La présente invention concerne un appareil pour construire un panneau extérieur pour un mur extérieur d'un bâtiment, et particulièrement, un appareil, pour construire un panneau extérieur pour un mur extérieur d'un bâtiment, qui comprend : une pluralité de premiers supports fixés par des boulons d'ancrage respectifs agencés à un intervalle prédéterminé sur une surface latérale d'une dalle ou sur le mur du bâtiment de sorte que les premiers supports soient agencés de façon équidistante à un intervalle prédéterminé dans une direction verticale sur la surface latérale de la dalle ou sur le mur du bâtiment ; une pluralité de barres d'installation de panneau extérieur de forme carrée, dont chacune comporte une surface avant qui comporte une ligne centrale le long de laquelle une pluralité d'orifices à boulon allongés sont formés à un intervalle prédéterminé dans une direction verticale, chacune des barres d'installation de panneau extérieur étant agencée verticalement entre au moins deux des premiers supports et soudée à une pièce de fixation de barre d'installation de chacun des premiers supports ; une pluralité de seconds supports fixés à un intervalle prédéterminé sur les surfaces avant respectives des barres d'installation de panneau extérieur par des premiers boulons et des premiers écrous accouplés avec les boulons, une tête de chacun des premiers boulons possédant une largeur directionnelle axiale inférieure à la largeur axiale plus courte de l'orifice à boulon allongé de la barre d'installation de panneau extérieur, et une largeur directionnelle axiale plus longue, supérieure à la largeur axiale plus courte de l'orifice à boulon allongé de sorte que le premier boulon entre en prise dans l'orifice à boulon allongé ; et des pièces de fixation de panneau extérieur, dont une extrémité extérieure est équipée d'une tige de fixation insérée dans un orifice de fixation qui pénètre à travers des surfaces supérieure et inférieure du panneau extérieur, et dont une extrémité intérieure est fixée à l'extrémité d'une pièce de soutien horizontale du second support par le second boulon et le second écrou afin de supporter le panneau extérieur, chacune des pièces de fixation de panneau extérieur étant fixée d'un seul tenant à la barre d'installation de panneau extérieur lorsque le panneau extérieur est supporté ainsi. La barre d'installation de panneau extérieur fixée dans l'angle d'un bâtiment, parmi la pluralité de barres d'installation de panneau extérieur, comporte une pluralité d'orifices à boulon allongés formés verticalement, à un intervalle prédéterminé, dans une de deux surfaces latérales de la barre d'installation de panneau extérieur le long de la ligne centrale de la surface latérale. Grâce à la présente invention, la nécessité d'utiliser une poutre horizontale et une plaque de renfort pour fixer une poutre verticale qui pourrait autrement être utilisée dans des appareils conventionnels est complètement éliminée pour ainsi réduire sensiblement les coûts pour construire un mur extérieur en utilisant un panneau extérieur, réduisant sensiblement l'espace entre le mur d'un bâtiment et le panneau extérieur, améliorant remarquablement la stabilité de la structure, et réduisant drastiquement une période de construction. En outre, la barre d'installation de panneau extérieur de la présente invention est carrée, et ainsi, on empêche la barre d'installation de panneau extérieur de se tordre sous le poids d'un panneau extérieur et analogue, pour ainsi maintenir la stabilité et l'amélioration esthétique du panneau extérieur construit pendant une longue période. En outre, des panneaux extérieurs peuvent être installés sur les deux côtés d'une seule barre d'installation de panneau extérieur à l'angle du bâtiment, sans utiliser de soutien supplémentaire, de poutre verticale ou analogue, construisant ainsi des panneaux extérieurs de manière simple et peu coûteuse, et améliorant remarquablement l'aptitude au façonnage.
