术
传统的建筑锚栓如图1所示,由螺母100、螺杆200及膨胀件300组成,螺杆200的里端具有楔形头201,膨胀件300呈管状且里端具有膨胀片301,膨胀件300套在螺杆200上,其膨胀片301抵在楔形头201上,螺母100螺套在螺杆200的外端。
安装时,将套有膨胀件300的螺杆200插入钻好孔的被锚固件中,再将外挂物挂置在螺杆200的外端,然后,将螺母100螺套在螺杆200上,通过旋拧螺母100向墙孔内推挤膨胀件300,使膨胀件300的里端膨胀片301在楔形头201的导引下胀开,紧紧抓住孔的内壁,而令整个锚栓固定在被锚固件的孔中,达到将外挂物固定在建筑上的目的。
上述锚栓因为膨胀件300膨胀片301可膨胀量小,与被锚固件孔的接触面小,抓紧力不足,而且,膨胀片301伸入被锚固件中,若使用在蜂窝板材内,容易出现膨胀片301恰好处于空穴中的情形,如图2所示,导致锚固无效。
有鉴于此,本发明人研发出一种新型锚栓,其结构简单,可有效锚固,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种板材用锚栓,其结构简单,具有良好的锚固功效。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种板材用锚栓,由螺母、螺杆及膨胀件组成;螺杆的外端具有螺纹段而里端具有螺栓头;膨胀件包括平垫和膨胀管,膨胀管上开有利于膨胀的剖槽,膨胀件套置在螺杆上,膨胀管的里端抵在螺栓头上;螺母旋拧在螺纹段上,螺母抵在平垫上。
所述平垫和膨胀管分体成型再组接形成膨胀件,膨胀管由片材弯折而成,膨胀管与平垫的组接端形成接头,平垫的内缘形成插槽,膨胀管借助接头插置在插槽中而与平垫组接在一起。
所述螺栓头靠膨胀件的一侧形成导引膨胀管产生膨胀变形的斜撑面。
采用上述结构后,本发明安装时,在被锚固件上钻孔,将膨胀件套在螺杆上,再将螺杆的螺栓头朝里插在预先钻好的孔中,然后,将螺母旋在螺杆的螺纹段上,拧紧螺母时,膨胀管受螺栓头挤压沿剖槽胀开,直径增大,使被锚固件被变形后的膨胀管和平垫夹紧固定,再将螺母旋下,最后,将外挂物挂置在螺杆上,将螺母旋在螺杆的螺纹段上,达到将外挂物固定在建筑上的目的。
本发明膨胀件的膨胀管在压缩后高度大大压缩,膨胀管由管状撑开成片状,可膨胀量很大,与被锚固件孔的接触面大,抓紧力倍增,而且,膨胀片紧贴被锚固件,所以,本发明可确保良好的锚固功效,适用于蜂窝板材及其它板材。本发明结构简单,加工制作方便。

具体实施方式
如图3和图4所示,是本发明的较佳实施例,由螺母1、螺杆2及膨胀件3组成。
螺杆2的外端具有螺纹段21而里端具有螺栓头22。螺栓头22靠膨胀件3的一侧形成斜撑面23,用于导引膨胀件3产生膨胀变形。
膨胀件3包括平垫31和膨胀管32,膨胀管32上开有利于膨胀的剖槽35,膨胀件3套置在螺杆2上,膨胀管32的里端抵在螺栓头22上。其中,平垫31和膨胀管32可以是图3所示的铸造成型为一体,或如图7所示,平垫31和膨胀管32分体成型,再组接形成膨胀件3,膨胀管32由冲压的片材弯折而成,膨胀管32与平垫31的组接端形成接头33,平垫31的内缘形成插槽34,借助接头33插置在插槽34中而将膨胀管32与平垫31组接在一起。
螺母1旋拧在螺杆2的螺纹段21上,螺母1旋拧在螺杆2上后则抵在平垫31上。
本发明实施例一安装时,如图4所示,在被锚固件4上钻孔41,将膨胀件3套在螺杆2上,再将螺杆2的螺栓头22朝里插在预先钻好的孔41中,然后,将螺母1旋在螺杆2的螺纹段21上,如图5所示,拧紧螺母1时,使膨胀管32高度被压缩而直径增大,被锚固件4与膨胀管32夹紧被锚固件4固定,最后,将螺母1旋下,如图6所示,将外挂物5挂置在螺杆2上,再将螺母1旋在螺杆2的螺纹段21上,达到将外挂物5固定在建筑上的目的。实施例二的安装方式与实施例一相同,故不赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的几个实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1、一种板材用锚栓,由螺母、螺杆及膨胀件组成;螺杆的外端具有螺纹段而里端具有螺栓头;其特征在于:膨胀件包括平垫和膨胀管,膨胀管上开有利于膨胀的剖槽,膨胀件套置在螺杆上,膨胀管的里端抵在螺栓头上;螺母旋拧在螺纹段上,螺母抵在平垫上。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种板材用锚栓,其特征在于:所述平垫和膨胀管分体成型再组接形成膨胀件,膨胀管由片材弯折而成,膨胀管与平垫的组接端形成接头,平垫的内缘形成插槽,膨胀管借助接头插置在插槽中而与平垫组接在一起。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种板材用锚栓,其特征在于:所述螺栓头靠膨胀件的一侧形成导引膨胀管产生膨胀变形的斜撑面。
