用户向网络侧申请开通暂时停机自动回复功能的过程, 可以釆用短信 和语音两种方式: 如果釆用短信方式, 准备停机用户通过短信向网络侧指 定的业务特服号码发送申请暂时停机自动回复功能开通请求, 请求中可以 携带设置好的预置信息和好友号码; 也可以在收到请求成功后再发送预置 信息和好友号码; 还可以在请求中携带设置好的预置信息, 请求成功后再 发送好友号码; 如果釆用语音方式, 准备停机用户拨打指定的业务特服号 码, 通过网络侧提供的语音提示服务向网络侧发起申请暂时停机自动回复 功能开通请求, 请求中可以携带设置好的预置信息和好友号码; 也可以在 收到请求成功后再发送预置信息和好友号码; 还可以在请求中携带设置好 的预置信息, 请求成功后再发送好友号码。
对于网络侧, 只要将停机用户号码及其对应的预置信息和好友号码一 起存储即可, 并以停机用户号码为索引进行查询。 存储可以用多种形式, 举个例子来说, 网络侧可以在归属位置寄存器 ( HLR , Home Location Register ) 中设置并维护一张用户签约的业务表, 该业务表中设置有代表用 户是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能的标识位, 如: 标识位为 0表示未开通 自动回复功能, 标识位为 1 表示开通自动回复功能, 在该业务表中, 可以 将标识位与相应开通暂时停机自动回复功能的用户所设置好的预置信息和 好友号码一起存储, 如表 1所示。

也可以只在业务表中存储标识位, 将预置信息和好友号码等用户相关 信息单独存储, 并通过用户号码建立关联关系, 如表 2所示。 这种情况下, 业务表和用户相关信息可存储在同一网络设备的不同位置、 或不同网络设 备上,如业务表存储在 HLR上,用户相关信息存储在移动交换中心(MSC, Mobile Switching Center )上。

当然, 也可以在网络侧仅存储开通暂时停机自动回复功能的用户号码 及其对应的、 设置好的预置信息和好友号码, 也就是说, 只有请求开通暂 时停机自动回复功能的用户的相关信息才存储, 未开通或取消自动回复功 能的用户不在表中存储, 如表 3所示。

上述表 1到表 3 中的预置信息又包括三部分: 停机时间、 用户留言、 备用联系信息, 三部分可依次存储。
步骤 101 ~ 102: 当准备停机用户正式停机且被呼叫时, 网络侧确定该 停机用户是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能, 如果未开通, 则按现有方式处 理, 并结束当前处理流程; 如果开通, 则执行步骤 103;
这里, 网络侧接收到主叫用户的呼叫后, 先根据被叫用户号码在 HLR 中查询该被叫用户的状态, 如果确认该被叫用户的状态为停机状态, 则进 一步判断该停机用户是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能。 其中, 如果设置有 包含开通标识位的业务表, 则可以通过查询开通标识位直接判断该停机用 户是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能, 如果为 1 则开通; 如果网络侧仅存储 开通暂时停机自动回复功能的用户及其信息, 则直接查询网络侧所存储的 用户号码中是否包含该停机用户的用户号码, 如果有则开通。
所述按现有方式处理就是指: 由系统自动回复语音 "您拨打的用户已 停机", 告知主叫用户所呼叫的用户已停机。
步骤 103 ~ 105: 网络侧根据所存储的该停机用户的好友号码, 确定当 前主叫用户是否为该停机用户的好友, 如果不是停机用户的好友, 则发送 停机时间和用户留言给当前的主叫用户; 如果是停机用户的好友, 则将该 停机用户的预置信息包括停机时间、 用户留言和备用联系信息发送给主叫 用户。
这里, 所述确定具体为: 将存储的该停机用户的好友号码与当前获取 的主叫用户号码进行比较, 判断当前主叫用户号码是否包含在该停机用户 设置的好友号码中, 如果包含, 则是好友; 如果未包含, 则不是好友。
所述将预置信息发送给主叫用户可以是通过语音播放; 也可以经由短 信中心通过短消息发送给主叫用户。 具体如何发送属于现有技术, 在此不 再详述。
为实现上述方法, 本发明还提出一种移动终端自动回复来电的系统, 如图 2所示, 包括: 第一信息收发模块 201、 存储模块 202、 查询模块 203; 其中,
所述第一信息收发模块 201 , 用于接收主叫用户的呼叫, 并将主叫用户 的号码和被叫用户的号码发送给查询模块 203;还用于接收准备停机用户发 来的预置信息及好友号码, 并发送给存储模块 202; 还用于根据查询模块 203的判定结果, 从存储模块 202中提取相应预置信息发送给主叫用户。 所述存储模块 202 ,用于存储第一信息收发模块 201发来的准备停机用 户的预置信息及好友号码;
这里, 所存储的好友号码可提供给查询模块 203 完成查询功能; 所存 储的预置信息提供给第一信息收发模块 201 发送给主叫用户。 其中, 所述 预置信息包括停机时间、 用户留言、 备用联系信息; 所述好友号码可以是 手机号码、 或是固定电话号码。
所述存储模块 202 中可包括一张设置有是否开通暂时停机自动回复功 能标识位的业务表。 存储模块 202中具体的存储格式可釆用表 1、 或表 2、 或表 3的格式。
所述查询模块 203 , 用于判定被叫用户是否为停机用户、 以及该停机用 户是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能, 还用于判定当前主叫用户是否为停机 用户好友, 并将所述判定结果通知第一信息收发模块 201 ;
这里, 查询模块 203 判定停机用户是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能、 以及判定当前主叫用户是否为停机用户好友, 都是查询存储模块 202 中存 储的信息, 将被叫用户号码、 或主叫用户号码分别与存储模块 202 中的信 息比较。
如果判定被叫用户开通了暂时停机自动回复功能, 但主叫用户不是被 叫用户的好友, 则查询模块 203通知第一信息收发模块 201给主叫用户发 送停机时间和用户留言; 如果判定被叫用户开通了暂时停机自动回复功能, 且主叫用户是被叫用户的好友,则查询模块 203通知第一信息收发模块 201 给主叫用户发送包括停机时间、 用户留言以及备用联系信息的预置信息。
具体如何判定被叫用户是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能如步骤 102所 述; 如何判定主叫用户是否为被叫用户好友如步骤 103所述。
该系统还可以包括第二信息收发模块, 位于准备停机用户的移动终端 中, 用于向第一信息收发模块 201 发送设置好的预置信息和好友号码; 还 用于与网络侧交互请求开通暂时停机自动回复功能。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端自动回复来电的方法, 其特征在于, 准备停机用户设 置预置信息和好友号码, 并将设置的预置信息和好友号码发送给网络侧存 储; 该方法还包括:
当准备停机用户正式停机且被呼叫时, 网络侧确定所述停机用户开通 暂时停机自动回复功能后, 判断当前主叫用户是否为所述停机用户的好友 , 如果不是停机用户的好友, 则发送部分预置信息给所述主叫用户; 如果是 停机用户的好友, 则将停机用户设置的预置信息发送给主叫用户。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 网络侧确定所述停机用 户开通暂时停机自动回复功能之前, 该方法进一步包括:
网络侧接收到主叫用户的呼叫后, 先根据被叫用户号码查询该被叫用 户是否处于停机状态, 在被叫用户处于停机状态时, 进一步确定所述停机 用户是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 网 络侧设置并维护包含表示是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能标识位的业务 表, 并将所述业务表与所述停机用户设置的预置信息和好友号码一起存储。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定停机用户开通 暂时停机自动回复功能为: 查询业务表中所述标识位确定停机用户是否开 通暂时停机自动回复功能。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定停机用户开通 暂时停机自动回复功能为: 查询网络侧所存储的用户号码中是否包含所述 停机用户的用户号码, 确定停机用户是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断主叫用户是否 为停机用户的好友为: 判断所述主叫用户号码是否包含在所述停机用户设 置的好友号码中, 如果包括, 则是好友; 否则不是好友。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预置信 息包括停机时间、 用户留言和备用联系信息; 所述部分预置信息包括停机 时间、 用户留言。
8、 一种移动终端自动回复来电的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 第 一信息收发模块、 存储模块、 查询模块; 其中,
所述第一信息收发模块, 用于接收主叫用户的呼叫, 并将主叫用户的 号码和被叫用户的号码发送给查询模块; 还用于接收准备停机用户发来的 预置信息及好友号码, 并发送给存储模块; 还用于根据查询模块的判定结 果, 从存储模块中提取相应预置信息发送给主叫用户;
所述存储模块, 用于存储第一信息收发模块发来的准备停机用户的预 置信息及好友号码;
所述查询模块, 用于判定被叫用户是否为停机用户、 以及该停机用户 是否开通暂时停机自动回复功能, 还用于判定当前主叫用户是否为停机用 户好友, 并将所述判定结果通知第一信息收发模块。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括第二信息 收发模块, 用于向第一信息收发模块发送设置好的预置信息和好友号码。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述预置信息包 括停机时间、 用户留言和备用联系信息; 所述部分预置信息包括停机时间、 用户留言。
