[23] 实施本发明具有以下有益效果: 通过驱动机构带动连杆机构来调整头部按摩器 的第一壳体和第二壳体之间的距离, 避免了现有技术的调节机构的调节困难、 结构复杂的缺陷, 具有结构简单可靠、 操作方便、 成本低、 易于制造、 调整省 力等优点。

[35] 本发明的间距调节装置, 用于头部按摩器的壳体间的间距的调节, 主要是通过 驱动机构带动连杆机构动作, 来实现壳体间的间距的调节的。 该头部按摩器通 常包括第一壳体和第二壳体, 由驱动机构带动连杆机构动作, 进而通过连杆机 构带动第一壳体和第二壳体相靠近或远离, 实现大小调整, 从而适合不同使用 者的应用。 下面结合具体的实施方式来详细介绍本发明的间距调节装置及具有 该调节装置的头部按摩器。
[36] 如图 1至图 6所示, 在本发明的头部按摩器的第一实施例中, 第一壳体 110和第 二壳体 120为分开的两部分, 大致围成半球形, 半球形的内部设置按摩装置 (未 示出) 。 为了使第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120二者的距离可调, 该第一壳体 110和 第二壳体 120为两个独立构件, 在第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120的两端相接位置处 分别通过间距调节装置 130连接。
[37] 参看图 1〜图 5, 以其中一个间距调节装置 130为例, 详细介绍该间距调节装置 1 30是如何实施的。 该间距调节装置 130包括外壳组件、 安装在外壳组件上的驱动 机构和连杆机构等。 连杆机构的一端与第一壳体 110和 /或第二壳体 120连接、 另 一端与驱动机构连接, 由驱动机构带动连杆机构动作调节第一壳体 110和第二壳 体 120之间的间距。
[38] 在本实施例中, 连杆机构包括第一连杆 131和第二连杆 132; 该驱动机构包括旋 钮 133, 该旋钮 133包括外露于外壳组件的操作部 1333、 以及设置在外壳组件内 侧的圆环形连接部 1334。 该第一连杆 131的一端枢接于第一壳体 110上, 另一端 枢接于旋钮 133的圆环形连接部 1334的圆周上。 该第二连杆 132的一端枢接于第 二壳体 120上, 另一端枢接于旋钮 133的圆环形连接部 1334的圆周上, 较佳地, 第一连杆 131、 第二连杆 132与旋钮 133的枢接位置分开在同一直线上, 且相对旋 钮 133的中心对称。
[39] 具体的, 可以在第一壳体 110的内侧设置第一凸台 111, 在旋钮 133的连接部 133 4上设置第一安装孔 1331 ; 对应的, 在第一连杆 131的两端分别设置与该第一凸 台 111和第一安装孔 1331对应的第一枢接孔 1311, 通过螺钉、 铆钉等进行连接, 从而将第一连杆 131连接在第一壳体 110和旋钮 133之间, 并可相对于第一壳体 11 0和旋钮 133转动。
[40] 可以在第二壳体 120的内侧设置第二凸台 121, 在旋钮 133的连接部 1334上设置 第二安装孔 1332; 对应的, 在第二连杆 132的两端分别设置与该第二凸台 121和 第二安装孔 1332对应的第二枢接孔 1321, 通过螺钉、 铆钉等进行连接, 从而将 第二连杆 132连接在第二壳体 120和旋钮 133之间, 并可相对于第二壳体 120和旋 钮 133转动。
[41] 通过转动旋钮 133进行调节, 在外侧转动旋钮 133的操作部 1333吋, 带动旋钮 13 3的连接部 1334转动, 从而带动第一连杆 131和第二连杆 132移动, 进而带动第一 壳体 110和第二壳体 120相对拉近或远离, 而实现间距调节。
[42] 该外壳组件包括相互组合设在第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120连接端外围的外盖 13 4和底座 135。 在本实施例中, 该外盖 134和底座 135之间通过扣合的方式结合, 在外盖 134的边缘设有向内侧延伸的倒扣 1341, 对应的, 在底座 135上设有与该 倒扣 1341相配合的缺槽 1351。 组装吋, 将底座 135和外盖 134分别设置在第一壳 体 110和第二壳体 120的调节缺口的位置处, 然后将外盖 134的倒扣 1341卡入缺槽 1351中即可将外盖 134和底座 135扣合。 可以理解的, 外盖 134和底座 135之间的 连接可以通过其它方式, 例如通过螺钉、 铆钉、 螺栓等将两者进行固定组装。
[43] 为了便于旋钮 133的安装, 在外盖 134上设有开孔 1342, 供旋钮 133的操作部 133 3伸出该开孔 1342。 进一步的, 在开孔 1342的内侧边缘设有分度凹槽 1343; 对应 的, 在旋钮 133的连接部 1334靠近分度凹槽 1343的一侧端面设置与所述分度凹槽 1343配合的分度凸点 1335。 通过分度凹槽 1343和分度凸点 1335的配合, 使得旋 钮 133可以根据需要旋转一定角度后进行定位, 实现分度调节第一壳体 110和第 二壳体 120之间的间距。 在旋钮 133和底座 135之间还进一步的设有弹性元件, 例 如弹簧 136, 将旋钮 133推紧, 使得分度凸点 1335和分度凹槽 1343始终保持配合 。 进一步的, 在旋钮 133内侧或底座 135上设有为弹性元件定位安装的定位机构 , 在本实施例中, 如图所示, 该定位机构为在底座 135向外延伸的定位柱 1354; 可以理解的, 该定位柱也可以在旋钮的内侧设置。 定位机构也可以釆用其他结 构形式, 例如定位卡槽等。
[44] 进一步的, 为了保证第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120与外壳组件之间的相对运动, 在底座 135与第一壳体 110之间、 底座 135与第二壳体 120之间设有导向机构, 为 第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120的运动导向。 该导向机构包括在底座 135上设置的一 组平行的第一导向片 1352、 以及在第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120上设置的一组平 行的第二导向片 112、 122。 通过第一导向片 1352和第二导向片 112、 122的相互 配合, 为第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120的运动导向。
[45] 进一步的, 为了避免第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120脱出外壳组件, 在底座 135的 两端设有档片 1353, 对应的, 在第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120上设有与该档片 135 3配合的倒勾 113、 123。 通过档片 1353的阻档, 防止倒勾 113、 123的脱出, 从而 使得第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120不会脱出外壳组件。
[46] 进一步的, 在两个底座 135上还可以连接有第三壳体 140, 从而方便使用者的佩 戴。 该第三壳体 140与底座 135可以通过焊接、 胶粘、 螺钉、 铆钉或螺栓等方式 固定连接成一整体。
[47] 进一步的, 为了增加使用者佩戴的舒适性, 在底座 135的内侧还可以设有垫片 1 50等。
[48] 组装吋, 将第一连杆 131和第二连杆 132的一端分别枢接连接到第一壳体 110和 第二壳体 120的第一凸台 111和第二凸台 121上; 然后, 将第一壳体 110和第二壳 体 120设有倒勾 113、 123的一段分别从底座 135的两侧插入到档片 1353的内侧; 并且第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120内侧的第二导向片 112、 122与底座 135上的第一 导向片 1352相配合, 形成导向状态; 然后, 将第一连杆 131和第二连杆 132的另 一端分别枢接连接到旋钮 133的第一安装孔 1331和第二安装孔 1332; 然后, 将外 盖 134的开孔 1342对准旋钮 133, 将外盖 134的倒扣 1341扣入到底座 135的缺槽 135 1内, 而将外盖 134与底座 135扣合, 从而将外壳组件组装在第一壳体 110和第二 壳体 120的相接位置处, 并且第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120可以相对于外壳组件进 行滑动; 此吋旋钮 133的操作部 1333外露在外壳的外侧, 方便旋转操作。
[49] 需要调整第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120之间的距离吋, 在外侧转动旋钮 133的操 作部 1333, 带动旋钮 133的连接部 1334转动, 从而带动第一连杆 131和第二连杆 1 32移动, 进而带动第一壳体 110和第二壳体 120相对拉近 (如图 6所示) 或远离 ( 如图 5所示) , 而实现间距调节。 [50] 如图 7所示, 是本发明头部按摩器的第二实施例, 其与上一实施例的区别在于 , 在两个底座 235上的分别连接有第三壳体 240和第四壳体 260, 在第三壳体 240 和第四壳体 260未与底座连接的一端通过上一实施例的间距调节装置 230连接, 实现第三壳体 240和第四壳体 260之间的调节, 其结构与上一实施例基本相同故 不赞述。
[51] 如图 8-10所示, 是本发明的头部按摩器的第三实施例, 其与上述实施例的区别 在于间距调节装置的结构不同, 本实施例的间距调节装置的外壳组件设置在第 一壳体 401和第二壳体 402的外侧, 并且第一壳体 401和第二壳体 402可相对于外 壳组件移动。 该外壳组件同样包括外盖 403和底座 412, 其结构形式与第一实施 例相同, 图中仅示意性的画出外盖 403的一部分, 以便于展示内在结构。 而驱动 机构包括固定设置在外壳 403内的螺母 404、 以及与螺母 404啮合的螺杆 405。 在 螺杆 405的外端设有旋钮 406, 通过旋转旋钮 406带动螺杆 405转动, 进而带动固 定在螺杆 405另一端的连接件 407作前后运动。
[52] 该连杆机构包括分别位于连接件 407两侧的第一连杆 408和第二连杆 409。 该第 一连杆 408的一端枢接连接在连接件 407的一侧上, 另一端枢接连接在第一壳体 4 01上。 如图 10所示, 在第一壳体 401上设置有凸台 410, 以方便第一连杆 408的安 装; 该凸台 410可以一体成形在第一壳体 401上。 第二连杆 409的一端可转动的连 接在连接件 407的另一侧上, 第二连杆 409的另一端可转动的连接在第二壳体 402 上。 该第二壳体 402上设有凸台 411, 以方便第二连杆 409的安装; 该凸台 411可 以一体成形在第二壳体 402上。 可以理解的, 该等可转动的连接可以通过转轴、 销等结构实现。
[53] 在需要调整第一壳体 401和第二壳体 402之间的距离吋, 旋转旋钮 406, 带动螺 杆 405转动; 此吋, 由于螺母 404固定不动, 因而螺杆 405将作前后运动, 在螺杆 405做前后运动的吋候, 带动连接件 407前后运动, 从而带动第一连杆 408和第二 连杆 409转动并做前后运动, 从而带动第一壳体 401和第二壳体 402靠拢 (如图 8 所示) 或者使得两壳体距离增大 (如图 9所示) 。
当然, 间距调节装置的数目机构可以根据第一壳体与第二壳体的结构而定, 第 一壳体与第二壳体可为上述实施例的分开的两部分, 也可为一端未闭合的一体 式结构, 所以仅需设置一个间距调节装置以连接两壳体未闭合的一端, 从而调 整其尺寸, 该间距调节装置可为上述任何一种间距调节装置。
[55] 上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述, 但是本发明并不局限于上述的具 体实施方式, 上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的, 而不是限制性的, 本领域 的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下, 在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的 范围情况下, 还可做出很多形式, 这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

权利要求书
[Claim 1] 一种间距调节装置, 用于头部按摩器的第一壳体和第二壳体的间 距调节, 其特征在于, 所述间距调节装置包括安装在所述第一壳 体和第二壳体相接位置处的外壳组件、 安装在所述外壳组件上的 驱动机构、 以及连杆机构;
所述连杆机构的一端与所述第一壳体和 /或第二壳体连接、 另一端 与所述驱动机构连接, 由所述驱动机构带动所述连杆机构动作调 节所述第一壳体和第二壳体之间的间距。
[Claim 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述连杆机构 包括第一连杆, 所述连杆的一端枢接于所述第一壳体上、 另一端 枢接于所述驱动机构上。
[Claim 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱动机构 包括旋钮, 所述旋钮包括外露于所述外壳组件的操作部、 以及设 置在所述外壳组件内侧的圆环形连接部;
所述第一连接杆的另一端枢接于所述连接部的圆周上。
[Claim 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述连杆机构 还包括第二连杆, 所述第二连杆的一端枢接于所述第二壳体上、 另一端枢接于所述旋钮的连接部的圆周上, 并与所述第一连杆的 枢接位置分开在同一直线上, 且相对于所述旋钮的中心对称。
[Claim 5] 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述外壳 组件包括相互组合设在所述第一壳体和第二壳体外围的外盖和底 所述外盖上设有供所述旋钮的操作部伸出的开孔, 在所述开孔的 内侧边缘设有分度凹槽;
所述旋钮的连接部靠近所述分度凹槽的一侧端面设有与所述分度 凹槽配合的分度凸点。
[Claim 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述外盖的边 缘设有向内侧延伸的倒扣; 所述底座上设有与所述倒扣相配合的 缺槽。
根据权利要求 5所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述旋钮与所 述底座之间设有推紧所述旋钮的弹性元件; 所述旋钮内侧或底座 上设有为所述弹性元件定位安装的定位机构。
根据权利要求 5所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述底座与所 述第一壳体之间、 和 /或所述底座与所述第二壳体之间设有导向机 构。
根据权利要求 8所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向机构 包括在所述底座上设置的一组平行的第一导向片、 以及在所述第 一壳体和 /或第二壳体上设置的一组平行的第二导向片; 所述第一 导向片和第二导向片相互配合为所述第一壳体和 /或第二壳体的运 动导向。
根据权利要求 5所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述底座的两 端设有档片; 在所述第一壳体和第二壳体上设有与所述档片配合 的倒勾。
根据权利要求 2所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱动机构 包括固定设置在所述外壳组件上的螺母、 以及与所述螺母啮合的 螺杆; 所述螺杆的一端设有伸出所述外壳的旋钮, 所述螺杆的另 一端固定设有连接件; 所述第一连杆的另一端枢接于所述连接件 上。
根据权利要求 11所述的间距调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述连杆机 构还包括第二连杆, 所述第二连杆的一端枢接于所述第二壳体上 、 另一端枢接于所述连接件上, 并与所述第一连杆的枢接位置分 开在同一直线上, 且相对于所述旋钮的中心对称。
一种头部按摩器, 包括分开的第一壳体和第二壳体, 其特征在于 , 所述第一壳体和第二壳体相接的位置处设有至少一个权利要求 1 〜12任一项所述的间距调节装置。
根据权利要求 13所述的头部按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述头部按摩 器还包括分别安装在间距调节装置上的第三壳体和第四壳体, 并 且所述第三壳体和第四壳体相接的位置处安装有所述间距调节装 置。
[Claim 15] 一种头部按摩器, 包括一端未闭合一体式结构的第一壳体和第二 壳体, 其特征在于, 在所述第一壳体和第二壳体未闭合的位置处 设有权利要求 1〜12任一项所述的间距调节装置。
